We had a fantastic stay at the cottage and an amazing time at the farm. This trip was a birthday celebration for our daughter and the owners made it very special for her. We loved everything about our trip and our stay, we highly recommend staying at the cottage and visiting the farm and can't wait to return!

Tammy met us at checkin, was very friendly and showed us around. Space was immaculate and spotless. Bed was comfortable, no noise in the area made for a peaceful nights sleep. She had coffee, snacks, and water available for us. If you are looking for a nice, cozy, clean get away location, I highly recommend this!

Anna’s place is Simply a getaway into the North Ga serene environment. The property is surrounded by a flower garden. The cattle farm & ranch is directly in front of the property. It also has early 1800-1900 charm . Anna’s tried to bring Feel like an authentic mountain living culture into this property. We enjoyed it.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Joy's home. The grounds were so relaxing with the rolling hills and beautiful horses. Joy was a pleasure. She reached out occasionally to see if all was well, but she respected our privacy. The guest house was wonderful. The additional bedroom space upstairs gave us the perfect space to do some office work or have some quiet time reading & relaxing. Great escape.

Hospitality was superb! Felt so welcomed. The hot tub was perfect. Ruth and Robert have added so many little touches like a nice bottle of wine to enjoy while in the hot tub. Morning coffee was especially nice on the porch. The screened porch was amazing too. While on the golf cart out on the property we saw deer and so many birds. The stream is so relaxing. We heard an owl one evening and counted 12 cardinals in the bush next to the hot tub. Biggest bluegill and bass down at the pond and boy do they love to be fed.

Doesn’t feel like you’re in midtown at all! Very nice tiny house in a great area. Very comfortable bed and loft area! Had a ton of character too. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Gorgeous and peaceful barn. Lots of games provided, comfortable beds and warm showers. Not too far from Rome, GA. Pictures do not do it justice!

Stewart and Doneen were wonderful hosts. The alpacas were so adorable and we felt completely comfortable in the adorable cottage. They educated us about those beautiful creatures and we were able to feed them, pet them, and tour their living quarters. Rocco and Nasha are magnificent dogs and we enjoyed meeting them also. The cottage was great and the property is gorgeous! We came to town to visit our grandson and this was such a fun place to stay! Don’t hesitate to book it!

I loved the place , their were precise instructions on how to use everything and it was lots to do with in the cabin . It was very clean and felt like home and and I liked the privacy around the cabin I would definitely book again

My group and I really enjoyed this place! We spent a whole day fishing and playing on the playground, enjoying the nice weather. There was a bait shop down the road and a grocery store 10 mins away. The accommodation was a little loved, but overall clean and welcoming. The animals were quiet and nice to watch. Overall we really liked the loft and would book again!

Looks like just a regular little home, but when entering you are greeted by a well thought out space. Very cozy and inviting and so many details were put into this property with lots of amenities everywhere. Even shaving cream in the bathroom and make up towels (my wife mentioned it). I felt like I was at the Marriott. Krista’s Mom and husband stopped by to change our cushions due to the pollen and gave me instructions about the items they had for disc golf, corn hole, and to use the fire pit. The house sits in the middle of a huge field and it’s very peaceful. The kids loved it. Krista also allowed us to check in early, she communicated asking if she could assist with anything and overall an excellent experience. Would definitely come back if in the area.

The cottage is in a very good location--only ten minutes from the central square of Dahlonega and about 50 minutes to Springer Mountain. The house is nicely renovated and Angela provides many amenities. We enjoyed sitting out in the Adirondack chairs and watching the local hawk. Angela was easy to communicate with and flexible with one of our needs. I definitely recommend the cottage.

I ended finding this little gem on short notice and I couldn’t have been more lucky. Dawn and Robert were so accommodating. The property is just gorgeous. Very private and peaceful. Went for nature walks everyday. I highly recommend!

What a perfect, peaceful hidden gem. Farm life with frosting! The lodgings were like a day spa with modern, beautiful, and luxurious decor and details. The host and hostess were very communicative and friendly, and even let us meet the animals up close. If you don’t fall in love with Churo the donkey, you will fall in love with the peace and quiet you will find here. Great stay :)

We love this place! It’s our go to whenever we stay in Covington. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Arlene stayed in communication fr9m the start, very friendly, helpful and understanding of our situation, we closed on the house early and so did our container so we stayed 2 weeks shorter that expected, Arlene had agreed to refund us us for the final week. Which we didnt expect but were truly grateful for.

Had a great stay, everything I needed. Will stay there again, Harry is a great host.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it was very peaceful and welcoming. Pleasant and functional space and the evening outdoors couldn’t have been better. I’d 10/10 recommend.

Steve and Cheryl's place was perfect for rest and relaxation. The area was quiet and clean. The cottage was furnished and decorated beautifully. This was my first time visiting, and I plan to come back in the future.

Beautiful place! I have 3 boys they had lots to do! They fished, played in the creek(even though it was freezing) had a fire and walked the property! Saw beautiful deer grazing in the front and back yard! The place was very well kept and clean! Had lots of games for extra fun! Everything we wanted to do was within 45 minutes! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Fabulous location for attending a wedding at The Barn at Harper Pines. We loved visiting the donkeys and sitting by the pond. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the coffee and creamer provided. Would love to stay again!

As before the place was amazing. We were in close proximity to grocery stores and the venue we went to visit. Thank you to Rachel and Pete for a wonderful place that felt like home.

We had a nice, relaxing stay. The place was decorated nicely, clean and very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was fun to watch the birds and goats and feed treats to their sweet kitty. We would definitely stay again.
