Semih was an excellent host. Very responsive and friendly. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the space for 2weeks. The garden has beautiful with flowers and fresh lemons. The location was beautiful for a stroll. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Street parking was always available. The place felt safe and secure. Will definitely visit again.

This is a real-deal airbnb. I really appreciated the feel of the host being right there and ready if I needed anything.

Great location, beautiful surrounding. Cute, cozy place. Our two little girls absolutely enjoyed the toys and trampoline. Katy was communicative and nice.

Martha was a wonderful host, always responding quickly to messages, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was walkable to cafes and restaurants and the pier had easy access to the highway for longer day trips. We appreciated the large indoor space, comfortable bed, and plenty of snacks that were provided for us. We also enjoyed the ambience of the electric fireplace when we relaxed in the evenings. Parking was easy - right out front with the pass provided and the street is quiet. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

The stay was great, it was private with its on entry and cozy. Jon was welcoming and responsive. Parking was always available!

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

Nice place. Small but very clean and comfortable. Dog-friendly. Nice little private yard. Although the immediate neighborhood is fine for dog walks, it's not really walkable to anywhere else. There's a very nice beach about a 3 min drive away, and Ventura and Santa Barbara are very accessible by car. I'd stay again.

Jenny’s place was the perfect place for a get-away from my town. Me and my wife flew from New Mexico over to California, and the place was just perfect. It felt very homey, and I would highly recommend it. It’s also a little hidden, which in my book, makes it the perfect stay in the area. Would highly recommend!

Rose's place was great. It's located in a beautiful community in Camarillo on a hill, away from any busy streets and at the same time, not too far away from the freeway. The pictures of the listing are exactly as advertised, with a king size bed, a balcony to sit outside, a kitchen, and a bathroom with large counter space. Underrated was the small desk to be able to do work in. Overall, the place was great for a short stay and would recommend anyone to stay in this place if in the area. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and is a wonderful place to rest and relax

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

Overall, great stay if you’re planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Very close to all the local restaurants and fun activities. The place was nice and cozy. Felt like a small home away from home. Our host was very helpful and very concise with details of the stay. I recommend this place if you’re going to be in the beautiful city of Santa Barbara.

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

I stayed at Mark’s place for 5 days and it was perfect. Parking / check in process was super easy. Inside was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Area was really safe and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

Bo was really helpful and can communicate so well. And our stay was wonderful. Bed is really comfy and cozy. Really recommend this place to stay in LA.

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The photos do not do it justice. The architecture of the home and garden is phenomenal. The sweeping views of the ocean are jaw dropping and made for a relaxing stay. Robby was very welcoming and helped with many recommendations from restaurants to things to see around Malibu. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend anyone book this home if it’s available!

Great place to stay while attending a weekend seminar at Cal Lutheran University. I really appreciated the privacy and comfort of this suite. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy parking.

A little challenging to reach because it was dark and rainy and very foggy and the road was steep, dark and windy with low visibility, but once we made it, the place was beautiful and just what we needed for a night in Malibu for work.

Myrna and Bruce were so sweet! Their place was spotless and was very intimate for two people. Nice location and outside of all the craziness of the city. Still close enough by car to attractions but was nice for a calming experience. Would go again! Also super clean and left cookies for us when we came :)

Khaleel’s place was perfect for what we needed! So close to Sony, and honestly a great location equidistant from the beach and the city. Khaleel was very responsive when we had a small issue checking in and fixed it immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!

Natalie & Levi’s Airbnb felt like home away from home. The place was clean and had cute touches such as filtered water, built in tv in the coffee table, local recommendations, mini kitchenette area, etc. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to get up in the morning. :-) If sensitive to sound, there is a mutual wall with the main house and you can hear the hosts’ children. However, there is a white noise machine and ear buds provided (which we did not need to use). The bathroom was very clean and had a spa like feeling to it. I would definitely stay here again while in the area!

We had a great stay ! Place was clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. Plenty of spots to park which was handy. Check in was easy too. Would 100% recommend staying here!
