We had a wonderful stay at the "Urban Farm." As AirBnB hosts ourselves, we appreciated the design details and cleanliness of the space. The location is also wonderful. We spend most holidays in the LA area, visting family, but this is the first time we have stays in such a walkable neighborhood. We loved the proximity to multiple good coffee houses, Abbott Kinney and the beach.

This place was a hidden gem! It was super cute and sweet. The Host had two heaters inside that kept the trailer warm and cozy at night. The sound of frogs is super romantic and yummy to fall asleep too. The Host accommodated our last minute request, and got us in within an hour of requesting to stay! He really saved the day, and was a great communicator the whole way through! The best part about this Airbnb was the walkability right into the town of Topanga Canyon! Would stay here again.

Where do I begin? How about with this: David was an excellent, communicative and flexible host. My life took me from my home in Seattle to SoCal, so I desperately needed a longterm Airbnb stay to transition to a permanent residence. That’s where David came in. Not only was he flexible with the dates (my travel there had unexpected delays), but he was also accommodating to me and my service dog. The RV space was exactly as described. Multiple times during my stay improvements made, notably on my second day there when David ordered a privacy screen (unasked). He and his family were respectful of my privacy and comfort the entire 30 days I needed to find a home. He regularly offered area recommendations, and always communicated back when I had questions. I can’t over emphasize how thankful I am for not only the reasonable affordability, but also the hospitality that was shown to me. I recommend Davids’s spot to any travelers, tourists or visitors who need a peaceful, comfortable place.

We truly enjoyed staying in the airstream! We had a wedding in SB and it was easy to get ready, make up, hair, A/C and very clean and easy to get in and out of. Got a great night sleep!

My son and I liked it so much we stayed some extra time! It’s a fun vintage camper that feels very private. My son loved the upper bunk with the TV. It was a uniquely Californian experience. Tony was very responsive with any of our needs.

This is such a special place. You can feel the history with every step. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the camp. Brian & staff are very supportive & friendly, even making sure we got out okay after some unexpected snow. It’s always a wonderful escape at the camp & Skoolie. Thanks so much Brian!

Danny was extremely helpful in helping me better understand the details of the RV rental. I used this for my coaching staff while playing in a youth tournament at the SB polo grounds. It worked out great. If you're looking to sleep 5, you'll need 2 that are comfortable sleeping in queen and 2 that are comfortable sleeping in a full. Also, all you need is an extension cord for powering up the RV when engine is off. Overall, this was a great value considering the prices of hotels in the area. Highly recommend.

Lovely little place 10 minutes from universal! Though parking was not included there was plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. There’s even a coffee shop within a 2 minute walk from the trailer! It looked just like the pictures and the instructions for getting inside were great. I won’t lie, getting in late at night made getting the keys from the lockbox/ into the trailer a bit complicated, but the instructions were thorough once we figured out what was going on. Would absolutely recommend and will be back when we return to universal!

Had a wonderful time! The RV was great for our needs. We were able to cook meals, soak in the hot tub, and sit by the fire. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. This is our new go to place for stays when visiting my son in the area.

Great place to stay. Gina and her husband stayed up late for our pick up, made sure we were comfortable throughout a 10 day stay, and gave some great recommendations for food. Lovely!

If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay and have business to do in the East side of LA. This is a good quick night stay. Would not recommend for daytime hang or evening hangout. The trailer itself is cramped and small. BUT clean and spotless. Plus there’s parking available. Thank you for the late booking accommodations.

I am writing to thank Rob for the wonderful Airbnb experience that I had in California. It was a really unique set up in a 1960s trailer with an outdoor bath and shower. It was one of the coolest things I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Rob as a host. He was very thorough and professional.

Cozy and adorable, almost like staying in a fancy doll house. This was a great perch while visiting the Los Padres National Forest and the town of Ojai by day. Quiet street, easy parking, good ventilation, very clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. Comfortable mattress. This is a great place for a solo traveler, a parent and young child, or a couple who don't mind snuggling up close and sharing a bathroom with only a curtain. Responsive and friendly hosts. Only downside is the wifi, which is spotty, maybe due to the trailer being metal.

A beautiful micro-getaway just a stones' throw from LA! We spent the whole day in their beautiful saltwater pool. Hosts were prompt, accommodating and communicative. We loved our stay. If you're in Monrovia, check out the market on Friday night. And drive through the hills - we saw our first ever little bear wombling along the road!
