I cannot recommend this spot enough. First of all, Jean was incredibly kind and made the entire process seamless. The property itself is warm, charming, clean, cozy, and anything else that falls under a relaxing cabin weekend. Great for couples but even for small families and a individual trip, I will be back to experience all. 11 out of 10.

Great place in the country to get away with a large group or friends and family. Close to downtown fredericksburg but still out there where you can see the stars and sights. Highly recommend

Our family had an amazing stay at Jessica’s place! It was peaceful, clean, and had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. They loved playing disc golf, the basketball hoop, and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings. The setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this property for family get togethers. It felt like staying with an amazing uncle and aunt, but with our own private accommodations. (Kids loved the hot tub and pool). The Winn’s hospitality was top notch! We had some weather issues that made our personal weekend celebration plans change dramatically and Todd was so accommodating he saved our celebration weekend!

It was extremely Peaceful and just what we needed. Everything was as described and my favorite kind of place. Sloan was extremely responsive and helpful and even came out at our request to help us and got us a Keurig from the other cabin to use. I would definitely stay here again

The Ranch is truly a Gem. I would 100% recommend staying here if you’re looking to get out of the city and unwind. As a mom with 3 young kids it can be challenging finding the right place but this worked out perfectly for our family. David is very accommodating and we are so grateful he shared his home with us. The beds are a HUGE plus of this rental - typically rentals have the worst beds! We slept great here! Don’t hesitate on this one!

The house was nice, and it was very clean. We took our kids and they loved seeing the horses, chickens, etc. Great place.

Pure country zen! Sparkling ✨ clean, great amenities, lots of space, and excellent hosts. Make sure you dine at their restaurant, Legends. It’s REALLY good. We had the charcuterie board, lamb lollipops and sangria. We plan on coming back many more times. The hosts make you feel like family, especially their ranch dog, Quinn. Beautiful property and animals that are well taken care of.

Susan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She helped with so many random requests. The camper bed and indoor/outdoor spaces were so cozy all weekend. This farm is a little gem in Andice.... and the Andice General Store was an outstanding recommendation. If you like Root Beer, they have soooo many choices and the burgers are delicious. A very welcoming community.

I was looking for a quiet, open space to do some personal growth and lots of writting. This ranch met all my needs. It was the perfect escape from everyday life. The property was beautifully surrounded wild flowers and gorgeous lush green pastures. It was a perfect fit for me.

Truly the best mini vacation with my kids ever!! From the moment we arrived it was an epic adventure! We were greeted by our hosts Patrick and Krystal along with their baby lamb Sparky, whom we got to bottle feed :) From getting fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast, horse back riding, fishing, riding ATV’s around the property and feeding all of the animals. From brushing baby calves, lots of sweet farm pups, making s’mores, the fire pit, the beautiful star lit nights.. it was all just magical. We were even invited to help out with a few farming chores… which was so awesome! My kids and I enjoyed every moment and were so sad to leave. The rooms are spotless and very tastefully decorated! The best walk in shower with perfect temps and water pressure to wash off the outdoors. We felt like family and we will definitely be back ASAP! The hosts and their staff are just amazing! Unplug, unwind, relax and enjoy the adventures of the outdoors. You can find it all right here:)

David and team were amazing host! They were quick to respond and super helpful when I arrived with wrinkled clothes on family picture day. The cabin was clean and firepit, BBQ grill and saloon worked out great. The kids loved being able to walk down to saloon and play games and run around outside in all space provided.

Maria is a wonderful host with a beautiful property! The cabin we stayed in was so lovely. We got to enjoy a lovely herd of deer grazing less than 50 feet away every night and morning. Even got to see a few curious yet photogenic foxes as well! This was such an awesome experience and felt like we were staying with family. Also, HEB is right down the street for all your needs! Beautiful scenery all around, and not too far from nearby towns / cities! Thank you for hosting!

Lovely place! So glad we found this cute little gem to stay at. It was super charming and they had two friendly donkeys on the property. I loved that! We were in town for a country music festival and this was seriously the perfect place to stay at. Not too far of a drive from town either. There were four of us and there was plenty of room for all of us even with just one bathroom. Very peaceful and I loved all the sounds of nature especially in the evening sitting on the screened in porch. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!
