Una volta provata e assaporata l'atmosfera di questo magico posto e la bellissima energia delle persone che gestiscono tutto posso dire con certezza che quando tornerò in Toscana non ho più bisogno di cercare altro e diventare matto. Qui c'è tutto quello che cerchi quando pensi alla parola vacanza. Ideale anche per bambini. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Grazie ancora dei giorni passati insieme🙏

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in Darias kleinem Häuschen bestens aufgehoben. Aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist es ein perfekter Ort. Nach Pisa/Lucca ist man schnell gefahren und dank der nahen Bahnstation (Romano/St.Croce, kostenloses Parken) ist man in einer Dreiviertelstunde ohne Stress in Florenz. In Cerretti selbst ist nicht viel los, es gibt aber einen kleinen Supermarkt. In den nahegelegenen Orten Buti und Quattro Strade isst man gut. Daria gibt wunderbare Tipps, auch für Ausflüge, Strand etc. und ist rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin! Das Häuschen ist liebevoll im Vintage - Cottage - Core - Stil ausgestattet. Das muss man aber auch mögen, wer Luxus erwartet, ist hier falsch. Wer hingegen uriges Landleben liebt, ist goldrichtig. Der Pool war eine Wohltat nach langen Ausflügen. Die Terrasse hinterm Haus ist wunderbar für lange Sommerabende, auch WLAN funktioniert dort. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man benötigt - reichlich Geschirr, Grundausstattung, Bettwäsche. Wie gesagt, die wunderbar herzliche Gastgeberin kümmert sich mit Hingabe. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top!

Wir waren zu 5. in der Villa und es hat perfekt zu uns gepasst. Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern und die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war schnell und immer sehr offen für neue Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Man hatte durch die etwas abgelegene Lage Privatsphäre, konnte aber dennoch zu Fuß den Supermarkt oder kleine Restaurants erreichen. Ansonsten waren wir mit einem Auto mobil und waren in ca. 10-15 min in Lucca. Wir würden es alle auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Preis Leistung auch super☺️👍🏼

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Arezzo. Comodo in tutto, accoglienza perfetta, tutti molto disponibili. Per chi ne ha necessità possibilità di parcheggio.
