Judy was a great host and offered us a great stay. She was very responsive and aided us in a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend.

Great place for a getaway. The living room has a large couch and the open kitchen/dining area making it so easy to be together. Quick 10 min drive/Uber to downtown Newport. You can even walk to food options close to the house. Bryant was very responsive and flexible. He left us great instructions and local recommendations.

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

Beautiful place to stay! Stayed for our anniversary and sat by the fire near the lake as the sun set. And went in the hot tub and watched the sun rise over the lake! Very peaceful and relaxing!

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at JWU and had plenty of space for our family. The washer and dryer were a great bonus! The neighborhood was quiet with lovely sidewalks for walking, and Maria was very responsive.

이번 여행에서 에어비앤비를 이용했는데, 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 우선, 숙소의 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 시내와 가까워서 이동하기 편리했고, 주변에 대중교통도 잘 되어 있어 관광하기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 덕분에 시간 낭비 없이 알찬 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 호스트도 굉장히 친절하고 응답이 빨랐습니다. 궁금한 점이 있을 때마다 바로 답변을 주셔서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 체크인 과정도 간단하고 원활하게 진행되어 좋았어요. 또한, 가격이 다른 숙소들에 비해 저렴한 편이어서 가성비가 정말 뛰어났습니다. 이 정도 가격에 이 위치와 서비스라면 충분히 만족할 만한 선택이라고 생각합니다. 숙소 크기는 크지 않지만, 주방에는 필요한 것들이 다 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리를 해 먹기에도 불편함이 없었어요. 다만, 세면대의 냉수가 잘 나오지 않아서 조금 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 만약 이 부분만 개선된다면 더 완벽한 숙소가 될 것 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 좋은 경험이었고, 다음에 다시 방문할 의향이 있을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다!

Paul was awesome to work with super responsive. The location was AMAZING walking distance to everything you could possibly need. We will for sure be back again!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.

We stayed during fall and were able to take advantage of the fire pit. There was plenty of kindling to gather nearby and the fire under the stars was very peaceful. It was starting to get chilly during our stay and the log space heater was a very nice touch. Guest book includes a number of helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. A lot of small extra touches made our stay very comfortable. We would recommend for anyone wanting a more rural feel away from the other tourists while exploring mystic.

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

Ada's place was cozy and very comfy, especially the bed! The location was perfect for a concert at Mohegan Sun casino. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! We were eight people - two families traveling with four kids total, and the home was ideal for our group. The heated pool was a highlight—perfectly sized and (upon request) kept at a comfortable temperature, even in late March. The house itself was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially appreciated how quickly the hosts responded whenever we had questions. The only minor drawback was that the property is located across from a fire station, and occasionally you’ll hear the siren. However, it only lasts a few seconds and didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The space is clean, roomy and comfortable. They had a minor plumbing issue during our stay but it wasn’t a problem and Richard was very proactive in communicating the issue and resolution. It was a convenient location for our stay. We had a lovely stay at Jeffrey’s place during Thanksgiving weekend! The house is in a great location and was perfect for our group - the master bedroom is in one wing of the house and two other (large) bedrooms are in the other wing. That was ideal for us with two infants in the group. Highly recommend staying here!
