I’m so happy my wife and I found this property. The back yard is so cute! The inside is very cozy! The kitchen has everything you could need just make sure to bring coffee! The bed and pillows were great as well! For being inside a neighborhood it was extremely quiet. Also thank you for letting us control the thermostat. Some places they will not and it was so nice to have it at 70 on a cold night. We will be back! Thank you! Also the wager and dryer are wonderful and do not stink. 80% of the air bnb we stay at have front load washers and 75% of them smell like booty! Yours does not!!

It was so nice staying at Denis' beautiful space. The house is so charming, clean and comfortable to spend time in. The backyard is idyllic and totally gorgeous. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was to my last-minute requests, and how quickly he responded to my messages. Highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Love the stay, matches the description and the house is new, clean and tidy. The host is helpful and the response is fast. I would no doubt recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, peaceful neighbourhood to stay. Location is also unbeatable, you may go to all the tourist spots around 20-30 minutes. It is just a few minutes away from the highway exit so very easy if you are driving. Parking is also very easy as you can either park on the driveway or along the road outside the house.

This house is really nice and has everything you’d want for a long stay. The kitchen has everything you need if you like cooking. It’s big inside, and the backyard is lovely. We loved having our morning coffee outside; it was so peaceful. It felt like home. Lauri, the host, is fantastic. They replied quickly to our questions and were really kind. One of the best AirBnB's we've ever stayed. Location was a nice walk down to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy parking at the AirBnB. I will say I was curious to know how it would be with the birds in the backyard, but they turned out to be very pleasant! Our little one loved staring at them. Also, an incredibly comfortable bed in the main room. All in all, was perfect for us.

Greta’s place was amazing and fit exactly what we needed. The home was very clean and had a great layout. The location felt nice and super close to the beach. The best thing was that Greta was able to accommodate an early check-in for 1PM at the cost of extra $. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. Juan was 5 stars for a reason. Great private getaway from LA madness but near Sunset! Safe and quiet. Got a lot of remote work done staring at palm fronds and feeling the Pacific breeze. If the valley is where you need to be, great choice. Great host.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Hamilton Cove is incredibly beautiful, very secluded and peacefully quiet. Trevor’s place is well kept, spacious and very comfortable. The golf cart use makes this good deal on a great rental, quite an amazing experience. I usually don’t like to drive around like that, but the golf cart quickly immersed us into the miniature traffic world of Avalon, which was quite a unique experience. I would highly recommend this rental to any couple looking for that quick but unforgettable romantic experience… especially if you’re from Southern California like we are. A+ to Trevor for opening up his jewel of a place to people like us to enjoy.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Hugh and Chela were great hosts. The condo was everything that we expected and extremely affordable in compared to other rentals. It is about 10 minute walk from the beach and downtown. We loved that a golf cart was an option, and we enjoyed it. We are very appreciative that Hugh allowed us a later check-out.

We loved our 4 nights in Avalon! Our 18 yr old daughter brought along 2 friends so there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and couch. Nicely appointed kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood but super easy walk to the main area. Would definitely stay here again.
