One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in New Zealand. The views are spectacular that we could have skipped the skyline gondola. The house is modern, luxurious and has privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Beds are comfortable. It’s a short drive to town and there is a corner store and 2 restaurants a 10 minute walk away. Would come back again! We had a minor house issue occur but the management team resolved it quickly and it didn’t impact our trip.

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful, clean and had amazing views around Queenstown. It’s in a relatively quiet location but walkable to the downtown area of Queenstown in about 20 minutes if you don’t mind the hills. Perfect balance in my mind for being able to enjoy the best Queenstown has to offer.

We were mesmerised by this place since the minute we walked in. kids to oldies everyone made memories in this place. Stand out points - View view view. it was unparalleled, unobstructed and dreamy. From the front gate to bathroom to balcony, we felt like we were leaving the dream. Pictures don't do justice to this place. - Ample room for big group - Hot tub was highlight of our trip. it was high quality and clean. - Amenities were well maintained and kitchen was well equipped. -Toilets and bathrooms were immaculate, clean and equipped with high quality stuff. - Only a short drive from city centre. Ufcourse if you ever want to leave.

Unbeatable views made this stay a highlight of our trip. We enjoyed lots of time on the huge deck watching planes take off and marvelling at the Remarkables. Agree with a previous reviewer that the outdoor chairs are too low to eat comfortably at the table; resolving this would benefit the property. Rooms and beds were very comfy. We did have a minor issue with a broken plug which the host promptly resolved for us. Additionally, we had other (minor) cleanliness issues that we didn’t address during our stay but I will detail to the host separately to note/improve for next guests. Otherwise, we had a lovely time & I would stay again - thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at Rons place. It was spacious with a great downstairs living, & bedrooms upstairs. It was super clean & tidy, with a really sunny outdoors space. We really enjoyed having the BBQ, & made the most of Fergs Butcher being just across the road a bit. Its very easy walking distance from central Arrowtown.

We had an amazing stay at this hilltop spot with breathtaking views. We even got lucky and caught the aurora lights from the balcony—talk about a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The living area is spacious and cozy, and there’s a separate dining area for meals. Each bedroom offers stunning mountain views and comes equipped with its own aircon and heater, plus super comfy beds. The spa was a definite highlight—perfect for unwinding. The only downside was some daytime noise from roadwork on the mountain road behind the property, which was a bit annoying. But the wood fire heater kept the place toasty, and there was plenty of firewood stocked up. All in all, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy nature’s beauty in Queenstown.

What a great place to stay! The views from the studio were incredible. Just a short drive to all attractions. Very clean, great linen and a very comfy bed! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Queenstown.

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located at the Queenstown Marina, Frankton was a great choice for us ie near the airport, our friends in Kelvin Heights and the shopping centre. The Marina also has some great cafes. The unit is spacious, light, clean and well equipped with a thoughtful bottle of wine and some milk on arrival. The bed was v comfortable. The insulation meant we were unaware of any traffic noise. Hello Queenstown were efficient and proactive with their messaging. The road into Queenstown itself is congested with traffic and roadworks BUT if you drive in after 6pm the traffic is lighter and you can park for free and enjoy many long golden twilight hours and soak up the happy vibes and select a good dinner spot from an enormous range of places. Happy to stay here again on arrival into Queenstown.

Our stay was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the team was thoughtful enough to check in with us to ensure everything went well. The unit was clean and beautifully designed, with an absolutely stunning view. A lovely touch was the complimentary wine provided during our stay—such a thoughtful gesture! The housing area was private and peaceful, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the lake nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d love to stay here again!

Loved this house with the fabulous view. Very comfortable for 6 of us staying there, has everything you would need for a stay. The BBQ area was lovely with magnificent views and a gas fire. It is close to town, but not really walking distance, although a short car ride or cheap uber ride. Would definitely stay there again

Well maintained and clean apartment and professional hosts...the apartment has great amenities and is perfect when traveling with families..parking is not a hassle..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is absolutely beautiful and modern. Has all the right amenities to make you feel right at home. The location is perfect and close to walking tracks. And bus stop that takes you to city centre. Beautiful views everywhere. And they have great coffee/wood fire pizza next door. Can’t wait to visit again. I recommend this home if you’re looking for more private area but still wish to be in Queenstown. We will be back!

instructions to the parking spot was clear beutiful view from balcony. nice and clean. toys, cots and high chair for the kids the only thing is that there are at least a dozen of steps to get to the unit. this might be a bit difficult for some people.

The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and had the best view. We absolutely loved our stay there and found it hard to leave. If ever we’re back in Queenstown that’s where we’ll stay.
