This was our fourth visit to the Atoka House and the stay was—once again—absolutely wonderful. The home is a perfect combination of luxurious and comfortable, historic and modern, and peaceful and convenient. Nick and Liz are fantastic hosts—friendly, proactive, communicative, and welcoming. Atoka House is about five minutes to downtown Middleburg and very close to hiking, vineyards, and all of the fun and adventure of Virginia horse country. We would recommend the Atoka House without hesitation and very much look forward to our fifth stay there!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The clean beds and linens, along with the well-equipped kitchen utensils, truly brightened our experience. Thank you so much! Points of Concern: Due to construction on the Purple Line, the road in front of the house turned into a gravel path, which became muddy on rainy days. Additionally, the noise from construction early in the morning was somewhat noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor, and at times, we could hear voices from the basement occupants late at night. It felt like further soundproofing measures might be needed.

Our stay was comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Everything met our expectations, and the home made for a great holiday spot when we were visiting family nearby.

Donna’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving get together for our family. It looks just like the photos with lots of space for 6 of us to be comfortable. Minutes from Harper’s Ferry, which was interesting and fun to explore. We had everything we needed to enjoy our family time. Thank you for our best Airbnb experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Willard house! The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for families—very kid-friendly and even pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the parking area was convenient and spacious. We truly felt at home here and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. We will most likely be booking here again on our next visit!

Our host, Eric, was exceptional. The house exceeded our expectations; it was even better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we noticed how well-decorated and clean it was. The furnishings were lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Eric was extremely responsive, even late at night when the house became a bit chilly. He adjusted the heating to ensure we were comfortable. Every detail had been carefully considered. He also offered to help us with food and provided excellent options for outdoor dining. The house is beautiful, just like in the pictures, and there is ample parking available for many guests. Eric even created a map to assist us with parking. The biggest advantage was that he accommodated an earlier check-in time, allowing us more time to decorate for our friend's special day. Thank you, Eric, for allowing us to use your property and for helping to make our event truly spectacular. I highly recommend Eric and his property, and I would definitely return!

Reggie’s place is wonderful. The upstairs beds are very comfy, especially the master. It was great for our family - nice kitchen and great amount of space. We’d love to stay again!

Blair and Nadia were both so great! Very proactive in reaching out and making sure we had everything we needed. The place was so clean and had everything, we had no issues at all, and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying with them.

Jude and Davida are the kind of hosts you hope to get. Responsive, friendly, informative and just a pleasure to speak with. One small issue that I'm sure they weren't aware of was quickly resolved without a qualm. We've stayed in a number of Airbnb rentals over the past few years in the DC area. Theirs was the most comfortable, quietest, with a well stock kitchen, which was important for us as we stayed for 3 weeks. Parking was never an issue as we always found a spot on the street near the apartment. And Jude volunteered to get the necessary parking permit issued by DC to avoid those pesky parking tickets. We can say that we have stopped looking for accommodations in DC as this place will always be first on our list.

This location has been the best place i have stayed in a long time. The bed was so comfortable, the area was so spacious, the entry point was convenient, the bathroom was cleaned and spacious. This place should be charging more. Look if your looking for long term rental and can, you already getting this place for a deal. I would easily pay more.

Staying at Emi's has been the best experience we've had staying at an airbnb! She is the perfect host who can gauge the perfect balance of interaction of her guests. She's always helpful & makes you feel right at home. My family & I adored our time staying here! It was such a treat!

Great location, easy walk to downtown Bethesda, well connected to rest of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment. Mark was very communicative and answered our questions quickly. Would be happy to be back in the future.

Sherry was so thoughtful, kind, and attentive. We were there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday and Sherry surprised us with birthday decorating, flowers, wine, and treats! She allowed us to check in early, and greeted us and oriented us so that we felt confident navigating our stay. The apartment was so cozy and we felt right at home. Thank you so much, Sherry!

I loved my stay at Natascha’s place. It was adorable, easily walkable, clean, and comfortable. Natascha communicated well, and I had everything I needed for my short trip to Georgetown!

John and Jen were excellent host. Their place was very clean, beautiful and safe location. They provided excellent amenities, especially continental breakfast, fresh fruit, and delicious snacks. I appreciated John quick and clear responses to my messages. Thx for a wonderful stay!

Bruce and Vanya were amazing hosts. They were very friendly and made me and my friend feel right at home. When we arrived they drove us around for a little tour of the city and then dropped us off at the White House. The breakfast was also delicious. If you get a chance to visit Washington DC I would highly recommend staying with them.

Rick and John made us feel right at home! Rick even went out of his way to pick us up at the airport. He gave us insightful history about the area and offered amazing restaurant recommendations. He even drove us in the morning to a place we needed to go to. The breakfast was great as well. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom was clean and neat. We definitely got a good night’s rest! Thank you Rick and John for this amazing stay!

Phil is a fantastic person. As a 38 year owner of this home, he is an expert in DC, American University, and the neighborhood. He hosted us graciously and made any accommodation we requested. The space is perfect for the price and location. Easy and quick access to Metro (10 minutes) and close to most points of interest if using a car. Phil loaned us Metro cards to use and reload which saved us a few dollars. His cooking skills every morning exceed expectations to start the day off on a positive note. This stay was very reflective of a traditional bed and breakfast experience!

Natalie and Rosemary are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their home and amenities are even nicer than described in the listing, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. It was a pleasure to stay with them and I will definitely come back.

June and Liam were approachable, friendly and maintained effective communication. Sadly, my stay was cut short due to work but there were super cooperative and understanding. The room was kept clean and as described on the app. I also didn’t spend much time with the dog but the few hours I was there, Sadi (I hope I spelt it correctly) was very calm and friendly too. June and Liam are super hosts for a reason 😉

Linda's place might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at. It is rare to find one that actually is a "b&b" where you get a later check out and actual breakfast! Linda is the sweetest human alive and runs her b&b out of a place of generosity. I arrived after dark yet the place was still easy to find (thanks to her clear instructions), plenty of parking and not too far to carry luggage but has a "taxi" if you need it! She had homemade cookies to greet me the moment I walked in the door, late night tea and snacks available. The bedroom was just wonderful and the bathroom was spacious and clean; everything just smelled nice. Linda provided a delicious breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed a slow morning on the sunny front porch. Location of the property is close to cute Fredrick and Harper's Ferry, as well as Gettysburg. I was grateful I got to meet Linda, she cared about my trip and made me feel like a valued guest. I would absolutely stay here again!
