we felt absolutely blessed to stay at Helens place. it was beautifully secluded and had lovely furnishings. we felt so snug whilst there and smug for having found it.

May and Simon made us feel at home with a view of the river and close to Lampeter town centre to walk. Really friendly couple and comfortable bed and great walk-in shower too! When we're back in Lampeter we'll stay here again, thanks from Ali and Simon

Excellent house spotlessly clean lovely and large for 8 of us .beds comfy showers great.kitchen well equipped.games room great and although weather dreadful managed to use hot tub once.easy drive to Aberystwyth plenty of pubs there.children loved their holiday home .great with stair gate top of spiral stairs thank u recommend to families beautiful place

A hidden gem in the hills! I had a very restful stay here at Penrhiw and a great adventure exploring local wild landscape. The room was cosy and the beautiful design gives the place a peaceful feel to it. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, the fruit bowl a work of art! Phil was good to make it vegan for me and make sure I had everything I needed as well as sharing some great local recommendations. Hope to be back, highly recommend this vegetarian B&B !

Ann and Mike were excellent hosts. Instructions were very clear and helpful. They were very friendly and easy to get along with. Would definitely recommend.

Heather was quick to reply from the beginning and check-in and check-out was very easy, with no arrival time needed! The room was lovely and the bed was comfy, everything was clean too. Would definitely stay again!

I first visited this house pre pandemic and was certain I would return. Finally I managed to spend several days here this week. Quirky, rustic, rural and yet somehow majestic, this house with its bookshelves, grand piano and four poster bed together with its history of connection with Dylan and Caitlin Thomas and their family is a perfect backdrop to the hiraeth felt by Thomas and which always brought him back to the land of his fathers. Rolanda is a perfect host - making sure everything was in place on my arrival and the simple breakfast catering was just right. This is the most private of places for a simple retreat or for a summer holiday as Aberaeron and New Quay are both only a few miles away. A very different experience but one which I hope to repeat. We loved our stay at Laurel’s place. They are lovely couple who offer warm hospitality and awesome breakfast. -The property is beautiful, spacious, clean. - Nice view from the property. - Snooker table is an add on. -Just 10-15 drive to the Aberystwyth beach. -There is a pub nearby just 5 mins walk which is good too.

Margaret was a lovely friendly host. The views from our bedroom were stunning. Everything was clean and tidy, a lovely place to stay with a super host.

Lovely break in this quaint B&B. I was made to feel very welcome by Christine who was very attentive. The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful ensuite shower + separate bath. Breakfast each morning was delicious and well catered. Lovely quiet location on a small holding, close enough to Cardigan + all the amenities but felt like the middle of nowhere. I would definitely book again if returning to the area.

Ganz schön versteckt zwischen Wald und Wiesen (am besten vor der Dunkelheit anreisen), aber mit Wegbeschreibung gut zu finden, haben wir zu zweit eine super angenehme Übernachtung in der sehr originell eingerichteten Pension verbracht. Wasserkocher und Kaffee zum Selfservice waren vorhanden. Nicky und ihr Mann waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und ihr kleiner Hund war super lieb. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt.

We had a very pleasant stay at Viv's vegan B&B on our round trip through Wales. The room is very nicely designed and furnished. Everything looks very harmonious and the view of the sea is beautiful. The room is very quiet. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is close to New Quay. You can go on a dolphin watching tour from there. The vegan breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Viv is a very warm host. Thanks for everything.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here last night and absolutely loved it. The owners were lovely, great to talk too and gave us our privacy whilst there. The bedroom it's self was lush, the bed felt like a king size, super comfortable and had both a large pillow and smaller pillow to chose from which is great as a lot of hotels mostly only have large pillows. Didn't feel cramped there and had everything you needed. There are games downstairs in the lounge area which were fun, although we brought some painting stuff for a little date night ourselves. The pool area is perfect! Fairly large pool, wet and dry sauna plus the large jacuzzi outside. There are inflatables for the pool which were fun and the temperature of the pool was perfect. We went for a little walk to see some of the animals, was fun meeting the alpacas and the duck that thinks its a chicken. The breakfast was stunning too! Plenty of options, healthy. Planning on going again for longer and with friends

Natalie's place is a spot of heaven! The room is spacious and light with a big bathroom, comfortable bed and an adjacent study room. She provided a delicious breakfast and since we were there for Other Voices she gave us tips and recommendations for the local area and Cardigan, and even lent a torch for our evening walk back. The view is stunning and great for birdwatching. Thanks for having us!
