Beautiful, beautiful home. I visited with my wife and two small children, and the enclosed yard was perfect for us. The home is in a great location with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Alexis was very communicative and available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, and we hope to stay here again on our next SB visit.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

Chelsey’s place was everything we could have asked for! Beautiful views, secluded front yard (perfect for our kiddos to run around and play). We were able to put the little ones down for bed and enjoy drinks on the balcony overlooking the ocean—it was amazing. The location of the house makes it pretty walkable to the shops and restaurants. Chelsey also left a very helpful and detailed list of dining recommendations in the area. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we’ve had via Airbnb. It felt like Chelsey took every detail into consideration when prepping her house for guests. Truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back. Great location, short walk to the cutest little shops on one side and the ferry on the other.

Laurie’s place was a magical retreat away from the city but still close for grabbing coffee , good food and beach. We especially loved sitting outside and listening to nature sounds. My boyfriend and I are so grateful we were able to experience a serene atmosphere and gorgeous peacocks. Overall Laurie and her team that manage this property are wonderful to work with and have thought of every detail. We will be back!

Ian's cozy place was wonderful! Ideal location. Walking distance to funk zone , state street and more. Duplex was clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. Ian was very accommodating. Our family really enjoyed themselves! We will be back!

The place was centrally located. We were able to walk to places we wanted to go. The house was very clean. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. The parking spot is a MUST in that area. Parking on the street is almost non existent in the Long Beach area.

We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

This is my fourth time staying at Sandy’s place. (And I’m coming back again next month with my daughter and friends) I stayed at two different t locations prior to this, but when I found Sandy’s place, this was the only place I want to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It’s charming, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the location is ideal. (Very close to the beach as well as State St.) I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved staying in this Airbnb, have stayed in quite some Airbnb's in LA but this has been my favourite one so far. The location was amazing, right by the beach and about 15 min walking from the shopping district. The Airbnb itself was very clean and had all the necessities in it. It's the second time booking with the host, and I would definitely recommend him to others. Communication always went fast and smooth. So overall a top experience, will definitely book this place in the future again!

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

Forever & always will stay at Chunjiang’s home!! Every time I stay here it’s a 10/10. Love Chunjiang as a person & her home is amazing. She made my birthday really special & will forever cherish that. Beautiful , clean & amazing as always. Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.
