We loved our two week stay. The unit is small, but perfect for us. We were looking for a "less busy" location with quick access to other locations ... we were close enough to Sarasota, Siesta Key, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda. Some good restaurants options close, some within walking distance ... if you didn't want to venture too far. Everything was, as described ... no surprises. Our needs/questions were few because all was communicated well ... but, for the few questions we did have the host and the maintenance crew were very responsive. We plan to stay here again.

A cute studio very well updated and appointed with handy toiletries in case of need (toothbrushes, band aids, lotion and other essentials). Very close access to beach and all the things necessary including a big umbrella for shade! Nice folks there and easy walking to several great restaurants. Pool was smaller than the photos appeared but very clean and busy with guests every day.

Perfect spot for a quick trip south! Quiet back street close to downtown and water!

first and foremost, let me say that Te' is a wonderful person. My wife and I enjoyed staying at Te's. We felt right at home. she was extremely accommodating to any of our needs. The place is within 3 minute walking distance to Dearborn Street which has coffee shops, boutiques, breakfast and lunch places. a nice wine bar and an excellent blues club. every evening if you don't feel like watching the sunset at manasota beach which is only a 15-minute ride, you had the option to walk to the end of Dearborn Street and watch the sunset over the bay there. Te's place is centrally located and is convenient to everything in the area. we will be staying at Te's again the next time we are in Englewood.

Dez was a great host. He bent over backwards to make us very comfortable.

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

The place was beautiful, it’s clear that the host has made an effort to make your stay very comfortable. The Home had everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and the beach was very close. I would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect, clean, and accurately described. Great proximity to baseball parks and to the coastal towns for dinner. Very nice and new, modern, and spacious. Easily fit my group and all utilities and amenities worked perfectly. Quiet area and great hosts. Would stay again!

This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

Absolutely loved everything about staying here. The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly and the house was the perfect size for us. Christopher was very concerned about making sure we had what we needed in such a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again if he will have us.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Two families stayed in this unit over spring break. The accommodations were perfect for four adults and five children. The house is well stocked, conveniently located and was perfectly clean upon our arrival. Our stay was wonderful!

Gorgeous place, very tastefully decorated, exceptionally stylish, and, most importantly, sparkling clean. I stayed with my husband for 3 nights and we enjoyed every single minute of it. Comfy beds. Everything is very well maintained. The hosts are amazing. We greatly appreciated lots of extras that they provided and very thankful for an earlier check in. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth, efficient and very pleasant. Absolutely perfect stay. Thank you!!!

We had the best and most relaxing time staying at the condo. Everything was so clean and the view was AMAZING. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was an added bonus. We had everything we needed and John was a very responsive host. We were even able to check in a little early and after driving through the night from VA we were very grateful. The only "small" issue (and it was not an issue for us and absolutely no fault of John's) but there are local bars so music and singing is constant from mid morning till late in the evening. You only hear the entertainment if you are sitting on the balcony. You can not hear anything inside the condo and we slept very well on the very comfy bed. I would highly recommend this condo. We were there for 7 days and it has everything you will need. Thank you John for being a FANTASTIC host. We plan to stay again!!

Clean place, close to everything, exactly as described.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This was our first time staying at Jim's place, though it's our second visit to this lovely condo. Jim's home truly feels like a slice of paradise. The apartment is cozy and perfectly suited for our small family. The sunrises from the back and the sunsets on the beach are simply breathtaking. The heated pool is a fantastic amenity, and Jim generously provides plenty of beach and pool gear, making our stay even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness in the chat were greatly appreciated, always making us feel welcome and cared for. Jim's hospitality and the serene beauty of the location make this a perfect getaway spot. We can't wait to return and create even more wonderful memories here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat!

We had a fantastic stay! Seth and Cheryl truly thought of everything—our experience was seamless. They were incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The entire condo was modern, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The layout provided plenty of space to relax, with a variety of seating options in the living areas. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. A true highlight was the screened porch overlooking the water—the views were beautiful, and it was so peaceful. It was the perfect spot to read, exercise, get some work done, or simply unwind. We would highly recommend Seth's Place and would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
