Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

This was the perfect stay for two! While there were other cottages by us, it still felt very private. We loved the location and would definitely come back!

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed the location we were in the middle of everything from Johnson city to Fredericksburg ! Loved the big patio , to relax and star gaze. We even watch the deers eating just feet away ! Can’t wait to come again !

This is my second time in this house, and great place for a getaway with or without family. The host is very proactive and responsive. We love the simpleness, decluttered design where you have everything you need in the house. Planning to come back.

It was literally the cutest place to stay, also very close to a lot of the activities I had plan. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed sunbathing the weekend away. Debbie was very attentive, accommodating and so friendly.

Steven’s place was fantastic! The listing matched the photos perfectly, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The night sky was incredible for stargazing, and the location was absolutely beautiful. Steven was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay.

We booked this as a short, quick getaway from Austin for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Great amenities, great view, and lots of relaxation space. Also, a surprising amount of storage for a tiny home. Very close to town and also to a swimming hole at the Llano River. We would stay again in the near future!

This could very well be my favorite Air B-n-B location! It was so peaceful and private. The container home was perfectly cozy. The deck & view was amazing! - The view of the stars from the deck was incredible! We stayed right up to check out time on the deck just enjoying the view! Thank you for a wonderful get away! !

The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor space was absolutely gorgeous, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. Inside, the containers were beautifully decorated with a stylish and cozy feel, and everything was spotless.

Fun little spot to stay with the kids. The converted container was laid out according and was easy to move around in even with the kids. The coolest part about this stay was the animals. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to engage with them during your stay. If you’re looking for something totally different, stay here!

We had the absolute best time staying here during the F1 weekend! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we imagined. The host was amazing—so friendly, informative, and super responsive to all our questions. It was the perfect cozy retreat after the excitement of the races, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We would love to stay again for future trips! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this peaceful, tranquil and relaxing environment. The unique barn was absolutely beautiful, it was just like the pictures. The location was easy to find and close enough to the wineries if you wanted to adventure out. I would highly recommend this place if you just need/want to get away and reset.

Had a great stay! The place stayed nice and cool inside, which was a big plus. The tankless water heater was a great touch—never ran out of hot water for showers. Also, there are dogs on the property, but they’re adorable little ones who love attention. Would definitely stay again!

What a cute tiny house in the middle of East Austin, where nice restaurants and cool bars are at walking distance and you glare at downtown city from afar. We felt right at home, the kitchen is well equipped and bathroom too. They had even foreseen snacks for us!

We spent a week here with our pups, they loved the yard and we loved the cottage! Very comfortable and close to Main Street. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for the surprise goodies too

This place is a gem, particularly when the weather is nice and it’s a good time to open up the huge windows. It’s a nice space with plenty of room. We stayed in the whole trip and good so many great food options that delivered. Ultra convenient.
