Amans place was spacious and well equipped with all you require for a nice family vacay. The caretaker Prem was very helpful and prompt. Only the Jacuzzi wasn't functional for some reason but overall our experience was great.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The stay always absolute delight,jason is an excellent host and available at any point of time The stay is almost located at the heart of city and there are soo many places to visit near by.and coming to the santity of the flat, it is really good, a well maintained property ,the scenic outer garden with bonsai and a nice and cleanly maintained pool with the food they provide is really good ,finally Raju Bhai is pretty good assistant who will always takes your care no matter whatever be the time...

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great stay at neeta's bunglow, she always attends your call and the caretaker Mohan always helpful, he daily comes for cleaning, the property is nice exactly like shown in pictures and it felt like home , if you're visiting North Goa just book neeta's bunglow, go for it , she's a nice person

It was a pleasant and nice stay we had in Sun shine retreat and also the hospitality services provided by host was really adorable .

Nikhil has been a great host. Since the beginning he was clear with the instructions and also helped us with relevant contacts for help. The property is amazing, a great Portuguese vibe. Pools clean and well maintained and kitchen was well stocked.

Ragani and Jayant's place was absolutely perfect, and they were so lovely to communicate with throughout our stay. From the moment we walked in it felt like a home away from home. It was so beautifully decorated, super clean, quiet, and perhaps one of the first places I've ever really felt like home in Goa. The staff are exceptional, and truly made us feel welcomed. We have a 2 year old daughter and it was the perfect space for her as well as there is a pool, and plenty of space to walk around, and plenty of friendly dogs for her to pet and play with. We loved it so much, that we're actually coming back sooner than expected - we clearly can't get enough. Secretly, we don't want anyone to find out how amazing it is, or it will be booked up next time we come back (LOL), but it truly is a wonderful space. Thank you so much Ragani and Jayant for hosting us, and creating such a wonderful space in Goa. We can't wait to come back <3

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

With 5 spacious bedrooms, a massive living room, and a fully equipped modular kitchen, we had all the comforts we needed. But the pièce de résistance was the stunning private swimming pool! It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with our loved ones. The surrounding greenery and plants added a serene touch to the villa's ambiance. We were also impressed by the caretaker's warm hospitality. They cooked us delicious breakfasts every morning, making us feel right at home. Other notable mentions include the villa's ample car parking (for 2 cars) and the lovely outside sitting area around the pool. Overall, we'd highly recommend Leonara Villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Goa.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We loved working with Dee and staying at her property. Her home is ideal for visitors looking for a quieter side of Goa. It’s a little off-the-beaten-path, but not hard to find. And once we arrived, we found her space to be spacious and easy to live in for a few days. It’s artfully decorated, it has all the things you’d need for a lengthy stay (WiFi of course, laundry, AC, a pool). Food options require a little planning, as the closest good restaurants are more a drive than a walk, but there’s great coffee walking distance from the property, and we were served traditional Goan breakfast hand-prepped in Dee’s kitchen, and it was totally delicious! We also really like Dee on a personal level. Her response time to our questions over text was excellent, and she gave good and clear instructions on how to get there, and once we were there, she supplied us with a lot of great tips for navigating the neighborhood. A great host and human being. A++

Amit’s place was absolutely flawless! They even had a highchair for our baby. The house is absolutely big and super clean. The caretaker Man Singh was also extremely helpful with everything.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

The location is perfect with a number of restaurants and market etc at walking distance. The beach is also quite close. the house was in a gated apartment complex and very safe. it was spacious and had all the amenities mentioned. The view from the infinity pool is stunning! The host and caretaker we're always prompt with our doubts and responses. it's a great place for a small group.

We had a great stay, Sandeep was very responsive and Manisha (care taker) was very attentive to our needs. Decently connected to local hangout places like Artjuna, Thalassa, Kayaking and other adventures etc. Swiggy and zomato work pretty well. Would definitely visit again.
