Jason and Scott are truly Great hosts. Their cottage is amazingly lovely, clean, with a wonderful view and complete amenities. All we need are readily and conveniently available. Instructions are clear, and the place is indeed very guest-friendly. We had a homey and very special experience. The SPA is also a great deal and the view is breathtaking. We will be back, and hopefully longer stay. Thanks to them for sharing their place; we, as a family, just made another priceless memory.

Calm, cozy, quiet, and overall lovely stay at the Black House. Has everything you would need for a couple nights stay. Beautiful view of mountains and lake from the table in front. Great location, less than 10 mins walk into town. And noticeably good water pressure!

The house has a spectacular aspect overlooking the lake. It is beautifully styled, fresh and clean. There is direct access to the gravel path into town, and beyond that, access to the lake and a jetty. Our group of ten included children who loved playing on the foreshore. The bedroom layout suited our group and most bedrooms had a lake view. Kitchen was very well fitted out. The house was a short drive into town, or a half hour walk (more with kids). We loved our stay and would happily return.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. The home was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, kitchen was well equipped and the views were fabulous.

Faultless is the only way to describe this house! We travelled as a group of friends so it was important to have our own comfortable bedrooms, adequate bathrooms but also communal spaces. The house was immaculate but also had lots of nice touches in every room to make it feel like the home you wish was yours! The house is well suited to cater for a big group with well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and plenty of space in living/dining for a big group to spread out. The location was breathtaking - clean, clear and quiet but a short walk downhill to town (20mins) and a short uber back uphill ($12)! This is definitely the best AirBnB that we have stayed at and hope to be back one day!

We had such a lovely visit the first time it was a no brainer to return. Dinner on the porch when the sun is setting over the mountains is stunning. Watching the moon and stairs from the hot tub on a clear night is so peaceful. We had a lovely stay.

Photos don’t do the view justice. Jeremy was a great host. This is a cabin type experience. We stayed in the winter and used the cottage as a home base for skiing and other activities which was great. Quick ride over to Arrowtown and Queenstown but far away enough to feel private and peaceful. Some important points regarding previous reviews I read about the place being “cold”…the ground floor is all slate stone…as Jeremy recommended, just bring some sandals or slippers to wear around. There is a large heat pump, a lovely pot belly stove, and space heaters and all the beds have blanket heaters which we actually didn’t use because they were too hot…so it’s easy to stay warm and the view and coziness are well worth it, but if you’re expecting a thermostat in a hotel room that you set and leave…this wouldn’t be the place for you. We loved our stay and the host was very responsive.

WOW. What a beautiful stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs on our journey across NZ and Stu’s was one of the best. Not only is it super unique, it has amazing views, feels private, and has everything you need. It feels luxurious and there is an eye for the details. The back patio was especially lovely. Bonus points for having Netflix that we didn’t have to sign into ourselves. It’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, but still be close to a lot of the wineries. We didn’t an all-day wine tour that picked us up there no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve admired the view even longer!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Highland Apartment. It was just what I needed. I liked the fact that there was a separate bedroom and a washing machine. A stove would have been ideal but knowing there was not one there I brought my air fryer and toastie machine from home. I found the lockbox a bit tricky (hard to read even with my glasses on) and the locking mechanism on the bedroom door was also not flash but otherwise it was perfect.

The location of the house was wonderful and very convenient for visiting many great places nearby. We had a lovely time during our stay in Tekapo—thank you!

Great house. Clean, light, cozy and very well stocked. Location is central and walkable to everything yet tucked away from the main road. Great view of the mountains. The hosts are fantastic and very communicable.

My family had a great stay at Wendy’s place. Peaceful location and large deck overlooking the lake. Wendy and her co hosts are responsive and detailed with their check in instructions, which was very appreciated. It looks like there are 3 chalets on the hill that share the lift and parking area. The only inconvenience staying here was the washer is not located in unit. It is by the car park at the bottom of the lift and shared with the other units.l

Fantastic stay at Paula’s house. Great home for our family and had everything we needed. Local Bakery and Four Square just down the road. Added bonus that we got to use the Community pool, it’s a great set up for families. The weather was perfect and we got to use the pool everyday. Would highly recommend staying here

Amazing and quiet place to stay. Their place truly felt like home to me and my family. Will surely recommend their place to friends and family who plan to visit Arrowtown/Queenstown in the future.

Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Lovely and warm on cooler evenings. So handy being 2 minutes walk to the Cadrona pub for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy's home! Upon arrival, we were in awe of the modern property and beautiful surroundings. There was a blend of rain and sun during our stay, so we took advantage of every space. The home's interior is both contemporary and comfortable, with a sitting room and living room on one end and bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. A great layout. The outdoor space is generous, with a large deck, roomy seating area, and excellent pool to take in the mountain views. If you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the adorable neighborhood cat. This home was in a great central location for all of our activities – close to the action, yet far enough away for peace and seclusion. We hope to return someday!
