Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Благодарим Медею за гостеприимство! Когда мы приехали, в квартире была идеальная чистота! Очень порадовало качество постельного белья и полотенец. На кухне есть всё для готовки. Мебель очень удобная. Вообще вся квартира удобная, современная, с качественным ремонтом. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Локация очень выгодная. Рядом порт и детский пляж. Ворота открываются в самый центр города. Квартира утоплена во двор и это защищает от уличного шума.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Прекрасно провели время с семьей. Не виделись 2 года. Отличное место для того, чтобы собраться со всех концов земли.

Отдохнули 5 дней, понравилось абсолютно всё. Жильё соответствовало нашим ожиданиям, очень приятные хозяева. Тишина, мандариновый сад... Не хотелось уезжать. ვიმედოვნებ, რომ კიდევ გნახავ!

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Отличная студия в здании, находящимся прямо между 2 больших казино Eclipse и Grand Bellagio. Все было как на фото, чисто и никаких посторонних запахов. Хороший уютный балкончик, где можно позавтракать и позагорать) Также очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые хозяева! Плюс очень красивый холл на первом этаже, где ресепшн

Geweldige accomodatie in een prachtige stad. Prachtig uitzicht iedere dag. Enorm vriendelijke, behulpzame host, duidelijke communicatie.

That’s good place to stay over one week, my monthly stay was peaceful and calm, the apartment is furnished with all needs. The place is in walkable distance from city town. The only problem that can be is not stable hot water in the building and really slooow elevator. Everything else was great!

Прекрасное место в самом центре старого Батуми. Красивые улочки по которым безумно интересно гулять. Отличный балкон на котором приятно пить утренний кофе и вечернее вино. Идеальная чистота. Приветливая хозяйка. Стиральная машина и микроволновка в общей кухне, обычно там никого нет, в номере своя кухня, с плитой, чайником, посудой, соответствует фото. Под окнами рестораны, тем кто рано лижится и чутко спит возможно будет мешать шум с улицы, но к этому надо быть готовым снимая жилье в центре. Мне лично ничего не мешало, ночью и утром было тихо. В квартире есть все необходимое, включая кондиционер, фен и штопор! Хочу вернуться ещё. Прекрасное место.

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

Проживали неделю. Все соответствует описанию. Остались довольны. Эгле постоянно была на связи. Плюсы: рядом море, расположение, вид на море, чистая квартира. Небольшой минус: долго ждать лифты, спускались в основном пешком. Но это единственный минус. Спасибо Эгле.

Eleonora is a superb host, she has a spotless, modern, brand new apartment and everything went perfect here. Check in was easy, the sea and city views stunning. There is everything within walking distance, beach, shops, Ecomart and good restaurants. Those is one of the best places we stayed in Batumi as D tower is newer, everything clean and new. In January 2025 it was economical, great value, and quiet. Eleonora's apartment we will definitely rent again. Bathroom and kitchen super clean no dirt whatsoever compared to older Orbi A apartments which are not clean like this one. Eleonora responded quickly when we needed more toilet paper as we were staying a long time and within 15 minutes there was a man at the door with what was needed. 5* host. My wife and I thoroughly recommend Eleonora as her place is 5* but still economically priced. She is the best host we ever had on AirBnB. Five star recommended!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

Ev tertemizdi beklentimizin oldukca üzerindeydi. Tüm olanaklar vardı ihtiyacımız olacak herşey dairede mevcuttu. 28.katta konakladık asansör biraz korkuttu ama hiç sorun çıkarmadı. Yürüme mesafesinde avm ve restoranlar var. Avrupa meydanı, ali ile nino heykeli gibi yerlere taksiyle 10 dakika sürdü. Mayya çok yardımcı oldu ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa hızla yanıt verdi. Güzel bir deneyimdi teşekkürler ☺️

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!
