Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

Great location! Turtle Cove had great restaurants especially SharkBite that was reasonably priced and if you are lucky can see the shark swim by while eating - however our favourite was Smiths Reef (walking distance) it was never crowded and a family of turtles frequent the spot - My family enjoyed snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

This is a hidden gem. If you want to unplug and get away, then this is your place. You don't have to leave if you don't want to, this place has everything you need. Grace bay is a short drive also if you want to get out.

This property is absolutely stunning. The Villa matches the description perfectly and the location is ideal!

Fantastic value for what you get. The unit was large with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, beach towels/chairs/umbrella, and cooking necessities. We'd still recommend renting a car, but the resort complex is easy walking distance to some great restaurants and the best near-shore snorkeling on the island. Would definitely book again!

The condo area was very nice. There was two pools at different temps and a nice hot tub. Very nice landscaping. Simmons is a nice restaurant on the grounds.

Allison's place was fantastic and was exactly what we were expecting. Located a short drive from everything, but it was still secluded and enough off the beaten path to feel special and private. Clean and comfortable, it was a great place to spend a week.

Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

Our family just had an incredible experience in Provo thanks to Katherine. Comfortable beds, A/C, WiFi, etc. Her knowledge of the island was so helpful! The notebook she provided with where to go and where to eat was GOLD. She had all the snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding and gear we needed & more! Her JEEP was great for getting to some of the hard to access beaches (Malcolm, Northwest Point, etc.) Her response time was excellent and she provided us with great transportation to & from the airport. Her home is centrally located on the island so everything was close and accessible. Our 12 & 14yr old boys had a blast! Easily our families best getaway-SO many little adventures. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Yoshi was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Clean, private, convenient and walkable. We did not rent a car and walked most places. Some destinations needed a taxi- it can add up if you are planning on using a taxi often or have a bigger group. There is a ton to do in the area and the beach is very close by!!

Katherine’s cottage was perfect for the two of us. She was very responsive and the woman, Josie, who takes care of the cottage, was there to greet us with a rum punch and get us comfortable! We used her kayak and paddleboard right from the backyard, and she has a great beach stuff to bring to the beautiful beaches on the island. Renting a car through her was simple, and she facilitated a ride for us from and back to the airport, which made things very easy for us. We did not get to meet Katherine, but we hope to someday in the future as we would definitely rent from her again! Thank you!

We had the most amazing time. The home was exactly as described and more!! Having the kayaks, paddle boards and pool were just what we needed to have the best most relaxing vacation! We rented a car and the location was perfect to get to everywhere on the island! We would love to come back and stay at Christine and Marks island getaway!!

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

Debbie and Dan were absolutely the most wonderful, welcoming, and warmest hosts! They were very helpful during our entire stay, and also went above and beyond to answer all our questions in the run up to our visit. They have created a very beautiful and livable home; you can see the care and thought they have put into both major and minor details e.g. more than enough towels/linens for a family beach vacation. The house is a few mins walk from Taylor Bay, which is incredibly peaceful (e.g. compared to Grace Bay) and has a spectacular shallow and calm bay, perfect for our toddler (and swimming and paddleboarding). The spacious deck and pool were lovely spaces to lounge around. The house is equipped with tons of beach gear and beach toys. We used the ACs when sleeping but the house was breezy enough during the day. One of the most special places we've stayed at in all our travels! We loved our stay. Thank you Debbie and Dan!

This house is great for a family. The pool area is a nice place to relax and we enjoyed kayaking on the canal and into Turtle Lake. Kitchen had good equipment. Only drawback was the bugs. I noticed one mosquito in the home but while we were sitting outside I had a few bites from noseeums and everyone in our family noticed several new bites every morning upon waking. The fans in the smaller bedrooms weren’t working so we’d open the windows for airflow. There were screens but the mesh isn’t small enough to keep out noseeums. I’d recommend bringing some all natural bug spray with you if you don’t want to bathe in deet prior to bedtime. Not much the hosts can do about this, so it’s primarily an FYI for future guests.

