Beautiful location with lake in backyard, it was frozen over and you could walk out on it. Peaceful area and home was nice and relaxing. Our daughter was coming back for college and loved it so much she thought she would like to stay for entire school year her Senior year :)

We had the best time staying here with our family. The main house was more than spacious but the carriage house was just as welcoming. Everything was fully stocked and we needed little-to-nothing for our stay. Very pleasant experience with this host!

What an incredible place to rent. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, and great lake views. We have stayed at other rentals in high traffic areas (Kissimmee FL or Gatlinburg TN) that were OK but seemed like rentals based on the quality of furnishings, and cleanliness. This rental was amazingly clean - really spotless in every regard. It also had quality dish soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture - it really felt like home for our 11 day stay. Becca was very responsive on a few occasions we had questions. The lake was beautiful and fun especially with the provided fishing gear, kayaks, life vests, and dock. The fishing was great but even if you don't fish the views are so relaxing day or night. Neighbors were friendly as we got to know a few and they would always say hello to our dogs when we walked them and even called them by name. All in all a fantastic property that we hope to stay at again.

Wonderful house with beautiful hilltop view and walkway down to the lake. Very quiet and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated having our canine kids with us! We would love to come again.

So many thoughtful amenities at this Airbnb it felt like staying at a fancy hotel but with all the comforts of home. My family enjoyed the pontoon rental and spent many hours exploring the chain of lakes and swimming. The beds were all very comfortable. Our kids loved all the games. The kitchen and dining space were very comfortable for our large group. Marcia is a gracious host very helpful with recommendations for local things to do and very responsive. We experienced a challenge with the cleaner not cleaning the floors well before our arrival requiring us to sweep and mop to avoid dirty feet/socks. I was impressed how well stocked the kitchen and laundry room were with cleaning supplies. Marcia gave us a discount to compensate us for needing to clean the floors and was very fair and responsive to our experience. We were sad it rained during our stay and we didn't have a chance to use the outdoor patio and fire ring. Beautiful views of the water from the dining space. Peaceful!

First off Thank you! This place was as nice for the money as it gets. Nothing had an issue, Beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to work in. Six tv's! All the kitchen utensil's were like new, not second hand! If I were to go and stay in that area again, I would see if this was available. Thanks and I hope you let me know if I need to improve. We always try to use it like its our own. Chris

I was here with my family and everyone was happy, the home was very cozy with beautiful scenery surrounding the property. We were able to experience white tailed deer, wild turkeys and other wildlife on property. If you like the outdoors, this place is perfect.

Jenna's place was great in every way it's location right on the water yet still close to things . Also her place was super clean and welcoming even the mattresses and pillows were great. And Jenna,s response time was quick

Our family loved staying at the big blue house! There was so much great usable space for 7 of us to use. We have a 3 year old and there were puzzles, toys and games for her to play with, which was gravely appreciated and unexpected! But also cool things to play with for teenage niece and nephew to play with as well. Each room having its own bathroom was also amazing. There were so many little details that made the trip feel like home. Like liquid soap in each bathroom, shampoo conditioner and body wash in each shower, and fans in each bedroom if you needed it. We will definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was well appointed. Rental was in a beautiful location. Communicating in a timely manner much appreciated. Rental is just the right size…cozy enough yet with room enough for one’s own space. Most enjoyable!

If you want a quiet secluded little lake then this is the place! The house was adorable with all of the outdoor amenities like kayaks, paddle boards, tetherball and bags. The kids loved all the card games and the arcade machine inside and All the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a party of 10 to stay comfortable and busy.

Favian's Lake House is a perfect getaway place no matter the season. We visited during the winter and the house accommodated our large group well for a short weekend retreat. There were plenty of beds for all of us, there were a large array of kitchen tools to cook comfortably, and Pike Lake was beautiful to look out at for sunrises. We are definitely considering coming back for the summer months. Thank you!

Lakehouse Cottage was really great to stay at. The hosts were very friendly, quick to respond and informative. A lot of hang out areas in this AirBNB and around it. The water was very clear and is sandy in front of their place. We kayaked around the lake twice and it was magnificent! There are a bunch of steps to get to the lake so consider that if you have people that have trouble walking or getting up stairs. They allowed pets which was a huge plus for us! Thank you for allowing us to use your AirBNB!

We had a wonderful trip to the cabin! It’s small but so homey and cozy! It is beautifully updated while still hanging onto its original charm. So nice to have a full kitchen. The detached cabin was perfect for my parents to stay in.

This was our family's first experience with Airbnb, and we were absolutely in awe of the house and its amenities. As someone who is meticulous about cleanliness, sometimes needing to do touch-ups even at five-star hotels—I was beyond impressed. Lake Sherwood Chalet was spotless, and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Brian was incredibly communicative and accommodating, making our stay seamless and enjoyable.
