It was a great stay, place was very clean & tidy.. host was very friendly & approachable… all restaurants delivery are available.. hoping to visit again.

We had wonderful stay at Krishnan's place. Home is surrounded by tea garden and nilgiri trees. You can spot Bison as well if you are lucky. Property has beautiful garden with lots of flowers. There are few restaurant who delivers from Zomato if wheather is good. Caretaker makes delicious food. Caretaker is very helpful with check in process.

The place was located right beside the main road and had a flexible check in with a helper on site. The place was very clean except few areas in kitchen and living room linens, but Bindhu quickly acknowledged it and immediately got it cleaned. We were two couples who travelled with two infants and one 5 year old kid. I would suggest more options for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience.

The stay was superb! Very modern and in a great location. The views are just breathtaking! I love the whole atmosphere. It felt like home to us! The staff there were also super helpful and friendly. The cook made us delicious South Indian food as well…. Overall, the best experience I had in a long time! I totally recommend this villa and will definitely come back to stay there again!

PROS 1. Roads are too good so any car will get u there. (Mr.Gokul will guide u perfectly) 2. Food prepared by Manimegalai(cook) is awesome, If u plan to go out & eat u won't get this taste n it'll be costlier than what was charged. 3. The property does have Optic fibre Wi-Fi (Such a destiny is mainly to get away from the hustle of busy life, so use only if emergency) 4. The location is surrounded by dense forest so u can listen to the sounds of animals & feel living amidst nature safely 5. It is ideal for families & friends (u can party all night & literally noone lives closeby) who DON'T want to go & visit tourist spots. The caretaker stays on the backside & is there for any help needed (We felt very safe bcos they were there whenever v needed them) 6. The house faces a valley & u can just spend ur whole day in the big balcony staring at the valley. Both our days started with sunshine then mist then drizzle & then rains. 7. Just taking a small drive around u will see so many vegetable plantation. We got some vegetables & the people working there refused to take money from us though we insisted (a kind gesture we never expected) CONS If ur plan is to visit regular tourist spots then pls don't chose this place, u will waste ur time travelling from Kodanad to Ooty. This is only for people who want to spend quality time with family/friends in serenity.

Our stay at Srinath's home was really nice. There is 1 big bedroom (with an attached bathroom) and 1 smaller bedroom. The home was super clean and the host was very welcoming. There's a pool and there's a dining area and seating outside which was tastefully done and it felt like we were sitting outside (which is what we enjoy). The breakfast was really good too and they had games and toys for our toddler. The hosts were always available and helpful. It's in a residential area but still close to all the landmarks. Would highly recommend this place.

This was a beautiful place to stay, the caretaker Santosh was really responsible and helpful, assisted us with anything required, great cook that they have and they will provide some snacks if asked. dinner and breakfast was really good, these are paid meals but worth the price

We had a wonderful stay at StayVista at Ava - The Country House! The villa is absolutely stunning — clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by serene, beautiful greenery. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and care, making it a perfect getaway spot. A special shoutout to Somanna, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time. From helping us settle in to taking care of our needs with a warm and friendly attitude, he truly made our experience even better. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at Ranjus place. The villa is very well kept and the in-house caretaker is always available for help. Even though the house is a bit away from city and mainstream shops and restaurants, you can order food through Swiggy and care taker will run the errands for you. The only glitch we had was the refrigerator that wasn’t functional for almost the whole day, probably due to a power cut in that area. Will definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a good quality stay with all amenities, away from the crowded areas.

We were unexpected that the stay will be that beautiful. its really a good hole with vintage exterior and luxury interiors , which resembles mid 2000's luxury. Me and My friends thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the host was sooo responsive and helped with early checkin and flexibility with checkout as well. we are very very happy to stay in this lovely place
