Εξαιρετική η διαμονή μας στο σπιτάκι Μελούτη με την επίσης εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα Δήμητρα!!! Ο χώρος ήταν όπως παρουσιάζεται στις φωτογραφίες, ήταν καθαρός και φροντισμένος στις λεπτομέρειες, ενώ είχε και εξαιρετική ατμόσφαιρα. Η Δήμητρα ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη, επικοινωνιακή και γλυκιά. Μια σωστή οικοδέσποινα και ένα όμορφο σπιτάκι για μια εξόρμηση κοντά στην Αθήνα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

L’endroit est vraiment très calme et la vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique. L’hôte est très gentille et nous a même offert du raisin de son jardin. Parfait pour des vacances reposantes!

Καθαρός χώρος, με πολύ όμορφο υπαίθριο, το οποίο δυστυχώς δεν μπορέσαμε να απολαύσουμε λόγω καιρού την περίοδο που πήγαμε. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια και παιδιά. Φανταστικός προορισμός για διαμονή κατά τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες. Άμεση και απόλυτα εξυπηρετική επικοινωνία. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Amazing Stay, Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Maria’splace! The property was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect for aquiet weekend getaway, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

todo muy bien, la casa muy agradable,en medio del campo, ideal para descansar, cierto que algo aislada de la población más cercana, aunque en mi caso eso fue ventaja, pues buscaba tranquilidad. Si tienes coche ,puedes ir Plaka Dilesi para comer, dimos con un restaurante que a buen precio nos sirvió mucha y muy buena comida.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Dom leży w spokojnym miejscu, posiada dobre wyposażenie kuchenne oraz wygodne materace. Właściciele są bardzo sympatyczni i otwarci. Przywitali nas lokalnymi wypiekami oraz zapraszali do wspólnego stołu. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu ♥️ Bill wskazywał restauracje i miejsca które warto odwiedzić. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy 😊

הוילה היתה מדהימה! הרבה מעבר לציפיות ואפילו מעבר לתמונות באתר.. לאוהבי חופש כפרי ומקומי, המיקום מושלם. בין הים לטברנות המקומיות ולאתרים התיירותיים שנמצאים 50 דקות מהוילה. הוילה נקיה מאד מאובזרת בכל מה שרק רצינו , החצר יפיפיה והבריכה מושלמת. היתה לו חוויה מדהימה. תודה

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το σπίτι και η πισίνα ήταν πολύ καθαρά! Ήσυχο και όμορφο περιβάλλον και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού ιδανική για βραδιές χαλάρωσης! Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και επιπλέον! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! Κ.Γιώργο, σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα, χαρήκαμε που σας γνωρίσαμε!

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι. Μείναμε δυο ζευγάρια απολύτως ικανοποιημένα από την άνεση, τους χώρους και τη διαρίθμυση. Ένα πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, σε κοντινή τοποθεσία τόσο στην Ερέτρια, όσο και στο Βασιλικό και τη Χαλκίδα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα.

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο και πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν να ειμαστε στο εξοχικό μας. Η τοποθεσία καταπληκτική και εύκολα προσβάσιμη. Εμείς κάναμε το πάρτυ τις κόρης μας και όλοι έφυγαν ενθουσιασμένοι! Οι Γιώτα και ο Αντώνης, έχουν προνοήσει για τα πάντα. Καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι, που φαίνεται ότι όλο αυτό το κάνουν με αγάπη. Αξίζει να το κλείσεις για πολλές διανυκτερεύσεις. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε για περισσότερες ημέρες! Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

A beautiful house in amazing gardens. Very well cared for and it was clear how proud Vasilis is of the house and gardens. Very comfortable, clean and cool.

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε! Ήταν εξαιρετικό το σπίτι , η φιλοξενία και ο Νίκος ο πιο καλός οικοδεσπότης να μας βοηθάει όποτε τον χρειαζόμασταν. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού εξαιρετική , μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Χαλκίδας ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα !

A wonderful attic with a great view! The house had everything that you need and the owner was very helpful and ready to answer all of our questions! A perfect choice for a couple that want their privacy and quiet enviroment but also can go to the centre of the town in a 5 min drive! Would stay again for sure!

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

Just amazing place if you want to disconnect and really relax. Apartament had everything we needed for our stay and host was amazingly friendly. Highly recommended for family holidays. We will want to come back :)

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

I could go on and on about how much we loved our mini vacation at Michael’s home. It was the perfect retreat away from Athens. Michael’s mother was there to greet us with a cheerful and kind personality. She really made us feel very comfortable. The home was very nice, clean, and well kept. The patio has an amazing sea view. We really enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch while enjoying the view. The home has big windows so you can also enjoy the view from inside. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice. There were even some toys for my children to enjoy. The host also generously provided some snacks! You can walk right to the water from the house. We LOVED being so close to the sea, the cliffs were so much fun, as well as the beach. We also walked along the rocks to the Taverna. I highly recommend the Angknoa Taverna. The town within driving distance is called Agii Apostoli and has many tavernas, ice cream shops, and cafes. Thank you Michael for sharing your home with us, we would love to come back sometime, and will recommend this home to all of our friends!

Μείναμε στο studio 3 βράδια. Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ ήσυχο σημείο, με πράσινο γύρω γύρω. Το σπιτάκι ήταν καθαρό και δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα από όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ο κ Νίκος είναι πολύ ευγενικός και χαμογελαστός. Έχει κι έναν γλυκύτατο σκύλο με τον οποίο ασχοληθήκαμε αρκετά. Αν θέλει κάποιος να ηρεμήσει και να ξεκουραστεί είναι μια χαρά, με γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε παραλίες και στο κέντρο της πόλης.
