My husband and I will definitely be staying again! Stayed as it was close to a friends wedding, the home was spotless walking in, and truly felt like the owners loved the property and took care of it accordingly. Yon was super helpful and friendly, and also offered us a late checkout since we had a wedding the night before check out. This is easily one of our favourite places we have stayed, could not recommend it enough!

Just wow - one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in and only a stone throw from Sydney. We booked Villa Nessi for my wife’s 30th and were extremely impressed. You basically get keys (or a code) to paradise for a weekend. The property is stunning with an enormous pool and spa. We ended up making full use of all the inclusions. Absolutely bang for buck value for money wise, especially if you are splitting amongst all your guests. It’s the perfect place to spend a weekend or work from home during the week. Internet is super fast. It’s an even better place to celebrate a milestone with friends, the house is huge, clean, well appointed and has everything you could possibly ask for. I recommend sourcing some quality meats as the bbq is powerful and the view so nice you don’t want to leave. Good selection of onsite activities to keep busy. The hosts are easy to deal with, super friendly but not intrusive and the whole stay was a very pleasant experience. Will be coming back!

Tracey & Carl's place was fantastic. The check-in instructions were really clear and easy to follow. I would definately recommend anyone wanting to experience the Hunter Valley region stay here.

The perfect stay for the family. The swimming pool was very popular over the weekend. The house is spacious and family inviting. Close to shops and short drive to the beach. I would highly recommend this for your family stay. Definitely be booking again soon.

Llyr House was perfect for us as 8 adults looking for a week away for a mini school reunion. The kitchen was a good size, with modern appliances - the fridge and ice maker being a hit. We worked with the hosts to make sure everyone had a bed to themself and the bedrooms were a good size for those that needed to share a room. The master bedroom was very big and had a great ensuite. The two living spaces allowed us to mix and match what we were doing throughout the day (a couple of us watching sport, some others gaming or watching movies for instance) and the tech in both was modern and seamless. The pool was a welcome space to refresh after a walk to the beach, or returning from golf and was well maintained, as was the outdoor BBQ/dining area setup nearby. The laundry had modern appliances which were used throughout the week. Overall a great place to stay for large groups, thx!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

The positives are many: supercomfy beds, generous towels, thoughtful little touches like milk and condiments in the kitchen, boardgames for the kids and a beautiful garden. Belinda's charming weatherboard house is in a quiet location but an easy drive or walk from the centre of town. Thanks, Belinda. We loved our stay.

Perfect place for quiet, relaxing weekend with my sister. Everything we needed was at the cottage. The cottage is fully fenced so I didn’t have to worry about my four legged fur child wandering.

If you are seeking an 'off road' location (to get there), THEN, this is the place to stay & relax. Water View Cottage is well appointed and for the most part was quite clean (albeit, the Oven hadn't been cleaned for weeks and no one apparently checks for blown light globes). If you are visiting during Spring / Summer, be sure to pack extra Fly / Bug Spray (the cans provided were 'EMPTY') as having the Doors open attracts a plethora of flies & mozzies as there are no Screen Doors. The Accommodation is very comfortable & spacious (for 2 Adults with small dog) and the location is so peaceful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s place, very charming old house in a private yet very central location. The views are incredible and the place was cozy and well equipped. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful and very clean. Central to everything and very private. The spa was great. Had everything we needed and Heidi provided all the information we needed and communication was great. Will definitely revisit. Unfortunately the planned car rally didn’t go ahead due to the weather so we will need to return within 12months to redeem our vouchers. Thanks again

We stayed for 3 weeks, and liked the interior decorating and cosy spaces of the cottage. We found the kitchen to be well equipped, bedrooms functional with built in robes, and outdoor space beautifully presented and a great space for our dog. Also appreciated the washing line and drying rack as well as dryer. Communication was clear and prompt and very helpful hosts.

We loved the Redhead Beach house. It was in a great location and easy walking distance to the beach. The house was very spacious, luxurious and full of light. It was a rainy weekend but it had plenty of games as well as a great games room in the garage. The veranda gave us a lovely view to the sea and was a pleasant spot to relax and chat. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and Natalie and Collin couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating about this. My family felt very welcome and had a lovely stay.

Clean, comfortable and well located accommodation in Merewether. House had everything you could need with furnishings to a very high standard. Easy walking distance to beaches, shops and to Lingard Private Hospital.

My staff have stayed there multiple times... they love it.

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!
