I can’t say enough about this place, it was amazing. Beautiful place with beautiful views in a quiet part of the island. Very clean and well stocked with pretty much anything you would need. They were super accommodating with letting us do a late check out between places.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

This was one of the most beautiful home I stayed in. The views was amazingggggg. Very quiet and peaceful. Very spacious. The host was responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. We were 20 mins away from everything. Just perfect.

The home had beautiful views and finishes, we can’t wait to visit again. The tub was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t test the grill, but it would be fun to host meals there as well.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked games to the convenience of a local phone—small touches that made a big difference. What truly set this experience apart was the hospitality. Glenda, the property manager, is an absolute gem—one of the kindest and most welcoming people we met on the island. Her warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. While the location may seem a bit off the beaten path at first glance, it’s actually in one of the most breathtaking areas of the island, just minutes from Sapodilla Bay—one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—this place is a must-book!

Loved the location and layout of this home. Bedrooms were separate and great bathroom situation- the pool and outdoor space was amazing! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Will’s place was exactly how it was described. And looks even better in person. This was just what we needed for a restful and rejuvenating weekend.

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

We had a great time at Karen’s place. The area is beautiful and quiet. The place had everything we needed. We recommend this place.

It was our first time traveling to Turks and we needed to find a place to stay at the last minute. The priced offered peaked our interest, but we were skeptical as the apartment looked to good to be true. To our delight, it was exactly like the photos. Spacious master bedroom and spare room, neat living room space, balcony view overlooking the pool and jacuzzi and providing a view of the ocean as well. No complaints, and if I had any issue, there was an on-site handyman that Umer communicated our concerns, who was swift to action or requests.

Christine was really attentive, right through the booking process and during the stay. I'd booked on behalf of colleagues, with a 5 hour time zone difference, but Christine supplied her direct number to the guests so they could communicate easily. Finally, when their flight home was cancelled, Christine was really flexible about check-out times, taking the pressure off the situation. We will definitely book again if our dates align.

We had a great stay at Umer’s place. Both Umer and Eliohat were extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. Eliphat was a great contact and property manager. The jacuzzi was fun. Privacy was super. Well worth the visit. The pillows and bed were super comfy!!

This house is great for a family. The pool area is a nice place to relax and we enjoyed kayaking on the canal and into Turtle Lake. Kitchen had good equipment. Only drawback was the bugs. I noticed one mosquito in the home but while we were sitting outside I had a few bites from noseeums and everyone in our family noticed several new bites every morning upon waking. The fans in the smaller bedrooms weren’t working so we’d open the windows for airflow. There were screens but the mesh isn’t small enough to keep out noseeums. I’d recommend bringing some all natural bug spray with you if you don’t want to bathe in deet prior to bedtime. Not much the hosts can do about this, so it’s primarily an FYI for future guests.

Wonderful place! Caicos Villa Management reached out several times to check on us which was great!! Able to kayak 100 yards to a great restaurant (Las Brisas ) as well as to a close island to feed iguanas (tossed bread to them from the kayak)! We also enjoyed Little Havana restaurant which was a very short drive. Walking distance to Sapodilla Bay Beach with food, drinks and water sports rentals. Very short drive to quiet Taylor Bay Beach. Both beaches have pure white sand!! Absolutely beautiful!! Cottage was well stocked, super clean! Even the utensil drawers were clean and organized! First rental of many that we did not have to wash out the drawers! The people on the island that we met were all VERY friendly and helpful. Grace Bay car rental was extremely convenient! Located at the airport with no shuttle. Very helpful staff. Very relaxing vacation!

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

Jimmy is a very good landlord and hosted us very well. He is always reachable, but discreet at the same time. The house has all comfort, is in a peaceful area, and the view from the pool is showing beautiful sunset every day. there is the chance to have dinner inside or outside and the kitchen is fully furnished. the 2 bedrooms are at the ground floor, accessible and lockable in case with their own keys. Jimmy was very understanding even when we damaged by accident one sunbed, which he didn't charge. He has been lovely in every occasion we needed him!
