Great house quite near the water. Well appointed and clean. Loved the large screened in back patio and spacious yard. Didn’t have time to cruise around in the golf cart, but certainly a useful perk. Quick walk to downtown area with some good food and beverage offerings.

We really enjoyed the view and the house - perfect for our family. Our daughter thought the loft was super cute too

I'll keep it short, this was our second Thanksgiving stay at Collette's, my previous 5-star review from Nov 2023 stands unchanged (so go read it), this is still an amazing place!

The host was so accommodating with little notice. Friendly, helpful and even started a fire for us before we got there. Our dog loved the wide open space to play around. We will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott and Carrie‘s place. They were excellent host and kept in touch with us. The place is well located, close to the river and near enough to a really nice restaurant. Fairview Beach is a special community and we can’t wait to go back there! The house was perfect, clean and well equipped and in a great neighborhood!

Felt like home. Spacious bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Beautiful country setting for our family’s holiday visit to southern Maryland. Loved it!

Finding a dog friendly space was the main draw for us to choose this location. I would definitely stay here again. The house was cleaned and in order when we arrived. I did find the carpet in the bedrooms to be a little “too at home” as frankly I don’t like anything that can’t be cleaned on the regular. The side sunroom was a nice touch and we spent most our time there. The fenced in backyard was a HUGE bonus! The pups loved it. This place would likely be best for anyone wanting to stay local or take the train into DC as by car it was at least 40 minutes to Pentagon City and another 20 minutes to get over the bridge to Capitol Arena/National Mall with just normal every day traffic. The house has lots of religious decor: crucifixes in every room, pictures of christ, motivational christian slogans, and lots of holy water abound. Not sure if that’s for my/your protection or for things that go bump in the night. Sorta strange from all my Airbnb experiences so far but hey, love is love.

We came to the area for work and Fred's place was great to unwind comfortably at the end of the day. We will definitely come back!

This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

My wife, our cat, and I had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb in Colonial Beach! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided thoughtful touches, including a few pet-friendly amenities, which made our cat feel right at home. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views. We spent our days exploring and relaxing, and the evenings unwinding on the porch, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi. The host was communicative and provided great recommendations for local spots. Overall, this was the perfect getaway for the three of us. If you’re looking for a charming, pet-friendly stay in Colonial Beach, we highly recommend this Airbnb! We’d love to come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

The place was absolutely perfect. She made it easy to get access when we arrived. She made us feel welcome with the home. Everything was in perfect condition. We had a great time and would recommend Judy’s place for the perfect stay. Beds were very comfortable and the bath towels felt new and fresh. We loved the place.

The house was great for our holiday get together. It's in a great location for Southern Maryland. It was also fun to see the animals hosted there.

Peaceful getaway for our small family to escape the hustle of the city. David and Misunn have put a great amount of detail into their Airbnb and the amenities on the property. The cottage we rented was just like the photos and offered us a home away from home feel. The pool on site was just the right temperature and size to get our last water time before the season turns. Beautiful property and local restaurants made our weekend the relaxing time we desired.

We enjoyed our weekend gateway at this place, while visiting DC. The home was clean, well organized, the host had been friendly and responsive, the community was safe, stores and groceries were not at far, yet away from the busy streets, which we liked. We initially had to make two rounds in the community to find the exact unit though. I would gently suggest the owners to keep the outdoor lights ON so that people like us who check-in at night, can locate the house number. No big issue, just for convenience. A suggestion towards the possibility for future upgrade ~ if the master bedroom can have a king-size bed, it would be great! The house had air bed and additional bedding in the laundry room, but we didn’t want to use it for just two nights stay. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks!

The home was beautiful inside and out! It was able to house my whole family for my wedding weekend! Walkable distance from everything, so much room and I especially loved the U shaped drive, very convenient for multiple cars. Geoffrey was an incredible host who was communicative and super friendly. He was very forthcoming and transparent about any information he needed to pass unto me. Highly recommend 👌🏽

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Since it rained during our stay, we especially appreciated the converted garage space with a pool table and darts was a great way to pass the time. The view from the house was absolutely stunning, and the fenced-in area was perfect for our little dog to run around safely. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee, listening to the rain, was incredibly peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept so well. We’d love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer.

Thank you to John for a lovely stay at The River House! We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny sunset happy hour on the tiki bar dock and moody views of fog and mist rolling over the water all in one weekend. John’s place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We had everything we could possibly need for a weekend of quiet, beauty, and relaxation. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place. Very spacious, has plenty of room for our whole family, there were 7 adults, 1 child and 1 dog. We all had room to relax in our own spaces after a day of sight seeing together. Also nice shared space that we could spend family time together. Would stay here again!

It’s was a very simple to check in and the house was very well put together absolutely no complaints and she’s very attentive would definitely work with her again!

Tevins place was exactly as described. Check in was a breeze. It felt very private in a quiet neighborhood. The location is very close to anything you could need. Tevins was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Carmen's place is gorgeous and pristine. The home has a well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the remote location and quite surroundings.
