Skønt hus med dejlig lille privat pool. Desuden stor pool i kort gåafstand. Vi lejede en tuktuk hvilket gjorde det let at udforske lokalområdet. Huset fungerede perfekt for os. Vær obs på at det lille værelse er meget lille - dog fint til børn at sove i. Flot have og flot aflukket kvarter. Vi var i huset 2 skønne uger og kommer gerne igen. Kan varmt anbefales.

Great place! Highly recommend! Beachfront, amazing location. If you want to relax and let your soul rest this is the right place to stay. One of the greatest things about the place is the Flow Beach cafe run by Fah just next to it. We ate at various cafes on the island, but loved Fah’s the most!

It is a great stay if you looking for a peaceful and quite rest, it is indeed quite far from the main busy area but worth your while if it's peace that you looking for during the stay. very quite at night, and love the surrounding especially the pond / lake view. The host is offering to open up the 2nd floor with extra charge, but for us who stays with 4 people only, it is more than enough already. All and all, we do enjoy the experience and stay at Paranee's place!

Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert und kann von allen Altersgruppen genutzt werden. Ein paar Punkte gibt es sicher in jedem Haus, aber es war nichts was den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hätte. Arun und Familie hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und sofort Hilfe angeboten, wenn etwas nicht auf den ersten Schritt funktioniert hat. Meist hatten wir einfach etwas missverstanden, wie z. B. WiFi Code oder Steuerung der Klimaanlage. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

We loved Alex's place. The house itself is great with everything you need for your stay. It's also very well decorated and stylish. The grounds of Seabreezes are beautiful and well maintained. The communal pool is lovely and not heavily chorinated which we appreciated. Alex herself responds very quickly to queries and was very helpful before we came, assisting us to find a pick up truck to rent. We have no hesitation in recommending the house. Great location, 3 minutes walk to the beach and to the 7 Eleven and street food stalls. Also good restaurants nearby. We would certainly stay here again.

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Cheap and cheerful, close to the beach and nice moo baan. Need your own transportation. Good value for money.

이용해본 에어비앤비중 청소상태가 가장 청결했어요. 콘도 전체가 조용하며 연령대가 어르신들이 많았습니다. 아이들이 많지 않아서 굉장히 조용합니다. 발코니로 쉽게 이동이 가능하여 편리했으며, 해변이 길건너 바로 앞에 있어요. 해변의 모래가 고와서 아이와 바다에서 놀기도 좋았답니다. 조용한 여행을 원하시는 여행객에게는 100점 숙소가 될거예요.

4th time staying for a reason

Квартира уютная, расположение хорошие, через дорогу уже пляж и море, народу не так много. Неподалёку есть вкусные местные кафе, так же есть рынок с морепродуктами, есть массажные салоны. Квартира чистая, хозяин отзывчивый, внимателен (сделала небольшое угощение). Рекомендую!

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The building is new, the shower is a little bit narrow. No door or curtains the til3d. Difficult to avoid to wet. Big screen tv(55 ") for a small room

A lovely place to unwind. Irenas flat greeted my with a nice energy the first minute I stepped in. I was very comfortable the whole stay long. Beach is 2 minutes away, the Condo has a pool, you get drinking water for 1 Baht per litre at the entrance, a 7/11 is next to the building. All was perfect to relax, work, chill.

The aparment was very clean and secure. Only minus was that there was no washing mashine in the aparment, but there was washing place nearby.
