We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the bay was beautiful, the condo had everything needed, the amenities were wonderful and the few questions I had were answered immediately. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Resort, excellent amenities, friendly staff and great food.

We stayed for a month and loved it. We can't say enough about Jennifer...she was always very helpful and responsive. The water filter in the fridge required replacing part way though our stay and she had one delivered the next day. All other communications were responded to very quickly. The place was like new with a well equipped Kitchen. The bikes were a great bonus and got put to good use. Lots of wildlife when looking out the back lanai. Satellite pool a 5 min walk from the condo and never had an issue finding a lounge. They also have the larger pool about a mile away that has more activity. Lots more amenities available within the complex We would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay. The property was amazing and Chuck designed everything to make the stay easy. The place was new and clean and even better than the description. We highly recommend this rental. If you like tennis, the courts were very nice.

Anna's place is located in a nice condo complex with a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a 1/2 basketball court. The grounds/landscaping at the complex need some serious attention though. Anna's place is located near Gasparilla Island and is convenient to many good local restaurants. It's a wonderful place to disconnect from the world and recharge. Enjoy.

The condo was great and a perfect location for our needs. Steven was awesome and quickly answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

Thank you Jeff for sharing your condo with us! This condo is beautiful and spotless! The beds very comfortable and the living spaces were cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook if you wanted to. The pool was nice and private. The beach is directly across the road less than a minute walking. The condo was very quiet and loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall the whole experience was superb and worth every penny. Thanks again and we look forward to staying again.

This place was amazing. Just as the pictures show. Very comfortable and clean! Incredibly relaxing. Pool was a great way to relax. A lot of things to do in the area.

From before we left to go to Florida until the end of our stay. We had an INCREDIBLE experience with customer service and the property. They were always avaiable for questions and the home was absolutely stunning. We had an issue with the pool being a little dirty but they sent someone out to clean the pool right away. We had absolutely no complaints about this place or the people. We have already decided we will be staying there again next year. If not at this location, at least with the same host!!!!! Incredible!! I will be recommending this host and Home to everyone!

Kim from the Port Charlotte house was amazing to work with i was able to check in a few hours earlier. The house was everything as showed on pictures ,very clean location and very quiet as well would highly recommend booking with Evolve and Kim as well.

Nice home and pool. Close to beaches and shops and restaurants. Nice to have washer and dryer so could pack light if needed. Need to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap. (Expected) Good experience. Beds comfortable

Anthony's property was perfect for us for the month that we stayed there. The evening sunset views from the lanai were spectacular along with the many local birds, gators and turtles. His condo was very well appointed, mordern and spacious. Although we didn't golf at Heritage Landing, there are many very local affordable courses around. The heated satellite pool is mere 100 yds away and is very quiet and relaxing. The main pool, gym and Tiki bar are nearby as well and were very enjoyable. The Tiki bar menu is outstanding and delicious while the staff were pleasant and most welcoming. Anthony was an excellent host and communicated extremely well with us, he even met us at the Heritage Landing gate to personally show us around the condo and property area. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful property.

The property was truly great. It has so much available between the pool, kayaks, separate building with all the games, etc. It was very clean and to arrive with so many snacks and drinks, it was terrific to have since we arrived later in the evening. The responsiveness could not have been any better, and we can easily see why the property is consistently rated so high. We loved it!

Octavio was an awesome host. showed us around and made sure we knew what was what and how everything worked. I would definitely stay again.
