Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

would stay here again and would love to spend more time at the place next time

Beau chalet douillet sur un petit domaine en forêt. La rivière Noire le traverse avec plusieurs petites plages. C'était très tranquille et magnifique! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille avec notre chien.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Cute cabin on the lake. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped to cook. Hot tub was hot when we got there and everything was ready to go. Check in/out were super easy. Provided a coffee/tea bar. Overall felt very welcoming with a cozy feel

The property is beautiful. It has its own private lake access. It is very beautiful and peaceful. Tom was a great host, he had a fire already going for us when we arrived. The house runs off a generator that is very easy to use. The views in the evenings and mornings are something out of a Bob Ross Painting. It is an amazing place and well worth a visit.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Les lieux étaient fidèles aux photos et à la description. La cuisine était particulièrement bien équipée, les lits très confortables et les lieux très propres. La communication avec Jessica était impeccable. Nous y retournerons avec bonheur et recommanderons assurément cet hébergement.

Stunning yard. I live a few miles away, northern north hero and I love this little strip of land and the ‘farm cottage’ feel of the house. I had a group up celebrating our 50th reunion from high school. They stayed at the place and also loved it. We would love to rent it again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Communication with the hosts was very smooth and their rules easy to follow. We definitely recommend it 🥰 Milena with family

Un bel endroit tranquile, parfait pour relaxer en famille. Une maison accueillante et chaleureuse avec tout ce dont on a besoin à portée de la main. Merci, nous reviendrons certainement visiter encore.

Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. Un véritable petit coin de paradis à 30 minutes de la ville. On y trouve tout ce qu’il nous faut, l’espace est grand et convivial et que dire de la vue. Un séjour relaxant et paisible

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we needed and it felt cozy and comfortable. France was extremely helpful and responsive and the neighborhood is cozy and quiet. We will definitely be back soon.

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

Petit chalet cosy au bord du lac Endroit calme et ressourçant Paisible

Nous avons adoré, quel bel endroit. Idéal pour notre rassemblement en famille. Très propre, bons accommodements et communication très rapide avec les hôtes. C’est notre 2e location de ce chalet et pas la dernière!

Chalet très agréable et très bien équipé, notamment pour les familles. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Très belle vue sur lac.

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans le logement de Kay. Ce chalet n'est pas récent et c'est ce qui fait son charme, il est chaleureux, confortable et bien équipé ! La vue depuis le chalet sur les arbres enneigés et les abords de la rivière étaient très beaux. Le jardin doit sûrement être très agréable en été. Kay a été réactive et la communication était facile. Merci !

It is a great place right on the water. Beautiful views...... with beautiful sunrises. Too bad we were there at the wrong time of year (No fault of Anna's). We had one beautiful day we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the sun and the lake. Watched and listened to loons and other wildlife. Property is centrally located for our needs. Shopping a couple of days down in Burlington. And, A nice drive to check out waterfalls and explore near and around Whiteface Mountain in NY. (Jay, Wilmington, Lake Placid) Also because of the time of year quite a few restaurants and attractions were closed. One great restaurant we found was Green Mountain Bistro. Excellent food and drinks. Property definitely needed some winter clean up. House could use some more TLC. All in all it was a great Cozy-Relaxing week. Thank you Anna!!

Séjour exceptionnel en hiver dans ce chalet très confortable et chaleureux . La vue sur le Saint Laurent est dingue et se transforme chaque jour . L’accès peut paraître compliqué mais finalement il n’y a pas de problème et si la glace menaçait de nous empêcher de passer notre hôte a immédiatement commandé une deneigeuse. On recommande pour la situation géographique ! Des vacances incroyables !!! Merci

We rented the chalet for the month of March and really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very well equipped , better than most households! Host was very responsive and accommodating which was fantastic. If you wanted a nice quiet peaceful place to stay I would highly recommend.
