Tidy, comfortable home. It had everything we needed and is perfectly located for sightseeing around Wiltshire.

Great stay with the family at Aimee and Paul’s. Such a great location. So close to the beach and an easy short walk into Bournemouth. The house had everything we needed for adults, kids and dogs alike!

We have just returned from Caroline’s beautiful cottage. It was everything we wished for and more. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was exceptionally clean. The surrounding area was very quaint and pretty and there was lots to explore in the area and a bit beyond. We spent NYE at Durdle Door, an hours drive away but well worth it. Would highly recommend Caroline’s cottage and our dog loved it too.

We had the most fantastic stay at Anna’s home. It is such a beautiful, spacious house, and incredibly stylish, with the most incredible selection of toys and things to do for kids. Both my young boys had the time of their lives - so exciting for them to explore everything! They loved the bunk beds, and the huge bath. We had terrible weather, but it really didn’t matter as there was so much to do. There are great restaurants in southbourne that we’re easy to walk to, and the beaches are all fantastic even in the rain. We made a really last minute booking so we’re very appreciate that Anna and her Sikh we’re able to make it work for us! Would highly recommend and love to go again in the future.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

We had a wonderful few days staying here and using the house as a base to visit Southbourne and Christchurch. All was exactly as described and the outdoor games (table tennis, basketball) were a great addition. Also lots of board games available which we enjoyed trying. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of extras left for us to use. Very clear instructions for the whole house and everything was extremely straightforward. Would highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Ideal location - we used the park and ride at Odd Down. Supermarket just over the road.

Great house and as described. We did feel it was a shame that the garden was quite stark with no plants or greenery

Thank you Carol and Derek for looking after us. We only stayed one night with two small dogs but hope to be back . The location was great and although the room was not large it had everything we needed and more. Your helpful suggestions for where to walk were brilliant. Recommend this little place.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

Great place, walkable to sights of Bath. Well appointed, generous with extras. Great apartment for our family. Ian was a great host, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for a trip to Bath.

Staying at this place was nice: the flat is very cosy, well-furnished, location is marvellous, just few minutes away from the seashore and city centre, though quite enough. All the amenities, incl. washing machine and dishwasher, are at place. In this regard, the flat is suitable for both - short-term and long-term stays (I did the latter and enjoyed it a lot). There could be some complexities with general cleaning (since it's optional and not very cheap), though the hosts are able to accommodate you (by providing e.g. clean bed linen on request). The hosts are responsive and open to help with and advise on anything, which is an additional plus!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Great apartment in a great location near to Cardiff Bay, which is within walking distance. Great amenities in the flat, lovely little extras like disposable slippers & toothbrushes. Clean & tidy. Dilan & Sumali great hosts with great communication. Would recommend & would rebook.

Beautiful location, fantastic view of Sand Bay. The apartment was clean, facilities were brilliant, good parking and our host was really fantastic at responding to queries and arranging pick up and drop off of the keys. Would definitely recommend.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Apartment was exactly what we needed for our family, especially with an 8 week old baby. Travel cot provided was perfect (not that little one wanted to sleep in it haha). The Apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Matt was friendly and accommodated what we needed when my mum spoke to him. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be and was great there was parking just outside, especially with the trips out and getting little one in and out of the car and the amount of things we needed to travel with.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

We were blown away when we walked into the home. Perfect home for our family of 4! The kids loved the outdoor space and enjoyed some of the books that were available for bedtime. We really appreciated the spaciousness and also the Short walk to the seaside. Hope to return in the summer for a longer stay!

Totally the place to go for a chilled three days ! We were sad to have to leave !! Stunning location for 180 deg beach views and sunsets Appartment everything you could want,modern, exceptionally clean in all areas - beautifully decorated bathrooms ,very well equipped which was lovely. Tara very responsive with messages which made communication so easy. Relaxing walks along sea front on your doorstep and funky beach bar ' Sobo' below appartment ,fab for chilling ,food and drinks during the day. Would throughly recommend and hope to come back for sure! ⛱️😎

We loved staying at Kelly and Scott's 'Coast House'. As soon as we opened the front door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay as the house was so beautiful - exactly as described and as it looked in the photos! The house had everything we needed and more besides. It was spotlessly clean with all the mod cons! (I know I'm going to feel very dissatisfied with my own house when I get home again!) Although we spent a lot of time out and about I would have been really happy to spend all my time at 'Coast House'. That collection of books would have kept me entertained for hours! And I'm still waiting for my husband to play that game of Boggle with me! Thank you so much Kelly and Scott for letting us stay in your beautiful house and for the packet of biscuits and milk on our arrival. It was a great stay and we'll take lots of very happy memories home with us xx

Perfect place to stay with my elderly parents for some house hunting in Seaton. Walkable to Local shops and restaurants, disabled parking almost right outside with no time limit. Helen also organised a parking permit for the local handy parking which I used too. The living space was open plan and very comfortable. Helen provided some milk and other extras which was kind and super useful. The bedrooms were pretty and nicely done and there was a lovely hot shower. Helen was super helpful.
