beautiful place, caring host, good caretaker (cheechi).. Cheechi and her husband is always available for any help. Overall we had a good time and also the kids enjoyed the serene pool.

We had a great stay at the accommodation. Beautiful setting, very peaceful on the waters edge. Host was able to arrange Shikara boat rides and provide guidance on water activities as well as massages. The staff on site were so accommodating and polite. The food prepared by Ajay was very good. I will recommend this place.

I'd booked the place for my friends to stay for my engagement function. Everything was amazing and the house was also pretty great! The management took care of all concerns we had and it was an amazing stay.

The Vill is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The food in the area is unbelievably affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was spotless and perfect for use, adding to the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi, as it didn’t reach the upper rooms very well. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing place right on the lake. Beautiful accomodation called seclude by the lake on google. About 20mins north of Alleppey town. There’s a nice pool, really friendly and helpful staff, and really nice sunrise view. I didn’t try the food but there is a chef onsite too. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing traditional keralan cottage that exceeded our expectations. In a great location out of the wa of the tourist area so we felt like we were right amongst the locals but also next to the backwaters, so beautiful. Great staff and facilities would highly recommend

Check in was very easy, nice location walkable distance to church and town Host Jin and Smitha are very helpful,highly recommend this place,we will come back in our next visit to Kerala.

Wonderful stay at Joseph´s place. Anthony - his help - was available to guide us through to the place. We were 10 of us in a tempo traveller and the road on which the house was - was a bit too small for the tempo. Apart from that all good. We had to park it 100 mts away - which was a minor thing. Overall a decent stay and value for money.

Great place to stay with your family and friends. Extremely satisfied with the communication with the host and the hospitality was top notch. Naveen and his family was always happy to offer help and there was no communication barrier.Would recommend to everyone.

we arrived quite late at Anoops place and he was waiting for us with a smile, very cheerful, friendly and helpful throughout our stay It was pleasure to get to know him and have lovely chats with him, he responded to any messages very promptly and knew lots about the area so arranged a lovely boat trip on the backwaters for us we found a lovely area of Alleppey which I think is the Old Town with little cobbled streets, lovely cafes and a quieter beach We also went to Marari beach for the day about 30 mins away and a tuk tuk tour of the Coir museum, Coconut factory, Sari workshops, oldest temple in Kerala Anoops place was perfect for my family, 2 good size bedrooms, a good living space with lots of board games provided and a kitchen His mother even cooked me some wholesome food when I was ill one day Lovely people! highly recommended!

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

Sherin was an outstanding host. Highly recommended. The house and location is second to none. The food her mum provided was excellent. She has the insider knowledge of all the events and rituals that happening locally and invited our small party to join - what a privilege!! I had an amazing stay at Marari Bellcasa! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (with round walls) with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Yesudas was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The location was Perfect for me — as it was close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I felt right at home and would definitely return. Highly recommend!
