Space had a wonderfully At home feeling & very tastefully decorated. It was very clean,well equipped,nice private porch & centrally located to many points of interest. Host was exceptional in communication.

11/10!!!! Megan’s property exceeded our expectations. Interior had great style, spacious, clean, and well thought out. Safe neighborhood, right off of king street. No negatives from us. Things to note… it is three stories, so if you can’t navigate stairs, not for you ;). There is some street noise at night, but Megan has provided sound machines in bedroom if needed. Will absolutely stay here again if returning to Charleston. :)

Wow! The location is great. We walked to everything that we wanted to see in the old section of Charleston. The proprietors were super responsive via text. We had no issues during our week long stay, and always had lots to do. The parking, while a block away in a parking garage, was super convenient and easy to access. There are numerous options for locations close to the front door for loading and unloading before going to the parking garage. Highly recommended. We would certainly stay here again.

We wert in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place for family to stay. Was just fine for our needs as we were in and out. Townhouse was clean but did. It realize it was it the middle of and apt complex. Only issues I would say are to update pillows ( stained ) and towels ( very old and thin ). Would also like to mention that my husband accidentally left some items in a closet and when we reached out to hosts , they found them and shipped them asap ! We offered to reimburse shipping costs of course but they incurred them themselves! Not necessary but much appreciated! Thank you !!

Clean and was very easy to get to convention center.

We loved staying here and we were very relaxed. Close to beach and golf course walking distance to both. The place is very well kept the only thing that needs attention is the guest bathroom the ceiling is peeling and the water spigot in the shower needs to be replaced. The twin bed in the one room needs attention the bed collapsed while my daughter was sleeping in it. It needs to be better put together between the mattress and box spring. Small things that can be corrected but still a wonderful time!

The place was beautiful and felt so spacious! My friends and I had a relaxing vacation thanks to this place, and it was central to a lot of great locations and restaurants!

Very nice place. It was clean, within walking distance of beach, shopping, and restaurants, and immediate neighborhood was in a nice area. Host was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay! It now has a brand new dish washer and garbage disposal. Neither were working when we arrived and the owner was very responsive and quick to get them fixed/replaced! We felt right at home! The only complaint we had was the misleading amenities; this place does not provide Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix but instead has a TV that you can sign into your accounts for these services on.

Kathy is so amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything you need. We were surprised with drinks and snacks upon arrival. The house was fully stocked as if it was my own. We never had a problem during our entire stay there and we will definitely be back ! Very highly recommended! Thank you for everything Kathy!

The place was just like it was pictured. It was a little challenging to find, but that might be because we arrived at night. Also, the porch on the second floor had nails around, but Charleston has had severe storms the last few weeks. Overall, it was a decent price for the area and space.

The Condo was exactly as it was described and was immaculate upon arrival. It felt comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the surrounding area was beautiful! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to vacation on Folly Beach!

Brenda was so helpful with offering suggestions. Loved that we could have our dogs with us, the condo was spotless and no signs that anyone had been there with dogs. We walked daily to the beach using the provided beach chairs, rode one of the bikes to beach also. Very quiet and relaxing. So glad we found a pet friendly place to stay so close to the beach. Brenda is very quick to respond to any questions and gave great advice. Can’t wait to go back in the fall!

Loved the area and had a great time. We traveled to South Carolina to escape the winter in Pa. The accommodations were everything we expected from the pictures published. Thinking about trying to see about availability next winter.

Christie’s place was perfect for my visit to Charleston. Looks exactly as the pictures show. Clean and nicely decorated. Lots of cute touches, and everything you could need. Very comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail was evident, and everything was well-maintained. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They were always available for any questions but also gave me plenty of privacy. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! It was easy to get in. The beds were nice. The place was in a quiet location, and easy to walk to grab coffee or a bite while being conveniently located within a short drive from the downtown attractions. Clint was responsive, and made our check-in and check-out a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Ashley’s place was wonderful! My friends and I had such a relaxing trip, with a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around to explore. The townhouse was just as pictured, with just enough space for 8 of us and all the amenities needed. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet get away at Folly Beach!
