My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay! We loved kayaking, swimming in the warm lake, and taking in the 270 degree lake views on the beautiful shaded dock. Frankie and Gordon were available, when needed, to answer any questions and give recommendations for the area. They live on the other side of the property (in a separate building) so it feels as if you have the place to yourself. Thank you for sharing your beautiful location with us.

This was a quiet and cozy stay! For such a small space it really has everything you need including washer/dryer & full oven which was surprising. This spot was perfect for a one night stay in Charlotte to see a concert! Thank you!

Was worth EVERY penny! They were responsive and respectful. It snowed while I was there and they checked on me to make sure I was ok. I am moving to Charlotte soon, the area was great for work and house hunting! I would definitely stay again if needed.

I enjoyed my stay. I was specifically looking for a place that was cozy, private and peaceful and this Airbnb checked all of those boxes. It's a very reasonable short distance from stores, restaurants and other amenities.

We absolutely loved staying at Natalia’s guesthouse! It is the perfect amount of space for two people! Every amenity is as listed! You get a beautiful view of the woods behind the main house! The guest house is located just inside Charlotte in the Matthews side and is perfectly situated to get to Charlotte with ease! The sofa is so comfortable, the bed and pillows made you feel as though you sleeping on a cloud and the towels were so soft! I definitely recommend this location for a weekend getaway in Charlotte! You won’t regret it!!

This space is beautiful! All furnishings, appliances, & linens are high quality. Everything we could have needed was provided, and then some. I was nervous about it working when we added two adults for a few days of our stay, but it is a bigger space than I expected indoors so we felt super comfortable. The extra thick mattress pad made the air mattress the best I’ve ever slept on - no back pain! Melissa was super helpful and gracious before & during our stay. Best experience yet with an Airbnb! Thank you!

A GREAT place to stay for sure! It was so quiet, comfortable, yet spacious, and very clean. We felt right at home. It is so very close to shopping and many attractions, just perfect for a fun and/or a relaxing trip. Half way through our stay the Host checked in on us via email to see if we needed anything - the first for us. Definitely a place to come back to.

Great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood with our pup! We loved the personal touches and took advantage of the board games and the pebble ice machine. Has that home away from home feel 😊

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place while visiting friends in the area. Our second visit was just as wonderful as the first. The accommodations are lovely and the place is impeccably clean. We will absolutely be staying st Maria’s place the next time we are in Charlotte

Loved all the natural light and privacy of this place, located in a quiet and comfy neighborhood with several restaurants and bar super close, if I’m ever in Charlotte again I hope I get a chance to stay here again!

This was a staycation for me. Host was so gracious. Did not feel like I was in a guest house above the garage because of the privacy. Julianna was also flexible with me when I needed it. Will stay here again.

My husband and I have a daughter that lives in Charlotte. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel. Plus, Plaza Midwood is a gem of a neighborhood.

Scott and Priscilla were perfect hosts. They went out of their way to help us with a family event. Cottage is pristine and all amenities were thought of for their guests. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed tiny blue. It was cute and cozy. We always wanted to try tiny house living and this was perfect for us.

This was my favorite stay at an Airbnb to date. The apartment is above a garage and the inside is so adorable! Everything was clean, organized and decorated so cute. My daughter and I were in town to see Katt Williams and we felt right at home. The place is less than 10 minutes from the venue and lots to do in town. I would recommend dining at South21. Great trip, excellent stay, would love to go back one day :)
