Anna and Menelaos were delightful hosts - friendly and helpful, & they even invited us to join them for Sunday dinner! The apartment/villa is just lovely - lots of space & fully equipped with a private wrap-around balcony (so you can find sun or shade to your preference all day), and a shared (with the hosts) garden & pool area. So lovely to come back to a little paradise after a hot day of exploring! And a great location - near enough to Chalkida that you can quickly be in the middle of the action if you wish. Note there is a relatively steep flight of stairs (as noted in the listing).

Myya’s apartment is one of the best equipped Airbnb's we have stayed in. Myya has thought of everything that may make your stay more comfortable. Lovely furnishings and decor with a fully equipped kitchen . The balcony has two full length loungers and an uninterrupted view of the sea. It’s wonderful to wake and be able to step over the road to take a swim before breakfast. Although it’s part of an apartment block we never heard noise from neighbours …just the sound of the waves. There were lots of goodies left in the fridge for us so it was really appreciated not to have to go out food shopping once we arrived . There is a good selection of restaurants within a thirty minute walk but we found the apartment so comfortable we were reluctant to leave. This is a wonderful place to relax and recharge yet a conveniently short journey to Athens.

Anastasios e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati accoglienti, generosi e discreti allo stesso tempo. pronti in ogni momento a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Abbiamo avuto l'onore di gustare i loukoumades con miele a colazione e la mousaka a cena preparati dalla signora Katerina: insuperabili, entrambi! ci hanno consigliato luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti sempre di ottimo livello. siamo arrivati con tre ore di ritardo e ci sono venuti incontro a metà strada guidandoci anche per telefono. la casa è facilissima da raggiungere ma la prima sera/notte il loro aiuto è stato essenziale. la casa è pulitissima, ordinatissima e molto comoda. Anastasios ci ha fatto trovare acqua in abbondanza e altre bibite in frigo, frutta e tutto quello che poteva servire per la colazione. la biancheria da letto e e da bagno impeccabile e in abbondanza, con possibilità di fare più cambi. un'accoglienza veramente insuperabile. è stato un vero piacere essere ospiti di Anastasios e della sua famiglia.

It was exactly what we were expecting of. Secluded and peaceful location with lots of space, a wonderful porch that combined with the large pool made us feel like we were home. The property delivered everything it promised!

The Villa was amazing! So immaculate and spacious, the view was spectacular , everything we needed was there. Gina was the best host, from the moment she met us there to the moment she saw us off, she made us feel so welcome and at home. We were a party of 9 with two younger children and teenagers, that there was plenty for all of them to do. The swimming pool, games, table tennis, foosball. Gina is such a kind lady that nothing was too much trouble and she has a great sense of humour. She helped us with booking a boat trip, finding other beaches and activities to do. The villa was in the perfect location, not too far from shops and restaurants in a car, but remote enough you had so much privacy and it was so quiet, we felt so safe and secure in it at all times. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back there. Thank you Gina xx

Location a recommander pour la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et pour le logement qui mérite 5 étoiles pour sa localisation ,son equipement et ses prestations . La belle maman de Maria est une personne adorable, discrète , très accueillante et calme

This is a villa with a lot of character with spacious, but private grounds stretching to the shoreline and with access to a private beach, which is a massive benefit for families such as ours. The host, Despina, is friendly and very responsive. There's plenty to do in the immediate area.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, great pool and amenities in the property, clean, tidy and we were made to feel very at home. You do need a car to get around to restaurants but this was no major problem as the benefits of the house, amenities (games room), pool etc and privacy outweighed any negatives of having to rent a car. We would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday with great surroundings and a beach within easy walking distance.

Wat een plaatje van een villa met geweldige buitenruimte. Midden op het platteland van Evia in alle rust. Het huis is heel groot, met prima voorzieningen. Het contact met de hosts was geweldig, super lieve behulpzame mensen. Je kunt hier heerlijk genieten!

Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο, η θέα φανταστική. Βόλεψε φοβερά το ότι ήμασταν δύο οικογένειες και χωριστηκαμε στους δύο ορόφους και η καθεμία είχε το μπάνιο της. Κουζίνα και σαλόνι πολύ βολικά και μεγάλος χώρος. Τα μπαλκόνια φοβερά για να κάτσεις με τις ώρες. Το πίσω μπαλκόνι - βεράντα είναι κλειστό και διαθέτει αρκετά παιχνίδια για να απασχοληθούν τα παιδιά αλλά και άνετους καναπέδες για να χαλαρώσεις. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν τυπική και σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας βοήθησε.

la maison est spacieuse même si la pièce de vie regroupe cuisine (petite pour faire de la vraie cuisine) salon et salle à manger et mériterait d'être plus grande pour 6 personnes ou plus en revanche, les chambres sont agréables et les extérieurs : multiples terrasses, grand jardin et cuisine extérieure très appréciés Marilena et sa maman sont très agréables, réactives et arrangeantes. L''accès aux plages nécessite de traverser une route très passante et se ne sont pas les plus belles plages mais il y en a une très bien en partant vers chalkidia a 4minutes avec un petit bar qui est très calme et ombragée la maison est située au centre de l'île ce qui permet de rayonner facilement

