This was one of the BEST Airbnbs I have stayed at, to date. Alma’s home was breathtaking and easily accommodated my group of 8. We didn’t need to leave the house to do anything (activity-wise) because there were so many amenities and activities to do in the home already! From the fire pit to the canoes to the hot tub… my group really loved it all! There was never a dull moment and I really wished we could have stayed longer. Alma was such a wonderful host, responded very quickly, and made sure we had everything we needed. This stay exceeded expectations and I will be keeping this at the top of my list. :)

We loved our couple days at Jennifer’s cute bungalow. My daughters and I were able to walk to restaurants and felt safe there. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely stay there again when in town.

I stayed at Lin's Colonial Beach getaway for two months over the winter and I cannot recommend her guesthouse enough! Peaceful, private, and walking distance to both the water and local restaurants. Lin herself was the epitome of a gracious host, checking in to make sure my stay was perfect and even shoveling the walkway when it snowed. Whether you're staying for one night or a few weeks, this is the place to live.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The interior was very cozy, and the outside had a great view of the Potomac. The neighborhood was peaceful too. Everything you need was available in the house. Lisa and Jim have a binder with plenty of places to visit nearby. They were also very welcoming with special touches that were appreciated.

This is a lovely and spacious home in a beautiful setting along the Potomac River. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our morning coffee or in the evening, watching the sun set or the deer along the river. Those views were also available in the spacious living room facing the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which we always appreciate when cooking meals in and the beds and linens were nice and comfortable. There were games available in the closet and my adult kids enjoyed setting up and playing badminton on the back lawn. Sylvia was a wonderful host that communicated clearly and was very helpful. We will look forward to coming back some time in the future.

The house was great for our holiday get together. It's in a great location for Southern Maryland. It was also fun to see the animals hosted there.

This was our second stay and is definitely not our last. The home is a perfect spot for our family. The views across the water are always so peaceful and relaxing. I can see why Mari is a super host. She is a joy to work with and helped make our stay even more pleasant. We look forward to coming back.

Dementria had impeccable communication! We had a lot of moving parts to our travel plans becoming delayed due to a big thunderstorm in North Carolina that prevented us from checking in until the next evening. Dee was gracious, understanding and cared about our well-being and comfort. We enjoyed our stay and her place is so AWESOME! Can't wait to come back!

As always an absolutely beautiful place with an outstanding host. We come back every year for the quaint shops and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. The home is immaculate and a great place to stay we highly recommend it!!!!
