Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Lisa’s place. It is an amazing apartment, fabulous views and so close to all amenities in Deal and the surrounding area. The apartment is spotless and really quiet. Great place to relax and watch the sea. Lisa is a great host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Flat was spotlessly clean throughout and the view from the main window is stunning. The photos don't quite do it justice as it feels bigger, spacious, light and airy. We would most definitely like return in the future. Perfect location and felt very private. Thank you.

It was lovely to return to Sue’s place to meet up with family to celebrate family birthdays. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea. The flat was nicely furnished, well equipped and clean. Looking forward to visiting again,

What a lovely couple of days away in Deal made possible by staying at Alana’s place. Was very easy to get to from the station, comfortable and a real home from home for my Mum and I. As a side note the electric diffusers smelt incredible making it a very pleasant place to relax as soon as you walked through the door. The welcome gift Alana also left was a really lovely gesture too to make us feel welcome.

We had such an amazing stay here! Highly recommend! This place is absolutely stunning and we have already made plans to come back next year. Everything was super easy thanks to the host and the local recommendations were fantastic too! Could not recommend this place more!!!!

We had a fantastic stay here—it truly felt like our own home! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, eating, and drinking. The living space was just as comfortable as home. The WiFi and hot water worked perfectly, and we never had to contact the host since everything was seamless. The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean and spacious. The neighborhood was also lovely, adding to the homely feel. It didn’t feel like a typical rental accommodation at all! I would choose to stay here again in the future if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

An incredible find! The property has been renovated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean and we felt totally at home. The property has everything that you could possibly need for a self catering trip as well as some hi-tech gadgets (loved the Bluetooth mirrors in the bathrooms….) The property is in a quiet, friendly residential street with access to the seafront at the end of the road. There are plenty of good walks to do. We had a slight issue with the shower but Terry sorted this within 5 minutes of us contacting him. Both Terry and his wife are lovely people and we can’t wait to return

What a wonderful place, very clean and tidy and nice and quiet. it’s in a great location with great sea views from the balcony, the host are friendly and helpful with information and things and places to do and go in the local area. We will definitely be back.

Sue was amazing… very easy to communicate with and very friendly. The apartment was amazing and the little extra touches were fantastic.. books and duplo for my child and breakfast and milk in the fridge. Amazing location and nice and warm and cosy. We loved our stay in Deal

We had such a fantastic stay at Melody’s lovely apartment. Perfect location right by the beach and to town, easy parking, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Melody was so helpful in messages beforehand, really appreciated it. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful flat, clean, spacious, warm feeling, a good place to relax. Everything was walkable. We were only there for a few days, but highlights were beach walks, the Crab Museum, Shell Grotto, Turner Contemporary gallery. Had some nice meals at The Med, Turkish food at Aspendos , pizza at the Pickled Fox, and tequilas at Mariachi’s. A Morrison’s just over the road. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

Magnificent apartment with such a warm and cozy living space. Kitchen extremely well equipped with the bonus of an air fryer which made having a bacon sandwich a breeze leaving no cooking smells. Bedroom lovely and restful with a comfy bed. Samantha really does keep a lovely place. Spotless on arrival and we were so lucky with the weather, we were able to use the balcony ! Easy walking to some lovely eating places. Billy hundreds is fab and Fermento a bit further toward Southend do the most amazing pizza. Gold Coast Chinese is steps away but you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. We made do with a takeaway. This was our end of winter break and we both feel restored and re charged from staying at Estuary View penthouse.
