Beautiful house with everything we needed, everything was very clean and tidy and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed playing the games provided. They were a big hit on a rainy evening. We ordered shopping from Asda to be delivered which went smoothly but any extras were easily accessible from cost cutter around the corner. Would definitely recommend.

Another wonderful break at The Lookout. We stayed in the Lower Deck apartment this time which was perfect for the two of us. Spotlessly clean, great shower and very comfy bed! Amazing views out to sea and everything you need just on your doorstep. The hosts provide you with a parking permit for your stay so that you can park literally opposite the apartment, so very convenient. Excellent communication from the hosts, Jules and Lisa, from the minute we booked until check out. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Lookout and can’t wait to return again. We had a great stay at Jo’s accommodation! Beautiful property in a lovely little town with amazing views!!!! Lots of nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance and dolphin spotting at the harbour is a must. Parking is ‘tight’ at the property but we parked on a local street by the property with no issues.

The location was absolutely fantastic. There was very strong wind and rain during our stay but we could enjoy watching the spectacular waves in the warm and dry with a nice hot drink sitting in the mid layer sitting room 🥰

Just wow…. I didn’t want to leave! Homely, very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great utility/boot room, great views from all rooms, gorgeous outside patio and views, great coastal walks, lovely local pub, seal spotting from the deck….. I’m simply in love with this place. Thank you Bev and family…. Left a little piece of my heart here ❤️

The Old Sea Captain’s House is perfect for a large group to getaway and enjoy some peace and quiet. The house has a lived-in, ‘homely-feel’ which makes it so very easy to relax from the moment you arrive. All the rooms throughout the house are light, airy and spacious. It is well stocked for the most part...no need to take board games, they have thought of them too! Having a large downstairs bathroom with separate bath and freestanding shower, works brilliantly. The location is great and Aberporth is charming and unspoilt. Would happily revisit and recommend.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but the chalet was so comfortable that we chilled in the afternoon, the dogs loved it too. Wish I had booked for a bit longer really. Emma was so helpful with instructions, it made it so easy to find. Coming from the Llyn Peninsula it was a real treat ordering pizza to the chalet.

Perfect Host, Communication was A1, James’ place was clean and well presented! Can’t wait to return in the near future!

Fantastic stay! As soon as we entered the caravan I could see that the property exceeded expectations. The photos on the site are good, but the homeliness, spotless conditions and particularly the amazing view, were over and above what we expected. The facilities are exactly as described and perfect for someone struggling with mobility issues. The accessible ramp to the property, wet room, grab rails, bed frame, and the rise and recline chair in the lounge provided a comfortable, safe environment. Fabulous! Plus, waking up to that sea view every day is transformative. Just lovely. Importantly, Melissa, our host, was friendly and quick to respond. One thing to note, if you are booking to use the Haven facilities, be prepared to pay. We took the decision not to purchase passes but you will need them for the pool and entertainment. Thanks to Melissa and her brilliant property for making our holiday possible. If you’re wondering about booking 32 Monmouth, please don’t delay!

We had a wonderful stay at Alison’s caravan! Idyllic location, practically on the beach and a short drive into New Quay. I’m sure we’ll be back in no time!

Melissa responded SO quickly when I contacted her late on a Friday after we had been let down by other accomodation we had booked in the area. Her caravan was available and she sent through details super quickly. The caravan was spacious and clean and right next to the walk down to the beach where you could walk into New Quay easily (and dolphin spot). I highly recommend!

Beautiful spot. Great combination of a private location for the caravan combined with the facilities of the haven park - swimming pools, mini golf, entertainment, nerf training etc - the kids and I had a ball. The living spaces are generously sized and very comfortable. Melissa is a great host - very responsive and helpful. Loved the view and spotting the dolphins!

Great location, as described. Plenty of things to do onsite and a short drive away. Gym was a bonus.Smart tv a plus aswell

After a very stressful trip to get to the stay, cars! the location and check in was easy and Rosemaries instructions were perfect, we had a really lovely time, took the bus into Aberystwyth and used all the onsite amenities 🙂

Fantastic modern house with all mod cons. The views are breathtaking over Aberporth....only downside a new house is under construction adjacent to the main living room which takes away some of those views....and although close to completion....scaffolding is an eyesore. Still fabulous stay and would go back to Aberporth again.

Beautiful house with incredible views, the outside space would be amazing during the warmer months. The living space is cosy and the house is a super short walk to the beach. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach.

Very cosy, very functional and right next to everywhere you want to be in Llangrannog. 60 yards to walk to beach, pub & cafes. Upstairs double bed via ladder (youve got to be mobile there) was lovely and with the skylight a delight when the sun streamed in on what was a very cold week outside in Feb. Great value, good for a couple plus small dog like us.

Not the first time I've stayed here, but it's always immaculately kept. Clean, tidy and some nice extras supplied. Great central location for Aberystwyth!

Great location on the sea front and close to the centre of it all. Large comfy rooms and well equipped kitchen. Finding a place to park may be tricky during busy months. And the shower pressure was weak. Other than that I would recommend staying here.

I cannot even describe how comfortable and at home me and my 4 children felt here. Both were very accommodating and kind to my children, we will absolutely will come again. Such a special place, the sea air does you wonders. Thanks again

Absolutely amazing place and great location - The bungalow was really cosy and clean and the beach just down the road was amazing!

We have had a fabulous stay here. The cottage is stunning and perfectly situated. New Quay is a lovely place with lots to do and loads of great walks from your doorstep. The cottage was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could want. The hosts were fantastic and their communication was the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
