We enjoyed our stay in La Calandria Villa. Everything was as described on internet site. Place is very spacious,clean and silent. Host was very responsive and helped a lot.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison d Anne Sophie . Le quartier est très agréable et le métro facilement accessible . Nous avons tout aimé dans cette maison , nous nous y sommes sentis «  comme chez nous « avec nos enfants Merci pour la flexibilité au moment de la sortie.

Excelente alojamiento! Muy limpio, amplio y acogedor. La zona es una zona tranquila y sin mucho ruido. El host fue muy atento

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

Perfectamente ubicado, amplio, todo muy nuevo, dejan muchos elementos de cortesía tales como café, galletas, etc. no creo que haya un lugar mejor para quedarse. Lo Único es que no tiene ascensor y con maletas es complicado para que lo tengan en cuenta pero eso no me detendría de tomarlo nuevamente 10/10

My husband and I had a great stay at Cesar’s lovely apartment. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Every appliance works well and the shower pressure is excellent. The best part however was Cesar’s friendliness and communication. This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in in some time. Thank you Cesar!

This place is within an indoor alley connecting 2 streets so the property address is often not recognized by uber or google maps. Best way is to put the following address on uber/taxi or google maps and it should bring you to a large medival doored entrance of the indoor alley. The actual entrance to the flat is just a few steps from the alley entrance. Addresable/mappable point: Calle de la Tres Cruces, 4, Madrid. Noelia and her husband Cesar were wonderful hosts. They took the effort to walk me into the apartment and oriented me with all of the amenities. There was a complementary wine bottle for guests. Kitchen is small but functional with all possible continental items, utensils and a washer. There are generally no dryers in Spain but I didn't have to use w/d anyways. Fantastic hosts and I will not hesitate to visit them again with family in future.

As in the photographs, the living room is a very nice space with a view over the plaza. The ownership team are very responsive and helpful. The location is great for exploring central Madrid. We walked everywhere Multiple restaurants, bars, and nightlife in Chueca. Only caveat is that it is located on a narrow street above and opposite bars which are very busy at the weekends.

Javier’s apartment is THE perfect location for experiencing all that Madrid has to offer. Major sites are walkable, from the Palace to Retiro; the immediate neighborhood is chock full of great dining including the perfect coffee spot (Casto) and rooftop bars galore. The apartment itself is large and spotless; we had plenty of room and really enjoyed the balconies overlooking Gran Via. We hope to return soon!

The apartment is small but quaint and located away from the city . It’s a cozy location with a few nearby eateries and a plaza. I arrived a day later and the host wasn’t as responsive in the way I’m used to . When met with the question of entry , I was hit with an alternate questionnaire checkin and that when completed didn’t illicit an immediate entry . That was annoying . The hot water was a little shift and the sink in the bathroom was weird but it had A washer and dryer , stove , shower and the right amount of privacy

Excellent in every way! The apartment is very cool and located right in the middle of everything! The hosts were awesome and very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend!

Iván e Isabel y sus hijos son unos anfitriones maravillosos. Han estado pendientes de nosotras de forma continua y nuestro recibimiento en la casa fue excepcional. Muy puntuales, tuvieron el enorme detalle de dejarnos muchas bebidas frías, múltiples frutas e incluso helados para las pequeñas. Nos ofrecieron consejos sobre qué hacer en la zona y qué visitar. Además de darnos todo tipo de facilidades en la casa, la comunicación con Iván ha sido perfecta. Simpáticos y muy, muy amables. La casa estaba ordenada, limpia y tiene todo lo que se necesita y más. Pero lo más increíble de esta casa es el ambiente que en ella se respira. Transmite paz y serenidad, probablemente, por los hermosos momentos que diferentes generaciones han vivido en ella. Nos hemos relajado muchísimo, disfrutando de todas las estancias; especialmente del jardín con sus maravillosas vistas y puestas de sol, la piscina y el gran salón. Estoy segura de que volveremos. Ha sido una semana de relax perfecta.

Casa muito boa e ampla que pode acomodar uma família grande como a minha. A casa tem todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia. A limpeza pode melhorar um pouco mas é algo pessoal. É uma casa muito bonita que pode ser usada por pessoas de todas as idades de bebês até senhores. É um lugar tranquilo para relaxar sem incomodo de vizinhos. Existem diversos restaurantes, mercados, farmácias perto o que facilita o uso no dia a dia. Recomendo a casa para outras pessoas e famílias numerosas! A comunicação com o proprietário foi muito fácil e respeitosa!

Tuvimos un evento con 26 hombres y disfrutamos una barbaridad de la casa, es espaciosa, agradable y con una instalaciones como la piscina, la pista de padel o el sótano que vienen genial.

Todo fue perfecto, buena comunicación, disposición para todo y facilidad total.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec une salle de bain et WC pour chaque chambre. Le spa, en supplément pour la location, a connu un problème de fonctionnement que Luis, responsable de l entretien, a rapidement résolu. Le logement est plus ancien que sur les photos mais est tout de même dans un bon état général.

Casa amplia y con muchos ambientes, muy bonita y con todo tipo de utensilios y menaje. Tanto la anfitriona como los capataces muy atentos y disponibles en todo momento. Nos han atendido estupendamente en todo momento.
