Great place to stay terrific views & close to all amenities

The apartment is lovely and comfortable. The view is incredible and it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a family group of 4 adults. We really enjoyed our stay . The location is perfect , a very short walk from the beach , cafes , pubs, restaurants and parking . It had everything we needed and was very comfortable . We would definitely recommend .

Loved the Tabernacle - (and Aberdovey in November). It suited us really well. A big thank you too to Louis for being so kind and understanding, and rushing to let us in when we locked ourselves out - just to find we had found a way in! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

Absolutely stunning Ning property. Decor is to an extremely high standard. Comfortable beds & pillows. Extremely clean throughout. Fantastic location, great parking on site. A truly beautiful property.

you could have ask for anything more. we are from States and 2 floor to us is 3rd floor in UK. we had lots of luggage but we managed. I would definitely return here if return to area.

Really enjoyed our stay at Otago - lovely apartment with amazing views. We particularly liked the VERY comfortable reclining sofa!. The toilet was a bit cramped for my 6ft2 husband, however.

Amazing few days spend here. Nicky gave us a amazing, friendly welcome with tea, coffe and welshcakes. Fresh milk and water waiting in the fridge as well for us. Accommodation was clean, spacious and warm. Hope yo hope to visit again soon.

Lovely relaxing getaway – homely with a stunning view in a great location We had such a wonderful stay here as a family (me, my wife and our 5-year-old daughter). It felt really homely from the start – fresh flowers in the room, thoughtful touches everywhere, and Jane even brought us a basket of toys for Mila, which was such a sweet surprise! Mornings were our favourite time of day – sitting with a coffee on the balcony, looking out at the wildlife and swans on the river. It was so peaceful. We also borrowed bikes (including one for our daughter) which was a great way to explore. The location is great – we loved Poppit Beach, wandering around the ruins, and walking to The Ferry for dinner. The coastal walks and fresh air blew away the cobwebs for sure. It’s so quiet at night too – we all slept so deeply. If you’re looking for a friendly, peaceful place that’s a great base for exploring, this is it. Can’t recommend enough! We'll be back. Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished. Perfectly located. Alex was an excellent communicator and provided all the information we needed for check in/out and local recommendations.

Excellent accommodation. All mod cons in the kitchen and the underfloor heating was great. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Parking just about within reasonable walking range but this is well-flagged on the listing so no issue. Carwyn was friendly and responsive.

Spacious & comfortable annex with secure parking. Set up to be very dog friendly, water bowl & dog blankets provided, even dog shampoo. Short walk from a great beach & dunes for dog walking. Lots of info for local amenities / attractions. Helpful instructions to locate property. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!

Was welcomed by the lovely Liz, who was warm and welcoming. Was a wonderful birthday stay. Liz went above and beyond providing chocolates and wine for our visit. As a dog owner it is the warmest welcome we have recieved from a host. Would stay there again

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and will hopefully stay again in the future if there is availability. It’s a well equipped and private apartment.

I think Heather under sells just how lovely this appartment is. The view 5*, the location 5*+++, small touches like beach equipment, games, and decor 5*. There is no street parking, however the car park is next door to the building, so ideal for keeping all the beach stuff in rather than taking up the flat. I would recommend unloading from the front of the building rather than the back entrance, as the back is owned by the chip shop underneath and they have lots of deliveries/staff coming in and out from shifts etc. Also the chip shop underneath was Amazing (best value in the area)

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has wonderful sea views from the front room and the bedroom is out the back of the apartment. It can get a little noisy at night as there is a night club on the pier across the road, but with the bedroom out the back the impact is minimal.

I loved my short stay at Jacci! The space was very welcoming and the hamper that she offers it's perfect for a late arrival or next day breakfast. All good quality local produce. The cookware and all utensils are of very good quality, it was a real treat to cook there :) The place is very close within 10 minutes in good traffic to 3 separate beaches and other nature attractions. I would highly recommend this place, and I am grateful I could have experienced Jacci's hospitality. Thank you!

A great find right in the middle of town. There was even free on-street parking available 5 minutes walk away. Spacious accommodation on 1st and second floor- all self contained. Evie was quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely book again.

Our family had a brilliant time, the flat is beautiful, we felt right at home and the location excellent, lots to do and see just a short walk away. Moira was a superb host proactively anticipating our needs, very responsive and easy to communicate with, lots of really good tips too!! Thank you for making our stay really memorable!

Really great location of the place, right in the centre of town. Hosts were really good, communicated well to us on check in day with key handover. Apartment was clean and earplugs were provided for the outside noise which was minimal. A really fab place to stay, we’ll be booking up again for our next trip.
