Super recomendado, zona tranquila muy cerca de paseo montejo, y cerca de muchos lugares para conocer, el lugar 10/10 super cómodo y la casa traía todo lo que decía, incluso hasta más, sin duda ya tengo un lugar favorito para regresar a hospedarme a Mérida

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

its a good value for the area, clean, I like the stone floor and walls, close to paseo de montejo, and a bit far from the centro, though note the hot water isn't the best and the kitchen dishes looked like they hadn't been used in forever.

It was a pleasure to stay at Jane's place again! It's so well located, has fast wifi and it's really comfortable. Jane's a lovely host -- really responsive and kind. Thank you for another terrific stay!

El alojamiento es cómodo, acorde a lo descrito en el anuncio, tiene todos los servicios cercanos desde restaurantes hasta farmacia, útil si vas las universidades. Cómodo y limpio, Todo muy bien.

Highly recommend staying at Nuria’s place! The location is perfect, plus the garage was great to have as the rules for street parking weren’t super clear. We particularly loved that the outside patio area was always pretty shady, so we could lounge outside without completely baking. Laundry was also a great resource that helped us pack a little lighter! Overall, a beautiful place!

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

Great location, walking distance to Santa Lucia. The house is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-equipped—it is definitely a cozy place to stay in Merida. The place includes all the expected services and more. We couldn't ask for a better place.

Adam and his wife have put considerable thought into their Airbnb’s. No detail overlooked. And Adam was definitely one of the most attentive and considerate host I’ve come across yet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Monicas Unterkunft. Das Apartment entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Dass sich der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück befand war auch super. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, mit dem Auto brauchten wir circa 20 min ins Zentrum, dafür ist die Gegend sehr privat und ruhig.

The whole experience at the house was exceptional. The house was a very good size for the four of us, with large bedrooms, comfy beds, and air conditioning and fans. The kitchen and dining room were very large with lots of amenities to use for the meals we prepared there. The majority of our time was spent on the patio which was covered, with lots of seating and a great fan to move the air. The highlight of the yard was the pool. We spent many hours in it and it was large enough for the four of us with room to spare and a great depth to cool off. Mauricio was a exceptional host!!! He sent us information on the house as well as lots of information on things to do in and around Merida prior to our arrival, which was very helpful. He always stayed in touch with us by text during our stay to make sure everything was good. Our stay there was great and we will definitely look at staying there again when we return to Merida. Thank you Mauricio!!

La casa es super bonita, es muy limpia, Don José es una persona muy amigable y estuvo atento todo el tiempo y fue muy flexible con los horarios. Cuenta con lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Es super bonita la casa!!! La recomiendo muchísimo, si tienen oportunidad, vengan!!! sin duda vamos a regresar muchísimas veces más, ¡Muchas gracias Don José!

Muy amables, nos permitieron entrar antes por que teníamos un curso cerca de ahí. Se comunicaron antes y durante la estancia para que fuera lo más placentera estancia. Limpio y ordenado, súper recomendable.

We hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf. Het zwembad was natuurlijk ook erg fijn voor de kinderen (en onszelf 😊). Het kingsize bed was super inclusief erg goede kussens. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om ergens gemakkelijk naartoe te geraken (Mérida stad). Wel één kleine opmerking: de honden aan de overkant van de straat durven wel wat te blaffen (maar wel al een geluk niet ‘s nachts).

Nice comfortable house, images and description are accurate. Good communication from Rosi. As a family with children, we tend to cook a little more. Would be great to have a couple more fry pans and pots and perhaps a toaster too. Would be great to have micorwavable dishes too to use in the microwave. House is in a local neighbourhood, 25 minute walk to historic square and further to other areas. Good to have a car or catch taxi to further areas.

This is a beautiful house- recently and tastefully designed and furnished with good facilities. The hosts were particularly accommodating, flexible and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Buen lugar para familias. Muchos baños, espaciosa. El lugar muy tranquilo, poco ruido, seguridad, área de niños, aire acondicionado. Cocina con todo lo básico… Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Retirado del centro, pero en mi caso que voy de trabajo, la salida al periférico es sumamente útil…

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.
