Fabulous place to stay!

Kelly’s place is the perfect little escape! It truly has everything you could possibly need/want! On top of that, Kelly is a phenomenal host and went above and beyond for our stay! She was so responsive and made sure we had an amazing stay! Can’t wait to come back and do another stay here!

Overall, Amanda’s place was adorable and a great getaway for a long weekend! Amanda is very responsive and kind. We had a few hiccups with the house (technical things) and she was very responsive and willing to help as much as she could despite not being in the area. It is a tight space for more than 6 people. There were 7 total in our group so keep in mind it only having one shower and some close sleeping quarters. The beds were very comfy and clean though. It was still cool with the AC window units on too (if staying in the summer). All in all would stay again!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Kathleen’s place. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. Beautiful, clean home. We loved the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked. We liked the little coffee bar area that was set up. Also loved the little nook in the master bedroom to do my hair and makeup. The jacuzzi was very clean and great to use. The home is tucked away in the woods, private and peaceful. Very reliable Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed, we slept well every night. Kathleen was a wonderful host. Answered any questions quickly and checked on us to be sure everything was going ok during our stay.

Wonderful house with great amenities, washing machine is more of a plus than you’d expect. Hot tub was super easy as that was one of the main things I was interested in. Beds are a little hard but that is understandable. Would definitely come again!!

Very nice house and location.

Place was beautiful and clean! Nice location that was private. Nice shower and huge bathroom with washer/dryer. Host was nice and responded quickly to any questions. Also let me check in about an hour early since my flight arrived. Only issue was tv in upstairs bedroom had lots of trouble connecting to internet to be able to lay in bed in evening and watch something. We only got it to connect one night. Not sure what issue was because downstairs tv was perfectly fine. The Waterford area is a nice smalll community and very peaceful, and also close to bigger city for all your activities. I’d reserve the place again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay around the area!

Carly's place was impeccably clean and tidy. Furniture, beds, towels and linens were very comfortable. Living room and master bedroom seemed more spacious than the pictures reflected. It was perfect for our needs, and a good value, even for the off-season. We happened to stay during several days of enough snow to have all the locals get their snowblowers out. Carly's driveway was plowed as needed during our visit. Carly was very responsive when we needed to connect. We've stayed at several different (nice) rentals in the outskirts of Fredonia to visit family in the past. This will be the first one we plan to return to on future trips.

I needed a peaceful and relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what I received. This location is free of distractions and I was able to focus on my studies for upcoming exams. A very comfortable and cozy stay and I will definitely be back soon for another weekend away from the daily grind to unwind and relax.

This was our fourth stay at Jeff and Anne’s beautiful lake home and it just gets better every year. So peaceful and the surroundings are just spectacular. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for another wonderful vacation.

Holly did a wonderful job decorating the cottage and adding little touches that truly made us feel welcome! Holly has equipped the cottage with pretty much everything you could possibly need/want, from a whole bookcase filled with books and games, kitchen necessities including spices, to beach and fire pit amenities! Being a short drive to the Buffalo & Niagara Falls areas, as well as many local restaurants & stores was also a plus. As was the fact that Holly didn’t charge insanely high cleaning or pet fees. We visited in January, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the nearby beaches, parks or backyard area, but that just gives us another reason to come back! Our family did enjoy seeing all of the snow and appreciated that when we arrived after dark, Holly had made sure the driveway and walkway were clear and the front porch light was on! We would definitely recommend Holly’s cottage and hope to visit again in the future! Thank you again for having us! Nofzinger-Bishop Family

My partner and I were so happy to spend a long weekend getaway at this beautiful cottage during the winter! The place is immaculate and cozy, and has everything you need plus more. We got quite a bit of snow that weekend which made it that much more magical and relaxing. Luckily the private roads were already plowed on the morning we were checking out, so everything worked out. Kim is a wonderful host, and addressed any concerns before I had the chance to raise them! She is very attentive to the guests’ experience and will make sure that you have a worry-free stay. I hope to be back sometime to experience it during the summer or fall!

Summer Haven is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful home, right on the water, with the best views on the Lake. The owners were very welcoming and kind. Their cottage is next to their home and they have put a ton of love and time into their property. It was quiet, serene, and relaxing. The location is close to the Institute, restaurants, and shops. Mayville is by far the best spot on the lake. It's a short drive to Bemus Point and Jamestown. The home was comfortable and provided lots of towels, bedding, and comfort. I gave the cost 4 stars as it's so expensive to rent any property today. If the cost remains the same next year, we'd LOVE to return! Also, thank you for allowing our pets to come with us. They are family and it wouldn't be a vacation without them. Truly appreciate the inclusion of furry pets. Thanks!

Cute house! We loved our stay. And it was very nice to be able to do laundry there too.

Judy was wonderful and gracious. I booked a ski trip for my brothers and I, but had to move the date around due to conflicting scedules and the passing of a family member. Judy was very understanding, patient, and responsive as we situated ourselves.

This place really felt like our home away from home. My kids especially felt comfortable and enjoyed the main living area and games the most. I appreciated the attention to detail. It’s rare to get a rental that included everything (toiletries, kitchen spices, etc.). It made packing so much easier. I will definitely be renting another place by Janelle when we go back to Erie!

We had a great stay at Rebecca and Eric's cottage. The layout of the home is great, and it provided more than enough space for four adults and one child. We loved our morning walks to the lake and through the neighborhood - such a peaceful and relaxing setting. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Rebecca and Eric were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to stay again the next time we are in town!

This was a fabulous choice for a weekend wine getaway with girlfriends! The description of the place was spot on! I have been coming to the area for 15 years and always wanted to stay at this place because it looks so unique from the outside. It did not disappoint, and the hostess was spectacular in term of communication. We will be back!

From the moment we walked into the house, our stay was perfect. Lori left brochures for us to learn about the town attractions, there was food in the fridge and the house was immaculate. It was obvious that she really cared about our stay. So many small touches made our visit special such as plush bath towels, every condiment in the fridge you could think of, incredibly comfortable beds, and everything we needed to cook a delicious meal with in the kitchen. I would definitely look to stay here again. It was one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed at.

This was the perfect place for four of us who meet for a long weekend every October. It's a beautiful location, and the house was very comfortable. It's so nice to be able to open the door and be on the beach. We got to enjoy some sunshine while walking on the beach and the sound of the wind and waves during a rainy night too. We were able to spend time at Niagara Falls and the two Frank Lloyd Wright houses nearby. We found some good meals just down the road at Aunt Millie's and Colony Seafood & Steak. Would love to be at this house during the warm summer days and sit on the patio and play in the lake. Tina was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
