This was our second time at Nell’s place. We love it there. Beautiful surroundings and very private.

Perfect, charming guesthouse. It’s close enough to downtown but far enough away to feel relaxed. Amazing restaurants and grocery store at the end of the street too!

A great place to stay in Fredericksburg. Close to town but quiet and easy to get to. A great shower. Everything was as described. Really appreciated having access to a car charger!!! And all the extras they provide are a very nice touch. Don't pass up their unit.

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here. Jessa is a great host and really responsive. There are also little touches like nice body soap and cold filtered water in the fridge that made our stay really comfortable. This is the best priced quality Airbnb we’ve stayed in for years. Would love to come back!

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

We were a family of 3 and had a great stay. The 13 year old slept on the couch bed and declared it very comfortable. Great location - easy access to many sites (about 1 mile walk covered almost everything). Parking at the Air BnB was super easy. Highly recommend it.

We booked this for friends as we had several couples coming for a reunion. Mamau’s house was larger than we expected and in our neighborhood. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. A great find!

This is such a peaceful and wonderful space! Serenity and Justin are THE best hosts. Everything that you could need is here! Their place is within walking distance of the center of town. There are many fun shops, great restaurants, and even a brewery. It is also short drive to Blanco State Park. We travel to Blanco every month. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Chris' place was perfect for what we needed: a cozy, pet-friendly little getaway. Chris was also very nice and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

great little gem! nice and cool room on arrival. the shared patio is a gorgeous spot for morning coffee. I appreciated all the little touches. I was able to walk to a coffeehouse around the corner to grab a drink!

Beautiful spot tucked away for privacy. We came to the area for a festival at Luck Ranch and this was a perfect, nearby stay for us!

I have to start by mentioning that Julie and Peter are both wonderful and warm. I got to meet them on my second day there and they were a pleasure to talk to. the place is beautiful, quiet,in a great neighborhood and very well stocked. I especially appreciated the snacks and stocked kitchen as I had a very busy and early morning schedule, so did make use of the coffee and the oatmeal. I would definitely recommend their place and would stay again when in the area .

Perfect spot for my husband and I while visiting family nearby. Austin was quick to answer my questions and the guesthouse was peaceful. The projection TV was fun to use!

This place is stunning, the land is gorgeous and the activities available to do are so fun! We loved feeding the owners animals, especially the kids! They were very communicative to our needs, and responsive. I would recommend this place to any and all family. The board games the owners have for the guests is unreal, and we loved playing them all weekend! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Description of Mark's place was spot on. Mark is a great guy and made you feel at home. Nice extra touch having some waters & pop in the refrigerator upon arrival. Great little place for 2 with a great kitchen area and very comfortable when it was 90 & humid outside. We would definitely stay at Mark's place again!

My husband and I enjoyed Ellen’s carriage house. It was peaceful and their property is beautiful. It was a wonderful get-away during a hard working weekend. Ellen and Greg were wonderful hosts, friendly and very responsive. We look forward to staying there again when a multiple day trip to Waco is needed.

In a small community away from the craziness of Fredericksburg. The casita is well-appointed with everything you want in a home away from home. Unusually, this property was actually better than we had expected from the description.

Fantastic space. I went for some peace and quiet! This place was exactly that. The covered carport was a plus and perfect timing as there was a hail storm. Jacuzzi was awesome and clean!!! I would not hesitate to stay here again!!!!!
