The house is a new renovation and Dana is still putting up finishing touches. Overall, the house served our needs and we all were happy with the house and location

What an incredible week! I highly recommend Amy’s place if you’re looking for a quiet, restful vacation. We have three kids (including an infant) and we had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. Amy was an incredible communicator and was very accommodating. This was our second time to the island and it did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and book your vacation here! We rented a golf cart for one day and also went on a private boat tour with Jerry Blake (Blake Tours). He picked us up right from the dock on LGI and took us all around the area. Highly recommend this as well!!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. We had a wonderful time staying at Turtle Nest retreat. It was nicely furnished and fully supplied with items needed. The view of the water and sunsets were amazing. Dana was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Turtle Nest Resort!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and had a wonderful time! The house was tastefully appointed, extremely clean, and had everything we needed—including a beach tote, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella. It was an easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded and nice. Jennifer was an excellent host and extremely responsive. It was definitely a great find!

We really enjoyed our stay! We’ve been to Manasota Key a few other times in the past and always enjoyed the beaches and proximity to Englewood and Venice. We found the condo to be very nice and clean. The kitchen has all the appliances you might need and generous counter space. Our only complaint, which is subjective, is that the bed is firmer than we have at home. Folks visiting the area right now should be aware that hurricane recovery efforts are ongoing. The beach access for the condo is good but the public beach has mounds of sand, there are homes being remediated, so there are sounds of construction and heavy equipment throughout the day. The Waverly Restaurant is a short walk away and they are open, as is the Circle K, and the local mom and pop seafood shack. We bought some fresh jumbo shrimp and grilled them for dinner. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation.

This home and host are top tier! 10/10 would stay again! Beautiful home and surroundings. Host provided lots of amenities! The King bed room was very Aesthetically pleasing! Thanks for making our stay feel like home!

Ronnie’s house was awesome! We brought our boat over and it was just a quick ride to open water. The kids loved the pool when we went in the boat. House was spotless and very nice! Ronnie was very quick to answer and checked on us every day during the stay. Don’t hesitate on booking. You will be happy you did!

Rick’s place was great! Especially considering the recent hurricane that went through. Rick has done a great job getting the grounds cleaned up and looking good. It’s amazing when you see other locations to the south end of the key that weren’t to fortunate. Very responsive host, and easy check in/check out process. Peaceful, quiet, and private. Great romantic getaway for us!

We had a great stay at Hillary’s place. The house was clean and well appointed. We had a great time playing games in the garage. We would highly recommend her place. Thanks for hosting.

Lora at Evolve was tremendous to work with. The property itself was as advertised. The beach access was terrific, as was the beach itself, and I think we used every one of the amenities. We also didn't have to go straight to the store for paper goods and other supplies - everything seemed to be as we needed it. Lots of ink spilled on the decor, but we found it to be a great conversation starter with some unique items inspiring creativity amongst our kids. Overall a fantastic experience, and we'd hope to make it back!

We have spent many years coming to Englewood and this is by far the best rental we’ve found. Being able to walk out the door and see the Gulf is amazing! The house is completely redone after the hurricane and I think we were the first to be there and use it. Beautifully done! We can’t wait to come back again. Nathan was helpful and always quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay!

Great place and super close to beach! Nice with small kiddos to be able to walk 20 steps and be right in the middle of the 🏝️ beach!

Paradise, beach was wonderful. Amazing views and sounds right on the beach. The island is recovering from the hurricane and all the people we met that live there were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

The place was amazing, there were books all over the place of all types, art to architecture. There were paddle boards, a skim board and a kayak. You can kayak right out and fish for reds maybe 300 yards down. There was plenty of activities in the area and stumps pass was the best beach hands down. We went parasailing, fishing charter and great meals all right there. At stumps pass I caught a Mahi Mahi, some permits and whiting. In the bay I got some sea trout and reds. I fished every morning while the kids slept in.

We loved this private beach getaway. The sunsets, shark teeth, ocean breeze, lots of room in the house ….everything was perfect. Host was responsive!

We loved our stay. The property was amazing and Chuck designed everything to make the stay easy. The place was new and clean and even better than the description. We highly recommend this rental. If you like tennis, the courts were very nice.
