Wonderful host and wonderful area. It's very close to the metro and we found the metro very easy to use. The food in this area is excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Achei ótima a recepção, o local, e a limpeza! A única coisa que senti falta foi de ter uma água pelo menos, chegamos de viagem cansados e não tinha uma água para tomarmos. De resto tenho só boas atribuições!

Wir haben 5 Tage als fünfköpfige Familie in dieser sehr außergewöhnlichen Loft-Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist wirklich geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Direkt nebenan befinden sich ein Bio-Bäcker, ein Blumengeschäft, ein regionaler Metzger und ein Bio-Gemüseladen. In der Straße befinden sich Restaurants und viele Kneipen. Weitere Bäcker und auch kleine Mini-Markets/ Aldi/Lidl sind schnell erreicht. Die Umgebung ist jung und authentisch. Der Place de la République ist fussläufig in ca. 14 Minuten erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und Virgile, der Gastgeber, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

L'appartement est parfait pour un couple!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and as described in the photos. It gave us a great base from which to explore Paris using the RER C which is only a short 10 minute walk away. The apartment is close to a small convenience store and has a good bakery within walking distance. Our host was helpful and responsive. We managed to get parked behind the apartment in one of spaces in the gravelled parking area. Our vehicle was fine left there for 3 days. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but we did not experience any noise issues as it has good double glazed windows. I would recommend this apartment.

Le logement est fonctionnel. A proximité de la station de métro et de l'arrêt de bus, il est possible de se déplacer très facilement. A proximité des commerces, il est commode de s'approvisionner en alimentation. Sasha est une hôte réactive et serviable. Je recommande son logement.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

L'appartement de Camille est vraiment très agréable, à la fois confortable et chaleureux, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité du métro et du RER est aussi très pratique. Camille s'applique à donner toutes les instructions nécessaires pour que tout se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce logement. Nous avons très bien dormi et le logement était bien équipé et propre. L’hôte était accueillant et réactif. La station de métro se trouve à 5 min à pied et le quartier était calme. Je recommande vivement.

The place is great, a nice location in a non-tourist area, with a patisserie two doors down and the metro a five minute walk away. As advertised, there are stairs up to the two bedroom floors. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a nice patio. The beds are firm foam and pretty comfortable. The only issue we had was the heat, it's difficult to understand and adjust, and the top floor tends to be warm while the main floor was stayed cool. Jean-Charles was very helpful with this and in general. Overall, highly recommended.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Lilie, l'appartement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. La localisation excellente, proche des commerces et de la gare.

This felt like a special find for us - and perfect for our family of 5, especially our 3 boys. If you like pristine rental properties this might not be for you as this definitely had a home-from-home vibe, but it was ADORED by our kids, and as a result by us. Personally, I found the slight shabbiness relaxing! For a city home, there is a lovely big garden with trampoline, ping pong, 2x swings and a football. This was great when we got home from a busy day sight-seeing. The indoor space is big and high ceiling-ed. The kids loved climbing into the top double bed. The kitchen is basic and small and not the best equipped but we had access to Uber Eats and the restaurants of Paris so this didn't matter. There's enough to pull together basic meals. Eric and his wife were very friendly and helpful and it felt like we were embraced as part of their home life. They were especially kind when we had to leave in a rush because my son became ill.

Valérian est très réactif. Grande maison, propre, située sur un terrain clôturé. Quartier ultra calme à quelques minutes à pied des RER C ou N.

Maison très pratique. Bel espace extérieur. Le fait d'avoir autant de chambre est pratique, chacun la sienne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Super! Bogdan est très réactif et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Le logement est conforme aux photos.

On a passé un très bon long weekend de Pâques chez Françoise. La maison était propre et parfaite pour un gros groupe. La position était excellente

ottimo appartamento, buona posizione facile per spostarsi molto carino e molto funzionale. L'host è stato super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa noi avessimo bisogno, lo consiglio vivamente se cercate un posto tranquillo, carino e con mezzi efficienti.

とても静かで過ごしやすい家です。Enzo-sanは到着した日にお水やコーヒーなど買い揃えてくれてとても親切です。テレワークで部屋で過ごす方や自炊する方にはピッタリです。今まで20区内に拘ってAirbnbを利用してきましたが、この家はほぼ16区なのとボーヴェ空港やCDGにもタクシーですぐなので便利です。 素敵なホストです。皆様におすすめします！

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

L’appartement est trop beau. Il donne sur un jardin. Le parc de Bagnolet avec une superbe vue sur Paris et la banlieue est juste à côté. Le métro est très proche aussi. Mais on peut également aller à pied à Paris, en tout cas dans le XXème.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
