We loved staying here! It was peaceful and had a beautiful view! The back porch was my favorite spot! We even had a friendly goat from the area visit us a few times. Jesse was very responsive to our messages and is a great host. We will be back!

Our stay at The Garden Cottage was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub was fabulous. It had all of the amenities of home. The location was perfect for visiting DeSoto State Park and DeSoto Falls. I wish the gardens had been in bloom, but that was due to the time of year we visited. The grounds would be so beautiful in the spring, summer, and fall with so many places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The fenced in space for our pup was an added bonus. We would definitely visit The Garden Cottage again!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very neat and the hot tub was a great bonus. Also, the whole area is private and cozy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Claudia did a great job of staying in touch with us when needed.

This was by far the best trip my wife and I have ever taken. We were able to totally disconnect and spend time with one another. April and Daniel really made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the most comfortable it could be. We’re looking forward to returning in the near future!

We stayed here for my daughter’s spring break and had a great weekend! The hot tub was great and we toasted s’mores in the fire pit in the back. We also went and visited DeSoto Park just a short drive away for a fun day of hiking and hit up Mentone Market for some pizza afterwards. Such a great place for a relaxing getaway!

I was surprised at how lovely this place was both the house and the surrounding beauty! I had 10 adults and 5 kids coming and going and the place accommodated us comfortably. The kitchen was phenomenal! I also took advantage of Blair's offer of the "petting" barn. Both she and her husband gave my grandkids forever memories as they introduced and let the kids pet the farm animals! I highly recommend this place - it is worth it!

We had a great time exploring the area, our house was a great space to hang out in and enjoy. Plenty of room, clean and beautiful!

This place was AWESOME. Perfect for people who enjoy having both, the peace, quiet, and beauty of mountains, but also like not being too far from the city. The hot tub is everything and really made the stay amazing even when it got done to the low thirty’s. The place was clean, stuff to do on the mountain or 25 mins away go hit the city and hit Chattanooga. Host was also responsive. 10/10 experience, was perfect to bring my girlfriend and 2 kids.

Always enjoy staying at grannys guest house. Such a pleasure to visit with Charles and Ruthie and fur babies. You guys feel like family. Thanks for everything. Lovè arriving dislike leaving. Cookies always a plus. See you next year. Keep smiling and keep the faith. God is good.

Great stay. Genuinely one of the quietest places I've ever been. It had everything we needed!

Emmye and Seth’s cottage was absolutely perfect! The views are spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sunset each evening. The cottage itself was spotless, incredibly comfy, and the decor was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we need to cook dinner each night. Location is great. Easy walk to Mentone Market, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and is great for going for a run or a walk. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with beautiful views and a cozy, clean place to unwind, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I have stayed here a few different times now. It’s always a great stay very peaceful with amazing views of wildlife off the beautiful covered back patio. There is also great access to the hiawassee river which is great saint area for the family to swim and fish we caught lots of fish out of the river.overall I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful get away with amazing sunset views.

Our stay with Dustin was wonderful! He was extremely communicative and kind. He had lots of great, local suggestions. The house was the perfect amount of space for two of us and our little dog, walkable neighborhood, and beautiful hiking around the corner from the property. Will be booking with him again for sure!

Anna Marie was so patient and understanding after we were searching for a last minute place to stay after our previously reserved accommodations were canceled by another host. We had some questions about the renter's agreement and security deposit so late in the evening before our arrival and Anna Marie was very responsive and kind! The property was easy to find and right off of a main road. Anna Marie's instructions were PERFECT and much appreciated when it came to the electronic keypad and the gas fireplace. The house was so cozy and had all of the "extra" amenities that we are used to having at home. We will absolutely try to stay here again should we find ourselves in Dayton again.

Excellent BNB! Not a bad thing but this place is all the way up the mountain …. I didn’t understand that part but made it all More exciting !! Loved the place !!

A nice peaceful escape. Not too secluded or too busy, it was a nice retreat that brought back memories of visiting grandma and grandpa’s house in a warm and inviting way.

Excellent place to stay in the Red Bank area. Very clean and safe. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting the Chattanooga area.

Went up for the weekend, didn't spend a whole lotta time at the house, but what we did spend the 4 of us really enjoyed it!! Very pretty view of the river, thehouse is really cute and they've got it stocked with just sbout everything you could possibly need. JD and Tena kept in touch with me as far as getting in the house and even offered to come down and meet us, unfortunately that never happened because we stayed on the go!! I would highly recommend staying at Little House on the River, you won't be disappointed!!!

The cottage met our needs while we were in town visiting friends. I did place right by it the first time I tried to find it, but soon had no trouble, even at night. The place was as cute as described with wonderland theme.

We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing place to spend the weekend. Jeremiah's cottage was private, quiet (off the beaten path), and comfortable. Loved every minute.
