We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

This apartment has the wow factor. It was luxurious, well appointed and warm. The sea views were amazing and it was great to be able to access the wonderful beach from the balcony and listen to the waves in bed. My husband had told Susan we were celebrating an anniversary and she left wine and chocolates for us, which was a lovely touch. It was easy to walk into the centre, or you could catch a bus from the stop nearby. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Un super appartement face au port, super bien isolé, une fois fermé on écoute plus rien. L appartement est comme sur le descriptif, bien agencé, super propre, une cuisine super fonctionnelle, tout est bien pensé. Des supers balades à pieds à faire ou en bateau pour aller à île CHAUSEY. Un très beau séjour.

Endroit sympathique logement propre et très bien agencé super hôte je recommande.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueillis par le papa de Maximilien qui a été de très bons conseils et extrêmement gentil et disponible. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, et nous avons été ravis d’avoir à proximité la plage, la piscine et la boulangerie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Enjoyed our stay very much, two excellent (but with different vibes) pubs a 5 minute walk away. Check food serving days though, Sunday to Tuesdays is limited (same applies over the water in Dartmouth). Easy and frequent passenger ferry and vehicle service to and from Dartmouth five minutes walk at bottom of road . Great vista from the apartment. Two excellent National Trust properties nearby, and lots of scenic walking. Plenty of exercise thanks to the gradients !

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted somewhere dog-friendly and near the sea to get away in very early spring, and this little house looked perfect. It was just as the photos indicate, except the whole place once you're in it is even better than the photos. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, which helped, although in late Feb/early March many of the restaurants and cafes were either closed or on very limited timetables; this wasn't a problem for us, we just loved the dog walks on the enormous, nearly deserted beaches nearby. The house is on 3 floors and could comfortably accommodate 6 people, with the main upstairs bedroom being really light and with gorgeous views; the kitchen is well equipped, the two shower rooms are fine, the garden is great and mostly dog-proof (unless your dog is very determined to get out). Be aware that if you need the central heating, there is an extra weekly charge for that.

Une cosy maison pour un we entre amis. Maison charmante dans un environnement charmant. Tout pleins d’informations envoyées par Marc et son épouse. Bref, un très bon moment passé chez eux. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie de qualité moyenne. Je recommande malgré tout cette adresse 🙂

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Maison agréable, propre, bien équipée et décorée avec soin, beaucoup de charme. Le jardin et l’accès à pieds au port ont été appréciés par les grands et les petits. Facile de se garer juste devant la maison. Prévoir provisions pour le séjour, épicerie du village fermée lors de notre séjour. Merci Gaële

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le soleil a été au rendez-vous la semaine. Dans un cadre très apaisant avec une belle vue. La maison correspondait aux photos. Je dirai même comme à la maison en mieux avec la mer. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades sur l île grande et les environs. Bonne crêperie Triagoz à pied. Merci Pierrick pour votre accueil chaleureux. On a aimé l'île grande.... Ploumanach 😉.... On recommande vivement et nous nous reviendrons.

What a lovely place to stay! The house is really nice and is in a perfect location for being able to go down to the restaurants on the Marina, and it’s very handy to have your own car parking. Inside the house, there was everything you needed, with comfy beds and plenty of towels. Really responsive hosts who were really accommodating when I asked for an early check in. Overall we had a great weekend and loved exploring Torquay

Can’t recommend The Loft enough. Gorgeous place in a beautiful location with spectacular views. Had the most amazing few days there. Will definitely return

Très bon accueil agréable d’Emmanuelle. Un joli appartement bien décoré, très propre, bien agencé et avec tout ce qu’il faut. Jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Légué.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel appartement offrant une vue magique sur Dinard et St Malo. En plus d'un accueil apprécié, l'appartement se trouve sur un immense domaine bien entretenu, paysagé incluant balades au pied du GR 34. La situation de location est idéale pour atteindre à pied le marché de Dinard, les sentiers côtiers mais aussi les autres belles destinations telles que St Malo, Cancale, Dinan...Merci à Clément et à bientôt

Super Séjour dans ce logement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos et la description. Très propre, ambiance lumineuse et calme. Hôtes très accueillant et réactif. Ils ont été de très bons conseils et très serviables. Ils ont participé au fait que nous passions un bon séjour !

Mon compagnon et moi-même avons adoré notre week-end à Plouha. Chantal est une hôte extrêmement accueillante, à l'écoute, et pleine de bons conseils pour un sejour au top. Nous la remercions d'ailleurs beaucoup, pour les crêpes et la bouteille de cidre qui nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le studio était très propre, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé. Quant au balcon, quel bonus avec sa vue magnifique sur la plage de Brehec ! Nous gardons cette adresse bien précieusement et recommandons Chantal à 200 %. Betty et Cyril.

Nicola was a very attentive host and quick to respond. Beautiful historic apartment. Lots of space and spotlessly clean. Peaceful area and about a 10 minute ride to the Barbican and the Hoe if you love being by the sea.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
