Anne's apartment is great. It can be a perfect apartment for many, especially for couples, I think. It's peaceful, clean, new and modern, places to eat nearby, grocery store close by, tram stop literally next to the apartment, amazing host- so many conveniences. Only slight exception may be for those who wants to stay at the city center, don't need a moderately spacious apartment, nor cooking at the expense of lower price. It'd be nice if there were a microwave though, unless I haven't found it :'D as I barely went to the kitchen. The shower floor is ceramic, looks good but the renters are advised to be little cautious as it may get slippery. The apartment has a slight touch of a hotel. Some may like it, but I personally prefer a complete home atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend the apartment for those who are looking for the criteria the apartment offers.

Philip was absolute great. Provided perfect instruction. The Flat was pristine clean with all required amenities for 4 of us. The location was also perfect for us. Great to stay at your place Philip. Thanks a lot.

Darius was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful. The location is great and we were very impressed with the cafes and restaurants. As we went in Feb we were keen to eat nearby and found some really good options. A special shoutout to Mädchenitaliener Italian restaurant which we kept going back to. There are two cafes in the street which serve amazing coffee. It’s an easy distance to lots of things and we walked a lot as a result. I would really recommend the place for a lovely stay in Berlin and we will be coming back.

Tino war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat mich unterstützt, wo er nur konnte. Durch seine humorvolle Art und die schöne Wohnung habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt.

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

Wir haben Silvester hier verbracht und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Die Wohnung macht Spaß, die Zimmer- und Badaufteilung für 7 Personen ist optimal und die Balkone und Dachterrasse haben die Sahnehaube aufgesetzt. Ben war stets freundlich und per Nachricht zu erreichen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit und Küchenausstattung ließen hier und da zu Wünschen übrig - aber auch hier hat Ben schnell und freundlich reagiert. Wir können uns definitiv einen weiteren Aufenthalt vorstellen!

Had a 4day getaway with friends in Berlin and were searching for an airbnb with 3 private rooms, this place had this but also a small gym, like a cinema room and 2 bathrooms with huge chill area, it was perfect to comeback after a long walk and lay down and rest. It was extremely clean, with lots of kitchen cutleries, different cups and glasses for different drinks etc. Only best recommendations !

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

The flat is so quiet, the BED IS DIVINE, it is honestly like staying in a beautiful hotel, except you're in a gorgeous old apartment building, with tons of space, access to a porch out the back, and a yard. The flat is SO centrally located--steps-away, easy tram service to Alexanderplatz (where you can make connections to everywhere), Ubahn a block away, tons of amazing restaurants nearby in Mitte and Prenzlauerberg. You're in the middle of everything here, yet the flat is an oasis. I cannot recommend more highly. Rocio a joy to interact with; so instantly helpful and offering tips. Also, always very quick to respond!

Great place to stay for our family of 5! Kids loved the play area downstairs and the baby crib and high chair were so nice to have there. Close to the U Bahn and bus stop which we took often to go into the city. Yes it is right on the street and we could hear people walking on the snowy sidewalk but it did not bother our sleep. No other noises were heard. We had a white noise machine for our kids anyway. The shower was very nice. Overall, it was great and I would recommend!

Caroline’s apartment is in a fabulous location surrounded by a variety of vibrant cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is what I’ve always imagined a ‘classic’ old, city apartment would be like and has oodles of character. It is spacious with plenty of room for four adults. The view of the imposing church from the main bedroom was amazing to wake up to every morning and the balcony is a place of peace. Highly recommend Caroline’s apartment as a base for exploring the city - 2 main tram lines pass run from close by and they link within a few minutes with local S and U-bahn stations.

Allen war super nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, man hat Genügend Platz für alles und das Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem war die Aussicht Abends traumhaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt, man braucht nie lange auf eine Bahn zu warten und ist schnell im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!😊

Richie was extremely accommodating when we needed flexibility for the dates of our stay. It was one less thing for us to worry about and we are very grateful for it.

Das Haus ist einfach zu finden, der Self Check In ist mit dem Türcode super einfach. Außergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeber, Kinder und knuffiger Familienhund. Habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, bzw alles wird möglich gemacht.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!

Son derece arkadaş canlısı ve sıcak kanlı biri olarak, bana sadece bir ev sahibi değil, aynı zamanda gerçek bir dost gibi hissettirdi. Evi inanılmaz derecede temiz, düzenli ve konforlu. Özellikle mutfak, eksiksiz donanımıyla bana evimde olmanın rahatlığını sundu – ihtiyacınız olan her şey fazlasıyla mevcut!