Die Bilder von Maria entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Unterkunft ist in allen Bereichen sehr sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, dazwischen gibt es einige Sitzmöglichkeiten und Hängematten. Wir sind dem Adressenlink gefolgt, kamen leider ganz woanders an. Thimios und Maria hatten uns eine Beschreibung gemailt, aber bei Googlemaps gab es diese Straße nicht, auch der Hinweis zum Galazio Café zu fahren, war nicht zu finden. Ein kleiner Hinweis für alle, die noch hinwollen. Das Café Galazio findet man besser bei Googlemaps, wenn man 'Pema Galazio' eingibt. Netterweise hat uns Thimios am Hafen von Eretria abgeholt; danach war es einfach. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es ca 10 min zu Fuß. Danke schön an Maria und Thimios für den herzlichen Empfang, das leckere Willkommensessen, Wein und Obst. Die Kommunikation war prima - schnell und nett. Wenn wir nochmal nach Evia fahren, dann nur zu Maria und Thimios!

Nice place near a clear see, having a dance fence so you can safely let your pet play on the courtyard. Mr Kostas is a very friendly person which tries to fulfill all your reasonable inquiries.

Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με το σπίτι. Ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που περιμέναμε. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με πολύ προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη, και με δική μας είσοδο για το αυτοκίνητο για να μην ενοχλούμε και να μην μας ενοχλούν οι άλλοι επισκέπτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης απάντησε σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις και απορίες μας άμεσα και με σαφήνεια. Συνολικά μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Panakto est situé sur un haut plateau, dans la campagne de Béotie. Athenes est à moins de 1 heure en voiture, Delphes à moins de 2 heures, Thèbes à 1 heure. Les premières plages sont à 40 minutes (Porto Germeno au fond du Golfe de Corinthe nous a bien plus, ou la côte en face de l'île d'Eubée aussi très belle et pas bondée de touristes). Le gite est une petite maison très charmante, avec des terrasses sur 3 côtés, et un jardin engazonné sur le devant qui apporte de la fraicheur. Pour les courses, une petite superette est accessible à Pyli, un village à 5 minutes, sinon il y a un supermarché à ,Erythres à 25 minutes. Anastasia, notre hôte, a été charmante et bienveillante tout au long du séjour, s'inquiétant de notre bien être (d'autant qu'il y a eu des incendies très proches). Il y a pas mal de sentiers de promenades autour. Seul bémol, les chiens qui aboient la nuit (malheureusement, il y en a un peu partout en Grèce). Nous sommes malgré tout très satisfait de notre séjour.

οι οικοδεσπότες ηταν εξαιρετικοί άνθρωποί και μας κάνανε να νιώσουμε άνετα απο την πρώτη στιγμή. πραγματικα τα όσα μας προσφερανε και οι παροχές του σπιτιού είναι δύσκολο να τις περιγράψει κάποιος μέσα σε λίγες λέξεις. το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι η περιγραφή είναι πολύ φτωχή και δεν αντικατοπτρίζει ούτε στο ελάχιστο τοσο της αισθητικής του χώρου και του περιβάλλοντος οσο και των παροχών. μια τέλεια επιλογή για οικογένεια με παιδάκια που αναζητούν ηρεμία και ξεκούραση

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Christina en haar man waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prachtige locatie om goed te kunnen ontspannen. Alles wat we nodig hebben was aanwezig. De zee met klein strandje in mooie baai was vlakbij. Dit verblijf is een aanrader! We hopen nog eens terug te gaan.

Excellent location that you can combine with villa leon if you want to host a big group. Great view, lot of space. Excellent for 3 families with teens for example. They have their private place downstairs! Super pool. And Christina is superresponsive and helpful to find services close by! I really advise !

Excellent Stays at Georgios place. Very well equipped. Excellent pool and view. Chalkida is about 20min drive. Lots of space and locations where we can enjoy the views and rest. Small beach accessible through a private path.

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι. Μείναμε δυο ζευγάρια απολύτως ικανοποιημένα από την άνεση, τους χώρους και τη διαρίθμυση. Ένα πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, σε κοντινή τοποθεσία τόσο στην Ερέτρια, όσο και στο Βασιλικό και τη Χαλκίδα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα.

If you want to be out of town at a quiet location in a big house with a pool and big views of the ocean, this is a great place for all the above. We had a really enjoyable time staying here and hosting friends and family that came to visit. Our kids loved the over sized pool. Thank you Natalia for taking us on, on our short notice request. We really appreciate it and enjoyed.

Beautiful house with absolutely spectacular views. The private swimming pool was also a big hit with my family. Serafeim is a fantastic host and very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The gravel roads on the last few 100 meters to the house can be a little challenging to navigate but drive slow and carefully and you'll be fine. Would highly recommend Serafeim's place.
