We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

It’s a good place to stay in BKK and really comfortable environment and easy to reach the grocery stores.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie den Königspalast, Wat Pho oder die Khaosan Road gut zu Fuß. Handtücher, Wasser und Snacks wurden vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt und die Zimmer bieten genug Platz, sodass die Unterkunft perfekt für Gruppen bis 7 Personen ist.

We absolutely loved our stay! This house is gorgeous and as authentic as it gets. It’s an old townhouse, but it is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Although it is located in Chinatown, the house is tucked away in a quiet alley, making it very peaceful. There are also many cafes and nice bars worth checking out just outside the alley! Our host was very kind and friendly, and flexible with our check-in time, which was incredibly helpful since we arrived early in the morning. We will definitely visit again!

Wow! One of my favorite Air BnB’s to date. It was even better than the pictures convey! It could not have been any cleaner or well thought out. They truly have thought of everything one could need! It’s quite obvious that the host does everything possible for their guests. The beds are comfortable with crisp and fresh linens, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen with a large fridge etc. microwave, hot play etc. nothing missing. They even put together a very extensive manual with lots of recommended places to visit and listed the best restaurants for food, among lots of other stuff. Also, our host was the best communicator ever. They were SO FAST in responding to every inquiry or question that we had, and were always friendly and professional and kind. Yes, there is some noise as stated in the listing, due to being smack dab in the middle of a super cool street market, but it isn’t too bad really. Well worth staying here as it is an authentic Thai home. Don’t miss BOOK IT!

My family and I had a great time staying at Tony’s place. He was responsive, attentive and informative .Easy check in. Place was clean and spacious.

Zeer vriendelijke en snelle ccommunicatie. Alle ruimtes zijn netjes en schoon, het is leuk en speels ingericht. De woning is ruim voor meerdere personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor een leuk centraal gelegen verblijf in hartje Bangkok is dit zeker een aanrader.

We didn’t expect the place to be huge for the price we paid for. The host is very accommodating and kind. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

3 floors villa. Every room is en-suite. Close to the BTS. Walk in about 15-20min to terminal 21. A lot of convenient stores 7-11. Many street food during lunch hour. Many massage stores to get relaxed.

One of the beautiful airbnb i have ever stayed. It feels so much like home. We had many beautiful memories there, and the host helped accommodate us very quickly. The host is really great, they even give us free slippers when we requested one. The place look exactly the way we saw in the kistings. It feels luxurious and cozy, exactly feels like home. It was a pleasant and homely stay. Host was extremely meticulous about every details of the house. We didn’t really feel short of anything. Everything’s accessible around the area. Thanks for the thoughtful hospitality. (Secretly hoping I could get a better single bed, but nothing major).

This place was another fantastic experience for the second time! The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby. The amenities are excellent, and the space is spotless and well-maintained. Such an adorable cosy stay! I loved everything about this place, very stylish modern, 3 huge bedrooms & bathrooms, absolutely everything you need provided, very thoughtful host. Very easy check in, safe secure neighborhood with everything you need close by. Netflix, fast internet, great kitchen, very comfortable big beds, great bathrooms and everything was spotless and clean. Will definitely be back thank you so much 🙏❤️

房东非常nice～我和我们家人入住，还给我们准备了泡面等小吃。有什么小问题住旁边的邻居会过来帮忙！房东也会及时回复！我们离开的第二天缅甸地震，曼谷也被影响，房东还非常关心我们给我发讯息！还有一件事情是我把鞋子忘记拿了，房东帮我保存好，后面我又回去拿！入住非常棒的体验，像家人一样，谢谢！

房東回覆十分迅速。第一天抵達入住時，因剛下雨有很多蚊子，跟pat反應後就昂隔天早上就把電蚊拍送來！ 房子比照片還要嶄新，最後一天pat 提供免費的機場接送，並且允許我們於退房後在一樓等待13:30司機抵達。 是非常開心快樂的7天旅途，下次還會入住！
