Piak’s place is in a fantastic location, the neighborhood is both vibrant and relaxed. There are plenty of must-try restaurants nearby, and major attractions like the Grand Palace and Chinatown are easily accessible. Piak is a wonderful host, she always prepared a nice breakfast, is flexible, and easy to connect with. The entrance is a bit unusual and funny, as you need to lift a shutter, and the bathroom could use some improvement. However, my overall experience was great. Recommended!

房间的装修风格很复古温馨，房东piak非常热情周到让我们一星期的曼谷之行如宾归至。住所五十米附近就有711和好几家美食，只不过最近附近在修路，在这附近步行会不太方便，早上六七点就容易被吵醒，但这不是大问题。总之这个住的地方很棒！

Miss Piak is such a cool lady, so nice! I stayed at the top flr bedroom, which is quite spacious and clean, AC is good as well. Although I need to share the bathroom with others it’s really well maintained, quite clean to use! She also is a cat lady which allows us to have a lot of cat conversations and other topics to talk about. Her place is really close to the Metropolitan Administration City Hall, and Jay Fai Restaurant is just across the street, there’s a 711 right next to it, the whole neighborhood is filled with all kinds of surprises.

Very accommodating host. Beautiful greenery around and quite a peaceful stay. I loved it here. 💜

Good base for my Bangkok stay. Lots of street food options and restaurants, 7/11 very close by, BTS 15min walk away, minimart downstairs. The pool is okay, bit in need of upkeep but good for a swim. Aum is very responsive as a host!

After traveling for a couple of month, we (a couple) found this gem in Bangkok. Right from the beginning we fell in love with the place and the people! Although having some options for new years celebrations in mind, we decided to just spend it on the rooftop. This was definitely the best decision as the view was just spectacular and some others including Orm were celebrating with us! Definitely can recommend this place! Besides the clean and modern minimalistic interior the location was just perfect for us. A bus stop is almost in front of the building, the MRT metro is also super close, 7-11 and a street food market are around the corner and Wat Arun is in walking distance with a cheap ferry going to Wat Pho.

Пожалуй, это было лучшее жилье из всех, в которых я бывала! Wichuta просто невероятно милая хозяйка, она встретила меня, все подробно рассказала, подарила подарки — я чувствовала, будто я член ее семьи, и это было невероятно приятно! Жилье оказалось еще лучше, чем на фото! Территория кондо просто рай на земле. Квартира чистая, а также там имеется все, что необходимо для проживания, и даже больше :) Интернет стабильный — это очень важно для моей работы! А также я спала как младенец, потому что в квартире отличная звукоизоляция и вокруг тихие соседи. Рядом с кондо есть 7/11, а также локальная кухня — почти каждый день я брала на обед пад тай, он невероятно вкусный! До двух станций метро ходит шаттл, но мне приятно было гулять пешком, потому что район максимально безопасный и интересный. До центра добираться достаточно быстро, выходило около 20 минут. В общем, я бы с радостью вернулась сюда еще раз, когда приеду в Бангкок! И хочу сказать огромное спасибо хозяйке <3

The apartment fully matches the photos – it’s cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for daily life. The host thought through every little detail, which was a nice touch. However, I want to mention something for those who find the gym very important. The equipment there is quite old and uncomfortable to use, and the heaviest dumbbell is very light (unless you’re a beginner or don’t need much weight). Additionally, you have to book your gym time in advance for a specific slot, which, for me personally, felt very inconvenient and inflexible🙃 Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but I just wanted to mention it as I felt very upset by this. Maybe someone will find it helpful

Beautiful homely apartment. felt right at home. The place is very well furnished. Hosts are very friendly and supportive. There was a minor issue and they resolved it instantly, which was highly appreciated. Can't recommend this place enough!!

방콕의 현지 아파트를 즐기기에 최고의 숙소입니다. 아파트 단지 안의 커뮤니티 빌딩에 수영장과 카페, 편의점이 있습니다 저희는 이 카페에서 노트북 작업을 편하고 쉽게 할 수 있었습니다 단지 입구 상가에는 여러 음식점과 수퍼마켓이 있습니다 큰 수퍼마켓이 필요하면 macro food center 로 가면 됩니다 단지에서 bts 역까지 가는 밴이 오전에 운행합니다 저희는 단 기간의 방콕여행이 아니라서 아곳에서 일주일을 머물렀습니다 좋은 기억을 가지고 check out 했습니다

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and hope to return some time soon. The apartment is large and everything is very high quality. I enjoy how quiet it is possible to make the bed if you choose (since the bed itself can be enclosed with sliding glass - basically a second wall). In my opinion the neighborhood can’t be beat - close to everything but off the main road, with some really nice cafes just across the street and next door. Very good choice to stay in a central part of the city.
