great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

The place was exactly like in the photo. It's very comfortable and utilized condo, The area surrounded by swimming pool. We love this place and we will be back for sure.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen, wir lieben dieses Apartment und die tolle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Für uns der ideale Ort für einen tollen entspannten. Urlaub. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in fußläufiger Nähe Trotzdem empfehlen wir einen Fahrzeug -Motorroller zu mieten , damit kann man die weitere Umgebung erkunden und Einkäufe machen. 7/11 ist nicht weit Das Condo war kaum gebucht und wir waren praktisch immer allein am Pool. Die direkte Lage am Strand ist phantastisch, auch dort trotz Hochsaison kaum Menschen, nur ab und zu Spaziergänger. Freie Auswahl Pool oder 10 Meter weiter das Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist liebevoll und gut durchdacht. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht, wie Ersatzbatterien, Ersatz-Glühlampen etc . Eine Box mit Schokolade und Chips stand bei Ankunft auch bereit Das WLAN hatte technische Problem und war sehr langsam . Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut Hervorragend ist auch der tolle direkte Blick aus das Meer und den Strand, wenn man das Fenst

Host is responsive, friendly and easy to communicate. There are flexibility in check out time. Her house maintain cleanliness and amenities provided are working and clean. Bed is comfortable with fresh linen. Towels are clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a secluded and private place for a short getaway and also own/ rent a vehicle in Hua Hin. Guest should prepare mosquito repellent and mosquito coil. I enjoy my stay and hope to return again.

Le logement est top ! Correspond parfaitement aux photos. La literie est très bonne, tout est propre, et c'est beau. La piscine est super agréable. Nous avons adoré ce logement et le conseillons à tous. Le seul bémol concernait l'arrivée dans le logement, car l'adresse fournie sur l'annonce n'est pas la bonne. Heureusement, nous avons pu joindre l'hôte par téléphone et mon amie thaïlandaise a pu discuter avec lui pour qu'il nous guide jusqu'au logement. L'hôte est très réactif. Aussi, nous avions besoin de partir très tôt le matin du dernier jour, alors que la réception n'ouvre qu'à 8h ou 9h, et l'hôte a accepté très gentiment que nous laissions les clés au gardien, pour nous arranger. Je vous recommande ce logement

Es war perfekt für uns. Alles war so sauber, und gut organisiert. Der Swimmingpool is perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Der Swimmingpool wurde permanent sauber gemacht. Die Gegend ist nicht im Zentrum. Du brauchst ein Auto oder Moped... Jederzeit wieder... Vielen Dank

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! This is a really beautiful home and it was a pleasure staying here, especially hanging out on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea. Definitely five stars and great value, nonetheless, the stairwells and hallways aren’t air conditioned so you end up going from hot to cool in the rooms. That said, that doesn’t disqualify the place one bit and I’d be happy to return, especially considering it’s a stone’s throw to the beach with beautiful swimmable waters. It’s all residential and private, there’s a bar/restaurant across the street in front of the beach, so if you’re looking for a pleasant, relaxing and beautiful home/surroundings, Côte by the Sea is the way to go.

Amazing in every way! 1. The house itself is clean and exactly as described. 2. The location is perfect. Situated in a peaceful village with a beach right behind it, this place is ideal for anyone looking to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind from work. 3. The host is incredibly caring and communicative, always checking in to ensure everything is okay before my arrival and during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it and will leave feeling fully recharged, ready to face the chaos of the world again!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, schöner Ausblick, sehr ruhig, wir haben in einer Woche in der Anlage nur 4 Leute gesehen. ( und die Gärtner) Wir hatten den Strand für uns alleine. Leider ist der Pool an der tiefsten Stelle nur 1m tief und sehr schmutzig. Es gibt in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und kein Restaurant. Man benötigt dringend einen Roller, oder ein Auto.

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

Asunto oli tilava ja valoisa. Pieni patio oli mukava oleskelupaikka aamukahville ja illan rauhoittumiselle. Vaikka vieressä oli toinen kerrostalo, välissä oleva kahluuallas antoi väljyyttä ja istutukset lisäsivät viihtyisyyttä. Koko alue oli erittäin hyvin hoidettu. Kahluuallas ja kaksi uima-allasta johdattivat hienosti rauhalliselle rannalle. Koska huoneistoon ei kuulunut siivousta, pyysimme sitä. Siivoojat olivat tehokkaita - puhdasta tuli. Kaikesta näki, että koko henkilökunta oli paneutunut työhönsä. Keittiönurkkaus oli pieni, mutta hyvin siinä valmisti aamu- ja välipalat. Lähellä oli pari hyvää ravintolaa. Noin 30 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli kauppa ja runsaasti ravintoloita sekä tietysti hierontapaikkoja. Tyylikäs ympäristö, avara asunto, rauhallinen tunnelma ja ystävällinen sekä tehokas henkilöstö loivat positiivisen muiston.

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a condo with pool view and walkable distance to the beach. Malikka provided extra towels and some inflatables for the child, nice touch :). Has also a nice balcony with pool view where you can chill and..a smart TV :)