Logement sacieux et bien équipé. Points forts: -La grande terrasse avec moustiquaire. Toutefois, la moustiquaire était brisée à quelques endroits. -À 10 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de l'épicerie.- La piscine juste à côté de la maison. -Le logement est à l'intérieur de gates avec codes. - Plusieurs serviettes de douches et de plage. -Équipements pour la plage (2 chariots, 3 chaises et quelques jouets de plage). Toutefois, pas de tente UV tel que sur la photo du logement, ni parasol utilisable (brisé). - 3 têtes pour l'air climatisée. -Lave-vaisselle avec des capsules de savon. -laveuse et sécheuse accessibles par une porte à l'extérieur du logement (10$ us par jour d'utilisation). -2 salles de bain avec grande douche. Points faibles: -proximité d'un restaurant/bar donc nous entendions la musique principalement de la terrasse et un peu moins de l'intérieur. -beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine et les salles de bain.- La rue pour s'y rendre est pleine de trous.

We had 2 families at Erin’s place for the week. 4 adults and 4 kids (11-13year olds). The place accommodated everyone super comfortably. The location was incredible! Walking distance to beach, shops, grocery, restaurants etc.. I feel the need to mention that we all felt safe the whole time, even walking at night. We rented a car and explored other beaches around the island with short day trips, but the Grace Bay beach (probably 5-10 min walk) was awesome. The kitchen amenities were perfect as we cooked a lot. Grill was clean and worked great too. The huge outdoor screen porch was a favorite for hanging in the morning and night time too. If you are thinking about Erin’s place, DO IT! Fantastic vacation all around!

Great hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight day stay. Scuba diving almost every day and hiking or fishing otherwise. The place is very comfortable, and in a nice location for the beach, grocery stores, and the main highway. The pool is a nice feature. Ample parking and a laundry facility on the premises. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. We needed a potato peeler and they responded immediately. There are three different styles of coffee makers: Nespresso with Virtuo pods, drip coffee, and a French Press. Plenty of towels. Great air conditioners. We cooked a lot. The convection oven worked great for a chicken dinner. The stove top was great, ample pots, pans, and utensils. The small BBQ out back was used every night. We grilled fish, steaks, spiny lobster tails and pineapple. So delicious! The internet worked well for our needs. Beach: the beach is an easy couple hundred steps to the sand. There is ample snorkeling gear in laundry room and great beach chairs in the unit.

We had an amazing vacation at this beachfront home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The drinking water dispenser was much appreciated. The private pool and water toys were a big hit with the family. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The screened in patio was comfortable after a day at the beach. The house had a few minor challenges. The light in the shower was out and the AC in the kids room was not kicking out cold air. We did let the property manager know. The backyard had limited privacy since it’s shared with the other neighbors across the street. Their high balcony looks right into the french doors over the garage. There are no curtains! Overall, the place is nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Shanwell's Sea House with great weather on Providenciales! We loved sitting on the pool deck in the morning for coffee and using the pool in the afternoons. When we ate at home, we used the table on the patio out the front door and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler to take to the beach. A car is necessary on TCI and it was easy to get around the island from the Long Bay neighborhood. Lastly, Shanwell was very responsive to inquiries and easy to work with. We would have loved to stay longer. Thank you Shanwell for your gracious hospitality!

Our stay at Morgan's home was wonderful, definitely recommend. She gave us a tour of the house on our arrival and we found it to meet or exceed our expectations based on photos and owner description. We were especially impressed with how comfortable this home was, with plenty of indoor and outdoor places for large groups to gather as well as many smaller seating areas to tuck away and read, take a nap, or enjoy the breeze and wonderful views of the ocean. In the living room there is a shelf with a good variety of reading materials, and we also found board and card games throughout the house. The beach immediately in front of the house was a very easy, less than 5 minute walk away. There are a couple of reefs at this beach for snorkeling but no real shade so especially good in early morning or later afternoons. Smith Reef, very near to Turtle Cove, is more of a 20 minute walk; still very close by. We found both shade and a wonderful reef there where we consistently found turtles.
