Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

This place is so awesome I cannot brag on it enough. We wanted space and proximity and an outdoor area and this place was absolutely awesome. We had family meals and played games walked everywhere and anything and everything we needed or thought we lacked we found at Greg’s. The house is older and spacious and charming and we will definitely be back.

This place literally is a stones throw from the Capitol building (which happened to be one of our tours) Metro was one block away. Use of the metro cards was a big plus. We took the metro to dinner one night just for kicks. Parking in front of the unit was a breeze. Of course we were visiting in the off season so parking everywhere was pretty easy for the most part. The entire place felt more like it was someone’s home and nothing like so many of the cheap Air BnB’s we’ve stayed at in the past, that are filled with junk furniture/appliances/utensils. Bedding and linen are 5 stars. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with necessities and super clean. I would absolutely stay here again, and again, and again… Great job Aaron and team. Keep up the good work.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

Our family of 6 (parents and adult children) had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhouse. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Julia’s recommendations for places to eat were spot on, and she was very nice about letting us leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. We would definitely stay here again .

We had a great weekend staying at Jonathan's place. The home is comfortably elelegant with plenty of extras including snacks and toiletries. Jonathan was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

Great place! One of the best airbnb's that I have stayed in. Appreciated how well-stocked the house was and the space itself was very large and comfortable. Host was very responsive and really appreciated how thoughtful he was when it looked like we might get stuck because of the weather. Would definitely stay again.

Italo’s home on the canal is just about perfect. The location itself would justify 5 stars - just off a charming footpath, yet within a block of some of Georgetown’s best restaurants and shopping. When you enter you encounter a modern, stylish, well-appointed home with all the amenities one might need - as well as a large backyard which even during the snowy weather gave the place a great sense of privacy and spaciousness. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying at Kaleab’s immaculate home while visiting the DMV area for the weekend! The home was very clean and equipped with quality amenities and furnishings that made our stay enjoyable, relaxing, and felt right at home. Check-In and Check-Out was seamless due to Kaleab’s clear instructions and we appreciated his thoughtfulness and flexibility with our arrival and departure times. The home has smart TVs on every level, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, garage parking, including onsite visitor’s parking with decal for larger vehicles just to name a few amenities. Kaleab’s home is stocked with all the essentials one would need while traveling. The beds were comfortable and the master suite was a treat with a state of the art bathroom and walk-in closet. The home is centrally located when visiting the DMV area being about 15 mins or less in either direction, which is very convenient. Kaleab is a great and responsive communicator. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Milian’s place is awesome! He was super accommodating and had great communication. This house is truly in the middle of DC with absolutely EVERYTHING right outside your door. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back.

Great location- walkable to our planned locations- spacious, clean, 3 queen beds, with 3 airbeds available just in case, big full kitchen with new appliances, open layout perfect for our group. The comfortable suite in the basement was a surprise! AJ was very responsive & considerate, would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed a great stay in Washington DC, in May's comfortable and well located property. Loved the decor and cosy feel, the beds are super comfortable, we felt right at home and delighted with our choice. Location wise the property is very close to bus routes and metro line stop (NoMA-Gallaudet) which bring you quickly into all the main sites. Convenience stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes for the essentials are only 7-9 mins walk away. Also recommend Union Market for some great diverse food options and funk vibe.

My wife I stayed in Rosemarie's place for three weeks. It was a very beautiful and clean house with quite surroundings. All the provisions perfectly align with the photos; and everything functioned smoothly. Aklilu Dalelo (Professor)

Nice place to stay and we stayed for a month without any issues. Comes with so many white and clean towels, we were very happy about choosing the place as our temporary home.

We had a great stay here for a conference--2 other friends and myself. It was about 15 minutes to walk to the ICC on the Georgetown campus, and also within 15-20 minutes to walk to nearby grocery stores and restaurants on Wisconsin Ave. It was a spacious airbnb so each of us had our own room, and we made full use of the large kitchen and other shared spaces. There was some noisy construction work happening on the house next door, but other than that our stay was pleasant! I would stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying at Daniel’s place it was the perfect spot to stay for a couple of days! Cozy, right next to a wooded area with a trail, and a very quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. I also really enjoyed the firepit in the backyard!

Lots of space to spread out! Very clean. Convenient location. Close to cute downtown Occoquan with shops and restaurants, and also Potomac Mills shopping center. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Eugene's spot! Spotless and spacious is how it felt. We didn't get to use the outdoor space due to weather but loved the feeling of light and space out the bedroom sliders. We have stayed in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood several times so it feels very familiar. We love the Marx cafe and the Purple Patch for going out. We had a parking pass which was very helpful. Parked right in front to move in and actually never moved our car. Everything is walkable! Thank you Eugene!

This BnB was excellent! I had everything i needed pretty much in walking distance!

We spent 3 nights at David’s place and it was excellent. Enough room for 2 couples to have their privacy. Host provided lots of basics such as laundry detergent, K cups, hair dryer. Quiet neighborhood near Rosslyn station and easy to get to everything in the city. Would stay again if we ever return to the area.

Everything was perfect! It’s a very clean studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciated all of the attention to detail and I would definitely stay here again.
