I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this house was and how well kept it was. The scenery is also beautiful and quiet. The neighbors are also so nice and welcoming! I would recommend all of my friends and family to book a stay here and I look forward to book again soon in the summer! Thank you lovely spaces!

We selected the are because we had our entire family coming - family from Greene county TN (on the NC border) and from the AF base near Goldsboro NC. Mooresville NC is halfway between each location . Plenty of parking. Very nice outdoor fire pit, indoor gas fireplace and an indoor wood fireplace. Nice beach area and boat dock We highly recommend this house and the host - Christian.

We had a lovely stay at Alexandre’s home. Not only was the place clean but it smelled great as well. He was quick to respond to any questions that came up and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Quiana house is like a dream come true and it was a pleasure staying here. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed out. Amazing for big groups. The house has everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. 5 star all across the board. I recommend this house to the world. I will be back for sure.

William’s listing was easily one of my favorite stays in Air BNB Community. From the early arrival check-in to late checkout request. William was resourceful and accommodating. The property was clean, fullly stocked, and true to the “luxury” labeled in its title. The beds were comfortable and the oversized T.V’s allowed everyone enjoyment.

We had 12 family members gather for Christmas, ages 19 to 86. The house worked great and we appreciated that everyone could have a comfortable bed and private space without resorting to sofas or pull outs. The two living rooms and game room also worked great to accommodate everyone (football, ping pong/darts and quiet conversation all at once!). All the common spaces have big screen TVs with steaming). We could easily park 5 cars in the large driveway. The house is stylish but older. But very clean and inviting. Shirley was very responsive when we needed help on a minor issue with the internet. I will mention that the house has stairs between many rooms. It worked fine for us but my folks are spry for 86. I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or toddler guests.

We had an unforgettable stay at Shirley’s place from March 21–23 while visiting Charlotte for a family union event. The main house and the side house provided the perfect setup for our family to be together under one roof, allowing us to spend meaningful, quality time. The apartment at 418 Faison Avenue was dazzling—beautifully decorated, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. Shirley was an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to our needs. This was my very first Airbnb experience, and it was truly overwhelming in the best way—absolutely remarkable. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality in Charlotte!

We stayed here for Christmas to be near family and it was a great choice. We were able to cook dinner in the kitchen and there is plenty of room for everyone. This is a big house! Great WiFi, great amenities, very easy to check in, and Leslie (and Sterling!) were great to meet. We would be happy to stay here again!

The hosts are friendly and responds promptly with any queries. The location is close to Uptown Charlotte, the airport , convention center and other t popular places. Overall a great choice

our work crew had a great time here one bedroom had private aceess to the front porch which was nice i had a beautiful king size bed his staff works really hard to clean the place up we were allowed an early check in i met the staff they were super friendly we cooked out there was eood already loaded in a fire pit its an old historic district snd it was a co,y relaxing place to stay

Words & pictures are not enough for "The River House". The house & furnishings were extraordinary, clean & very comfortable. The hosts are very attentive to every detail ...even supplying bird seed. My family was here for 2 nights, so due to time constraints I was unable to fully enjoy the outdoors. My suggestion for future guests: pack plenty of groceries & summon your inner Ina Garten or Anthony Bourdain; few good books, & kick back & enjoy the birds, wildlife & water views. No need to leave & re-enter rat race until necessary. Thank you Dean & Angie for sharing your lovely home.

Skylar place was a amazing looked just like the photos, very clean and spacious! The house was in a beautiful friendly neighbourhood with lots of shopping food places in close proximity.

Had a great time staying by the lake. Really fun place to stay with a big group. Nancy was friendly, helpful and responsive!

Mary's place was very lovely and comfortable. It was perfect for our 5 member family. Mary was very friendly and communicated regularly to see if we needed anything. We would definitely book there again, if we all return to Charlotte.

This was an awesome stay! Looked even better than the pictures, plenty of room and super clean. Sunroom and grill was awesome. Thomas was very responsive and friendly to answer all our questions and accommodate requests. Great price too!!

I highly recommend this property! It was spacious, clean and had wonderful amenities for us to enjoy in the free time we had at the house. It was perfectly as described and the pictures were spot on. There was more than enough parking for our group and the house was nicely tucked away from the street. Our host was proactive with communication and very responsive with any questions we had. If you find yourself needing stay in this area, this is the place to book!

What a wonderful stay we had as a family of 8! Although it rained all weekend, the kiddos and adults enjoyed the provided games, darts and pool table. The owners heated the pool for our stay! The kids loved it. The home is also located an out 15 minutes from the outlets and Top Golf, since it was rainy. We brought our dogs, and they loved running up and down the property. We even saw some deer cross through the fences! Besides the woodpecker waking me up Sunday morning, our stay was amazing. Thank you.

I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

Great spot for a girl's weekend. We spent a day at the Ballantyne Spa and stayed here as it was close by! Easy spot to get food delivered and we had a great time! Beds were comfortable, plenty of plates and utensils for dining in. Polo was very responsive with any questions. We didn't end up using the outside amenities since we were gone most of Saturday, but super cute fire pit!!

A Truly Amazing 🤩 Park like retreat in the city; forest 🌳, wildlife, stream, birds 🦅 singing (Grandkids loved 🥰 seeing deer 🦌 on the grounds). Extremely spacious inside and outside, everyone had their space for privacy when required. A gourmet Kitchen, gas stove, double oven, coffee and tea bar, upgraded appliances and utensils 🍴, surprisingly ample supply of spices and condiments. The pool 🏊🏾‍♀️ was great 😊 and a few floats provided. The Family is already coordinating schedules for a return visit next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯👍🏾.

Our group of 6 thought the house was great. The playground for my 3 year old in the neighborhood was great. Plenty of space for all of us in the house!

What a wonderful stay we had. The photos do not do it justice; the house is gorgeous and you immediately feel at home. The pool and lake combination meant we had everything we needed! We will absolutely be back. John proactively brought an outside fan when the temperatures got hot outside, and along with the beautiful shade from the deck it was perfect. Kids and adults and our pup had an absolutely perfect stay.

Traveled to NC with my family for work trip with my husband. We loved the home it was perfect for our large family. Had everything we need Tracy was great and helpful when needed. We would definitely recommend starting here and will come back when in area again.
