Jesse's apartment is a great place for a couple looking for some peace and quiet but still close to campus. We brought an air mattress for our young daughter since couch is not pull-out bed and had plenty of space to set it up. Grounds by the creek were perfect to walk our dog, and we enjoyed a 3-mile hike just down the road on the WVU Woodlot/Baker's Ridge trails. Neighbors were quiet, even on a Saturday night, which we appreciated!

Jenn and Bobby were amazing hosts. Their space is huge and an excellent value. The central location in Morgantown is perfect. The only concern is walking up the driveway at night, but it's Morgantown so what are you gonna do. We felt great staying there!

Absolutely loved this place. It was cozy, charming, and had such a welcoming vibe—especially with the indoor-outdoor feel the garage door opening to the patio provided. The game room was a fun bonus (I’m a sucker for a game of darts). The location was perfect, with Blackwater Falls just a short drive down the road. Not to mention the town of Davis itself was precious! It had such a sweet, small-town feel, like something you’d see in a hallmark movie—I can’t wait to come back and explore some more!

We enjoyed our short stay, especially sitting outside by the river. Being able to walk to the local businesses was a plus. Missed having a TV, but made it work with a laptop and wi-fi. Walls were kind of thin, or we had a loud neighbor. Could walk to various restaurants and shoppes. Nice shower and mattress. Good for minimalistic room.

Nice place. Clean and private. Bought 15 minutes to everywhere we went in Morgantown but that’s what we wanted! Would recommend.

We had a great time at Gabriel's place! We felt like college students again staying here while visiting our son at WVU! We hiked nearby and walked to local brewery and downtown. We also loved relaxing on the porch in the morning with our coffee! Great view of the river and whole downtown! We would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights at Rosencrance, it was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed! Beautiful home on a stunning area! Would highly recommend

Aaron's house was very clean, comfortable beds, and great location. We will definitely stay there again the next time back to Morgantown.

What a nice, comfortable cottage backing onto the Cheat River! The back porch is great for morning coffee & breakfast & the kitchen is spacious & well-equipped. Rowlesburg is close to many nice areas for hiking/biking & an easy hour drive to Morgantown to visit our son. One thing I always appreciate about being home in WV (grew up near the Ohio River) is the open-ness & friendliness of the locals just about anywhere I go.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in Maryland; it is a lovely safe neighborhood with a beautiful creek next to the house. Bud and his wife keep the house very clean and well decorated. There is plenty to do, and everything is closeby. We ll back back for sure! thank you!

We had a great stay! Peter was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. From the extra linens, the disposable silverware and cutlery, pens and notebooks, multiple surge protectors, playing cards, and a drying rack - they thought of everything we could possibly need. Right in Basye - our kids enjoyed the $5 per person per day for the nearby activity center pool. We enjoyed the putt putt at Smiley’s, a great meal at The Burn Barrel, the riverside playground, several hikes and runs around the lake. Our favorite local sites were the Shenandoah Cavern and Woodstock Tower. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great place in a cool little town. Her place was nicely furnished and decorated. It was imma I late. The sprawling layout of the multiple units made would make it easy to have as much privacy as you want while providing an opportunity to engage with others if you chose to do so. We enjoyed playing on the lawn by the levee on the river. Her yard is at the confluence of two rivers. Diana was an outstanding host - very cheerful and helpful in guiding us to destinations.

Wonderful time visiting the Davis area and staying in this condo. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our host was easy to communicate with and available when needed. Hope to visit again soon.

I can't say enough great things about this place! it was so cozy and comfortable! My friend and I went for a girls getaway weekend to relax and this was so ideal! They even prepped the fireplace for us! I would definitely come back here and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!

Despite the unfortunate circumstances we went through, Doug was always available and responsive. The place was a wonderful stay, especially if you are someone who enjoys a private and peaceful area. Getting there early during the day before it gets dark might be helpful as there are no streetlights and the roads are very meandering. The sights were beautiful. Overall, very great thank you!

We have stayed here previously when we came to ski Timberline. We knew that we had to stay here again. The place is very cute, modern and cozy. Rachel is very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again when we come back to ski.
